We loved this property! Very spacious and well maintained. Communication was good. The only thing I would suggest is updating the cookware. Very old and used. Would love to come back in the summer! Thank you for a great stay! We enjoyed it and would recommend to friends!

Over fall break (October) to celebrate special bday. Weather was perfect, house was all we could ever want, setting was wonderful. Loved sdc, the shows, rides etc. great time and there for four night. Minor complaints were carpet needed cleaning in spots, coffee maker needs replacement and major accolades patio fabulous, fireplace so nice, house perfect. Loved game room tvs kitchen all great

We enjoyed the amenities (basketball, mini golf, pools, indoor games) and were impressed with the quality and layout of the place. The location was great - beautiful view and area, and close to all the Branson things we wanted to do. Ran out of time to do everything!

This was a definite 5 star experience! Every family member had a great time. Plan on returning in the future and have already recommended property to friends.

The amenities at the property were great but our lodge was in disrepair and needed a lot of work. Staying in the lodge was not a pleasant experience for me and my family. It really put a strain on our family vacation. We will not be coming back and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

We had a blast during Speing Break! The hosue was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed! We had a couple of questions during our stay and the property manager was so fast to respond. So much fun for the kiddos and the adults! We will definitely be back!

This was our first family vacation since the kids were in high school, and this property was perfect for our expanded family of spouses and grandchildren. There were activities and plenty of space for all ages. We loved the outdoor spaces as well. One of the grands favorite activities every night was s'mores and hot tub in the screened in porch. Everyone thought it was the perfect place for a vacation!

We had our family Christmas here with 16 family members. We have 8 grandchildren and even with no pool there was plenty to do. The lodge was perfect for our needs. It is well maintained and communication with manager was easy. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here! Very spacious and tremendous amenities. Unfortunately the temperature was literally below freezing so we were confined inside our rental, but we still had a great time. This would be the perfect place for a family vacation when it is warmer so if you are like me and read reviews then rest assured this is the perfect Branson vacation rental for a large family!

This property was everything & then some. Nicely decorated, comfortable seating & beds. We had plenty of room for a family of 10!!
If I could say anything, I would suggest the unit to provide coffee & blow dryers.
If you are looking for a really nice place for your family get togethers, I highly recommend this place. This is our 2nd time to stay at this property, & I assure you, we will be back!!

We loved our stay over Labor Day. They even had a balloon artist for entertainment with ice cream! We had all ages from 5 to 80 and everyone enjoyed themselves. Even had a cool evening to enjoy a fire in screened in patio. So many free amenities!

We had a wonderful stay at Watermill Cove Lodge #1!!! Absolutely beautiful.... Property was clean and well maintained, easy check in and out. Beds were very comfortable!! So much to do there on the property! We will be back for sure!!

Great getaway with our parents and children. Enjoyed the spacious cabin and all the amenities that came with it!

All inclusive getaway!
Everything was fantastic! We all walked in and said “Wow”! Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, loved the hot tub, wonderful fire in the outdoor fireplace for s’mores, fun playing pool, Christmas movies in the media room, basketball court, arcade room, miniature golf. We went to Silver Dollar City, but they were at capacity. Rather than wait to get in, the kids were thrilled to get to go back to the lodge! We ordered pizzas and enjoyed family time. We will go back!

There were so many things to do the young children never got bored either did the adults are the older children. The people that run it were very very nice and very accommodating and they had a very wonderful guest atmosphere

This was a great location for our family gathering! The lodge and entire resort was clean and well maintained. All ages enjoyed the huge range of activities available at the resort - from the swimming pools, to the lake activities, to the many games and play areas. We were extremely pleased with our stay!

The property and view was beautiful and so was the house. TV channels were slim pickings and the batteries were dead in both basement TV remotes is our only complaint. Would have been nice to have spare batteries somewhere for those.

The establishment was great overall. We did not understand upfront that there were no outside guests allowed, as that was not in the rental agreement, and the parking is not adequate for the larger lodges. It was decorated beautifully though for christmas and had ample space and amenities. Everything was new, updated and easily accessible.

The cabin was beautiful and we loved that we had a Christmas tree in our cabin. The small touches such as a welcome sign with your Family name to all the beautiful Christmas lights throughput the property. We will be coming back in the Summer for more fun
