My husband and I loved this rental. We stayed the week of July 4th and we were able to see firework shows from San Francisco on the beautiful balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can easily go to San Francisco from the Point Richmond and then hop on other Ferries in San Francisco. The guest house is about 2 miles from t Point Richmond Ferry. We had a great time. The next time I come to the area I would definitely stay again.

We came for three days of Dead & Co. The only thing that delivered more then the Dead, was our stay in PT Richmond! The views were better than advertised. Had breakfast overlooking the bay each morning. Kris and Denise thank you for your hospitality...We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. We would come back in a heart beat! The home was amazing, exactly what we needed. The views were stunning, exactly as listed! It was quiet and relaxing, easily accessible (when we used the owners directions), and a great location for all we had planned!

We have stayed here twice and been very happy. Because we don’t need to drive much,Point Richmond is a good location. It is also a good location to get to anywhere in the bay and to beaches. Numerous good hiking trails a short distance away. Views from the rental are magnificent. Large private balcony overlooks the whole bay. The unit is not that big,but feels large enough for two due to high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.

Everything was stellar- view, location, comfort, accommodations and style. Hosts were great. Only wish we had had more time there.

The property was everything we had hoped and more. We never met Denis & Kris in person, but the check in and out was easy. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups etc. Thank you guys for sharing your little piece of paradise! Cheers M&M

Amazing views, easy check-in, enjoyed some local spots for food and drink. Great home base for day trips to Napa/Sonoma and San Fran. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, great view, sooo clean and organized. Not a great neighborhood. Surrounding area is poor. Not great restaurants.

This property was a great find. It has beautiful views of the bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and the San Francisco skyline. Richmond is a nice, quaint neighborhood that is centrally located between San Francisco and Napa/Sonoma. The hosts were very pleasant to work with and accommodating. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay.

The apartment has amazing views over the bay, you could see for miles and the views just kept changing every time you looked. We spent hours on the balcony and inside the apartment looking out of the huge glass windows, either with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment was set up well for a self catering stay, it had everything you would need. We liked that Kris and Denny had lovely quality towels and linens. The town was about an 8 min. walk away down hill and a slightly tougher 10-15 min. walk back up the hill. There were plenty of places to get food also takeaways. There were 2 grocery stores in the town which sold most things you would need. If ever we are back in the area we will most definitely stay here and would recommend it to family and friends. Wonderful property, amazing views, centrally located!

The views are amazing. The photos provided only give you just a glimpse of the real view you get. The location is amazing since you can walk into the small town and get anything you need, as well as walk the Bay trail. We enjoyed our vacation just taking in the views. Everything is 30-40 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need plus extras. The hosts were amazing with providing whatever information we needed on our trip. We relaxed, lounged, and ate while enjoying the sunsets. The peace and serenity was the best part, as well as all of nature outside of our door. There's plenty to do, just enjoy California!

We stayed for a month at this property. The apartment is not very big,but it feels large because of high ceilings with a open floor plan. Plenty of room for 2 people. Nice,well designed kitchen to work in. The views of the bay are very expansive. We loved seeing the twinkling lights of SFO off in the distance at night. We would highly recommend this rental. Point Richmond has a few very good restaurants and is a perfect location to get anywhere in the bay.

the location is everything! We appreciated the walking trails just steps from the house & the Richmond ferry is a fun way to see SanFransisco. Definitely recommend.

Two problems - 1) It was extremely challenging to locate this property. 2) We could smell the oil refinery. One of us has asthma. We never stayed and moved on to a hotel. Lesson learned. And the bonus - lifting luggage up the steep stairs requires young, robust people.

Loved the location…views to die for…beautiful layout…quiet…easy parking…owners answer questions promptly…outside patio…comfortable bed and seating. You won’t be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The apartment was perfect for the two of us and the views were spectacular!!! The only suggestion we would have would be to please add a Keurig to the kitchen and a bigger rug in the bathroom. :) We're from the Midwest so we're used to having air conditioning but it was only a problem at night. Due to allergies we cannot sleep under a ceiling fan so perhaps a box unit would help. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful space with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Good location to get to many of the destinations that we wanted to see. Bed was really comfortable. High end property for a great price!

We stayed over a long weekend and loved the house. The hills to get to the house were a little intimidating to drive on but well worth it by the views and beauty of the home. It was a very quick and easy check-in process and an all around great experience!! Highly recommend!

Superb view of the bay. Quite, relaxing, safe location. A lot of mature folks walking dogs and just out for walks and such, which indicates it is a good area. Loved the local cafe and market. Nice place to come back to after a long day of adventures around SF.

Couldn't ask for a better view! The neighborhood is very quaint and peaceful (complete with wild turkeys!), and the sunsets are just gorgeous from the property. We walked into the small town daily where there are a handful of delicious restaurants. A nice getaway from city life!

This lovely condo was exactly like the pictures & the location can’t be beat. Close to town and the Bay Trail, the walking is endless - but the best part is the view! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful accommodation tastefully appointed with a world class view of SF Bay. Wild turkeys roam the neighborhood in the mornings with Napa and Sonoma within 30 min drive. The Muir woods with 100 ft Redwoods and Muir Beach & Lookout with beautiful crashing waves are 30 mins as well. Wonderful 5 days in Point Richmond neighborhood. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing bay views from deck.

We wanted to escape the cold of Colorado but in a COVID-safe manner. This apartment was perfect. We were able to cook all our meals and still get outside to enjoy the beautiful California weather. Our greatest joy was sitting on the patio enjoying the "activity" of the bay and gorgeous San Francisco skyline. The owners were very helpful in preparing us for the stay and were respectful of our privacy (and theirs) throughout our 2-week vacation. We hope to return next year. Thank you.
