The property had plenty room, clean, and just overall a nice place to stay.

This was the fourth time that we have been to Tybee Island and we will be back! The house had the space that we wanted. The elevator was wonderful to haul all of our luggage and groceries on. Close proximity to the beach. Many things to do on Tybee and just a short drive to Savannah. The house could use a few minor fixes. The light over the dining room table would flicker and dim, one of the wine refrigerators would not cool, one of the master bedroom sink stoppers is broke, the ice machine does not work in the refrigerator. A couple of places have some water damage but did not affect our stay. We had a wonderful week and the weather was fabulous, can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for us. Bedroom size were perfect. Great and spacious leaving space. Short walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our morning walks there with some light yoga on the beach.

Beautiful home in quiet residential neighborhood. One downfall are the amount of stairs in this home. The main living/kitchen is on the 3rd level. Access to beach is only minutes away.

We thought the house was great for our family get together. The porches are comfortable and the pool was well utilized by the children. The only suggestions are to supply some basic cooking seasonings such as salt and pepper, and to supply some coffee filters. The nearby beach area was not accommodating for children but it was easy to travel to the public beach area.

This 4 story house was a blast for our kids to explore. The pool and beach were relaxing and we had a good time.

The house and location is great. We loved the private beach and the space. The house was decorated nicely and had all the pots and pans.

This is a great home for big groups. Plenty of space for our group of nine. Easy walk to the beach. Great bar/restaurant within a couple blocks. We would definitely stay here again.

This property worked great for 3 families to stay, with plenty of room and bathrooms. Nice short walk to the beach. The only thing to be aware of is quiet hours are at 10pm. The neighbors called in a noise complaint at 9:30 because we had music playing and we were in the pool. Would recommend this house for the location and size!

We rented this house for our joint bachelor-bachelorette trip, there were 10 of us in total and this property couldn’t have been more perfect! Very spacious and beautifully decorated might I add. Everyone felt like they had their own space, the boys and girls were able to celebrate separately at times and together as well. Unfortunately it was a little to cold for us to enjoy the private pool/spa, but in the summer time this backyard would be the perfect place for a pool party or barbecue. And a less than a five minute walk to the beach! The only real complaint I can think of would be the pots and pans, very used and a little on the older side(of course I understand with a rental you aren’t going to get the same thing you’d have at home). But all in all this place is amazing, I would definitely return in the future! Thanks for the memories :)

Kitchen / dining service 8 comfortably. Extra too large chairs that don’t fit so 10 MAX. We had 10 and were crowded. The porches were nice but not laid out well for large group. There really wasn’t a good place for us all to gather. Kitchen needs large skillet. Need to remove damaged cookware. For the price beach towels and basic spices need to be provided. Also while the shells are pretty ther are too many displays. And get rid of fake plants -dusty and dingy. Ther was a long black hair in the Master shower on the shelf. The large lights over island were streaked and not attractive. All you could see was the smears. Diniing room table has lots of grunge in the crevaces which was gross. House needs a top to bottom all surfaces and crevaces cleaning to charge their prices. Over time business wil lose lodgers. House truly is more suitable for 8 or less people.

This house is just as amazing as it's depicted. The house is decorated so nicely and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The walk to the beach is super short and easy. The pool was wonderful and very private. We will definitely be coming back to this house in the future.

This house was outstanding! Spacious and clean . Enough space for 8 adults. Pool was great. Location to beach a short walk. Beware the wasp nests on the porches.

We loved Tybee Oasis so much for our family vacation! Perfect house, awesome location. Everything was great!!

We had a blast! The property was beautiful and the location was right I Ext to the beach. We asked for the pool and hot tub to be hot when we arrived and it was perfect. We enjoyed the pool so much! What a stunning home! We would definitely return to this property!

We were very disappointed to find out after we got to the house that dogs are not allowed on Any beach on Tybee island at any time!! And there is a very hefty fine, by the town in Tybee if you take your dog to the beach,. This was not in the listing of the property and the property manager did not mention it in any of our conversations. We picked this house because they allowed dogs and they new we where bring our 6lb dog. We will not be returning to Tybee island. If we could have afforded to we would have walked away from this rental on Tybee.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures indicate. It's conveniently located close to the beach (neighborhood/private entrance) and a five minute walk to shops and a few restaurants. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning! We lacked for nothing in the house -- all the kitchen utensils/supplies were stocked, as were lots of games and puzzles, too. We loved loved loved the house and beach. Unfortunately the communication with the rental company and the nonfunctioning jacuzzi lowered the rating and our satisfaction with our stay. The rental company didn't respond quickly to emails before we decided to book the location nor while trying to set up a time to pick up the keys. We asked about the jacuzzi before booking the place (didn't hear back at all and needed to pick a place)....it never heated up. When I talked to someone on the phone on check-in day, the woman said the jacuzzi might take 24 hours to heat up. The next day, there was no change in temperature, so I called and the woman at the office expressed shock because this had never happened before. Twice they sent out a "technician." Needless to say, we never used the jacuzzi much to the disappointment of the children.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The sunsets on the beach were amazing- we had a fabulous time!

This was an ideal home for our extended family. Clean, private amd a great location. Definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful home for my family, my father, and two siblings and their kids to spend 10 days together. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the serenity of Tybee Island, and the relatively quick access (~20 minutes) to downtown Savannah.
