The host, Cat, literally thought of everything (and then some!) that a guest could want or need. Her welcome packet is the best in the business - thorough and welcoming! The sparkly lights in the kitchen were lovely, the deck was great for reading and lounging and I only wish we'd had time to cook a meal or two because the spice drawer alone made me feel like a chef! You cannot go wrong if you select ChezLakeHouse for your stay!

We had a wonderful experience at the Chez lakhouse for a brief stay. We decided on a last minute trip and were Lucky to find Cat’s lake house. Check in was seamless, communication was fantastic. The home had everything we could need and more. The decor was my favorite part! and the View from the deck. It does have lots of neighbors around so not as secluded as we originally thought but all good! Thanks again Cat!

The lake house is so cozy, the lake being right there is so relaxing, sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise and set is one of the best perks, and being able to enjoy nature without hearing busy streets or highways nearby is honestly one of the biggest draws to this area. Cat is also very communicative and accommodating, we appreciate this cozy haven that we get to rent and that Cat has created.

This house is comfortable and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is great and the location is ideal if you are looking for easy and relaxing. The lake is steps away and super private as is the house. Super for a peaceful getaway.

Everything was great

This is actually the second time we've stayed at this property- We liked it so much the first time that we wanted to come back (and probably will again soon too!) The house is wonderful, just the right size for a couple or small group of adults. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. You have a wonderful view of the lake. The hosts are great- exactly what you would want. Cat provided plenty of info about the rental itself and things to do in the nearby area. She was always responsive if anything came up. There are a lot of options nearby - hiking, shops, activities, parks etc. We brought our dog with us and found there are quite a few amazing dog parks in the area too. Side note, if you are like us and like to do some cooking while you on vacation - the kitchen is very stocked- All the utensils, pans/pots, serving dishes, even spices etc you could ever need. It was like having our home kitchen there with us, which made it feel even more cozy!

This property was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a dance competition and it was so nice to have this home to return to after a long day. The lake is also a bonus to be able to enjoy when sitting out on the porch in the evening. You can tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into upgrading and decorating this property. Cat was lovely and a pleasure to communicate with. My only regret was that we didn’t have more time to spend there to enjoy the property during our stay! We will need to plan another trip to return :)

We had a great stay at Cat's lake cabin! It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some down time. We had a bit of surprise snow our first morning there, and it was nice just to watch it coming down with the view of the lake. And the cabin had everything we needed - we were able to grill and cook some nice meals, relax by the fire, and catch up on some movies we've been meaning to watch. Cat was super easy to communicate with for any questions that came up. Thanks again for everything - we'll be planning our return trip soon!
