Everything we needed for a one night stay. The food and beer were good but what really made it was that all the staff were exceptional and delightful. Chloe Smith was particularly kind and helpful, great advice on where to go swimming. The place is nice but the staff make it superb

Wifi in rooms seemed unreliable

Great location, lovely room atop of the inn, extremely well appointed, big room, nice bathroom/toilet room, very well set out with plenty storage space. This roo. Would be ideal for a young family.

Just two minor observations. Slight mould in bath area and no duvet supplied for the second bed of a twin room, after asking too. Other than this, the room and inn were great.

Bed was perhaps a little hard for our tastes but not lumpy.

Great staff, very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Great location in a pretty village and great base to explore the coast and st David's. Near nice pubs and walks

Room a little cold but I forgot to ask about heating. There was a radiator it would have been nice to have it on or some info about it as it was cold. Bed wasn't the comfiest.I always prefer a window in the bathroom but I know a lot of hotels don't have one.

Staff were lovely and polite and accommodating; and breakfast was first rate.

Bedding was stained so had to move rooms. I was the only resident out of season. Second room had stained bedding but less so. Heating was poor and TV had no channels (as I moved rooms, which staff were great about by the way, I know no rooms had TV signal). I've stayed here many times before, usually in season, and it's been brilliant.

Comfortable, well appointed room. Lovely friendly staff and good dining. The whole place is a delight. Location is nice with pleasant walks along the estuary to the sea. Would definitely stay again.

The shower cubicle was a bit tired and a horrible smell was coming up through the shower drain.

Food was very tasty. The location was good and not far from the quay. At night it was very quiet. Plenty of walks accessible from Solva. Staff were friendly. Within easy reach of St Davids

Nice pub in Solva during our coastal trial walk. Room was very nice but window over the road with car noise. We enjoyed the pub and the terrace.

We would have preferred a quiter room.

Every thing brilliant place to stay. Staff. Food. Everything was just right. Staff are very efficient. Professional. And friendly. Well done to you all. Will definitely be back. And will recommend to my friends 👌👍

Couldn’t find a fault at all

The bedroom was lovely, more like a suite with a large bedroom, bathroom and additional room with a sofa bed. All the food that we had at the inn, including the vegetarian cooked breakfast was exceptional. If you stay here, definitely eat here. Solva has some beautiful little shops and lovely walks. We highly recommend the Welsh cake shop and Window on Wales (a great choice of books, clothing, gifts etc).

It’s not as busy or doesn’t have as many facilities as bigger resorts, but that’s part of its charm.
