We enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and even had amenities I wasn't expecting it to have! The space was perfect and we loved sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking coffee.Would stay here again!

This is a very nice condo with fantastic views of the intercoastal. The property is well maintained and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. One down side is no keyless door lock.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Lovely decor, roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed the bird life on the marshes. Great alternative when you want a different scene from the beach. A gorgeous sunset every night too.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, well furnished and had a lot included to help us feel at home. The owner really cares for the property and it shows. We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful place right on Jinks Creek. Short drive or walk to anywhere on the isle . House was very clean and rate it 10/10! Will be back in the future

The condo was nicely decorated and perfect for our family, including our grandparents, children, and uncle! The location was convenient, but what we loved most was the view! It was a new experience for us to not be ocean-front, but we all agreed this was even better. The sun setting over the marsh was gorgeous, and really the view of the water through the front windows were beautiful any time of day. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo! The view is fantastic, and the condo was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable, and everything we could possibly need was there. Communication with Dennis was a breeze, and the location is awesome. We would love to stay here again!

Where do I start? This place was a wonderful little getaway with the most perfect atmosphere. Everything that was needed was right at our fingertips from, kitchen bowls, utensils, cookware, etc (that’s just to mention the kitchen) My mom and I enjoyed our morning coffee in the rocking chairs looking out at the beautiful inlet. Then in the evenings we got to see some of the most amazing sunsets our eyes had ever seen. If you have stress in your life, you need to come stay here!

We couldn’t have been more pleased. It was a beautiful place with stunning waterway views. The owners could not have been nicer. Overall a great experience.

This tastefully decorated condo is neat as a pin and well equipped (with kitchen & beach extras like chairs and a beach wagon) for guests. The ever-changing view of the marsh--just a few feet from the deck--was worth the trip. ...and the beach was great, too, of course!

The was the very first time that my family and I had been to Ocean Isle and it was absolutely hands down one of the best beach vacations that we have taken in the last 10 years. We've been to quite a few beaches up and down the East Coast and we are already excited to return to this beach and condo. The condo was plenty spacious for our family of 5 (two adults, 1 teen, and a preschooler and a toddler). We found the condo to be warm, welcoming, very cozy and quaint....just how a beach house should be imagined. It was child friendly at all aspects of the condo. We loved that it's all on one floor so that we never felt separated from the little kids. And they slept great!!! All the beds were comfy and clean. The bathrooms and kitchen was recently updated. The kitchen was plenty stocked with all the pots/pans,plates, silverware, cups and cooking utensils that you could hope for. It made functioning in the kitchen a breeze. Our favorite spot to enjoy in the early morning was coffee on the shaded deck overlooking the marsh, and again sitting out there and enjoying dinner and evening sunset. The marsh views are so dreamy and we are still missing them. The other thing we love about this condo is that it truly provides the best of both worlds. It's a short walk to the beach via private access and with 3 kids and lots of beach cargo, short is definitely key! And it offers that marsh view that is honestly spectacular any time of day, but most especially in the evenings at sunset. Beyond all of these lovely things, the host, Dennis is the kindest person on the planet. We forgot the hard copy keys at home (we realized this 20 minutes away from the beach) and we contacted Dennis right away. He made arrangements for us to pick up another copy locally to us and ensured that we got in the condo ok and that we were taken care of. We cannot say enough great things about our first time at Ocean Isle and our stay at this condo. It's simply lovely and we can't wait to come back.

Wonderful time

This was our first vacation in Ocean Isle and it was wonderful! This condo is clean, close to the beach and pools. It’s also close to restaurants, mini golf and shopping! Dennis is an awesome host! He called me the day we arrived to check with me to see if the condo was clean and comfortable. This was the first time I have had a host do that! He goes above and beyond! The beds are super comfy! My husband usually doesn’t sleep well, when we are on vacation, but he slept great all week! The beach chairs, sand toys and wagon are a bonus, especially when your grandkids are with you!! We will definitely be staying here again!! 😎☀️🏖

This cozy condo was perfect for 2 sets of adults with their own private bathroom and one infant in the 3rd smaller Bedroom. It was beautifully decorated, up to date and in pristine condition. The best part was the covered porch overlooking the back water. We viewed beautiful sunsets and porpoises. My husband enjoyed catching croaker off the dock. The beach is a quick trip several blocks away. The neighbors were friendly and Dennis is a great host, making sure everything is taken care of. We will definitely return to this jewel.

We loved Dennis' home overlooking the intracoastal waterway. It was the perfect arrangement for 3 moms and their daughters. It's the best unit in Starboard by the Sea because it looks over the marsh; we loved the sunset views and bird watching when the tide was low. I've only stayed on the ocean side before but I'm now sold that the intracoastal side is much better - less wind, and the ocean is just 3 short blocks away. One morning, returning from sunrise on the beach, I saw the most beautiful fox ever in front of the unit. The kids loved the tennis courts (there are two rackets in the unit) and the pool, which had just opened, and renting bikes from Splash Beachwear. I highly recommend Dennis' home. I was a little frustrated because Dennis still mails the keys and, despite my best efforts to not forget them by putting them in the car as soon as they arrived, I switched cars at the last minute and forgot to switch the keys. However, we were able to reach Dennis and arrange to pick up another set nearby. He is in the process of getting a key lockbox so hopefully future travelers won't have a similar challenge.

The only wish I'd have is for keyless entry- the unit was lovely.

Could not have asked for a better stay! The condo was perfect for my fiancé, his two children (7 & 13) and his parents. We were in town for a friends wedding and knew we wanted to stay on the island. The location of Dennis’ condo was amazing not too far from the causeway but far enough to get away from the businesses of it all. The view from the deck was absolutely stunning and it was only a two block walk to the beach with the condos associations own private access. The boys were thrilled the tennis courts and pool were right in front of the building and they were never bored. The condo was so clean and the beds were super comfortable. Dennis was a super host and was so thorough and thoughtful with the packet he sent. Even though I grew up in OIB he had some great advice and tips. I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 for value, location, views, and cleanliness. Thank you Dennis for hosting our family! :)

This place has all that you need to enjoy OIB. Beautiful views of the waterway, clean, cozy and updated. The owner was very accommodating and even checked to make sure everything was fine as we checked in. I'll definitely use this place again.

There is no better place than this! Everything was perfect. It has a million dollar view and is simply beautiful on the inside as well! The beds & pillows were all so comfy. The kitchen had it all. We also appreciated getting to use the beach chairs/toys. We loved that there were books on the bookshelf to read and puzzles/games for the little ones. Also worth mentioning that everyone in the condo community was so nice and friendly. The walk to the beach felt so short. Dennis was awesome to work with! This is now our go-to place to stay at Ocean Isle!

Dennis was a great host. He answered our questions promptly and provided us with a list of suggestions for dining, shopping, and recreational activities. He called us when we arrived to make sure we liked the accommodations. The condominium is beautiful. It has everything you need. It is tastefully decorated and the views are picturesque. The kitchen had everything you need. We loved the amenities especially the private access to the beach. It was also nice that we could use the Dennis’s beach chairs and sand toys. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful short stay. There is plenty of room for our large family and reserved/covered parking at the unit.

Condo was clean and met all of our needs. A good time was had by all!
