While this trip was very enjoyable, the property left a little to be desired. The outside area and the pool were fantastic. The first few days we had immediate responses to our questions and concerns, however, later in the week, as we discovered things that were broken there was no response. With that being said, I thought I would share some concerns here in addition to what was shared privately by another member of our group. The Wifi was on an unsecured network which is completely unacceptable. The floor in the kitchen by the refrigerator was cracked/broken. Each day pieces were chipping out which made it not only dangerous to walk in your bare feet but also a tripping hazard. The windows in the master bedroom and the sunroom leaked during a rainstorm. Some of the blinds were torn. The coffee table in the common area was broken. The common area did not have enough comfortable furniture to accommodate the number of people this house sleeps. Strangely one of the bedrooms did not have a closet, end table or bedside lamp. I am not even naming everything here, but we were concerned enough to share this information with the property owner during our stay. Last, I realize this is the south and there are bugs of all varieties but multiple days there were live LARGE palmetto bugs in the sunroom and kitchen. Outside is understandable and even dead ones inside (knowing the spray was up to date), but these were very much alive. We expected more from this rental for the price

The Oasis is a beautiful house. Loved all the space and big bed rooms. The pool was so nice that we even had a couple of pools days instead of going down on the beach. The kitchen is very well laid out, and had plenty of anything you may need. The only thing that was kinda annoying was the sliding barn doors were the washer and dryer are located. All I can say is this was a beautiful house, and with it being pet friendly was a plus. Blanche thank you so much, we had a awesome time and hated that the week went by so fast. Will definitely try and reserve again.

Celebrating son’s 50th birthday. House was as described, plenty of room for 12 people and the dog. Pool area was fantastic, more than enough seating for everyone. Easy walk to beach, very laid back area and still close enough to all the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your beach house with our family.

We loved staying at this property! The location was perfect! We enjoyed riding the golf carts to the beach and then coming back and relaxing at the pool! Highly recommend!

Loved the property! However, the back door knob was loose and I just wish there was more light in the kitchen and main floor.

Property was clean and nice location; only problem is the ventilation; the house would get up to 75-77 degrees in the early evenings - even with keeping the blinds down to keep sun out from adding to the heat. We experienced this every evening which made it uncomfortable……..

The house is beautiful with a gorgeous in ground pool in a great location just steps from the beach. Perfect for our two families! We already miss Myrtle Beach and can’t wait to go back..

Great location! Quiet and clean and the pool was amazing!

The home was clean the decor was really nice. The pool was very clean and lit up different colors with nice patio furniture. There’s a grill a kitchen stocked with appliances and utensils. Overall really nice vacation home

We had a wonderful stay here! It was exactly as pictured and Blanche was super accommodating and super quick to respond! Would definitely stay here again! My daughter also loved the pool!

The Oasis was the perfect place for our Spring Break getaway. The house is set up nicely with two bedrooms and a bath on either side, and common area in-between. We especially enjoyed the front porch in the mornings, and of course, the pool overlooking the channel in the evening. Everything was clean and Blanche was extremely responsive. If in Cherry Grove again, we would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed the property and it was a short walk to the beach access. The patio space was nice and peaceful for our family and dogs and we had options of relaxing in the sun or shade. We also had plenty of room inside and the kitchen was well stocked. We would recommend this Cherry Grove area and property to friends.

We have stayed in many pet friendly vrbo homes- the oasis topped them all! This home was perfect and just as photographed & described...VERY VERY CLEAN, comfortable, great location, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful outdoor areas- loved both the front porch and pool area- great for us & our 2 dogs. The bed was very comfortable and a beautiful shower. The street was quiet and the area was great for walking the pups- very few cars. Literally-2 blocks, (so close) to the beach! We hope to visit again when weather is warmer to enjoy the pool ( and beach)more. It was nice having cocktails on the dock and coffee on the front porch in the am. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME!

The weather was mild for late Dec and we has plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. The house was clean and beautiful. The outside property is well manicured with a great view of the inlet waterway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you need to prepare the family meals. Blanche was quick to respond to any questions. The family had a great time and we look forward to staying here again.

We have rented many condos and houses in Myrtle Beach, this was by far the cleanest place. Very nice, well kept. We had a great time.

This property is a really great place for a family trip. The entire backside of the house is gated connecting to the dining room allowing pets to roam freely. Pool is kept clean a maintained while we were staying in the house. Any issues were dealt with immediately by the maintenance crew. We suggest this home to anyone looking for a large group in the Cherry Groce area. Side note: We left a pair of glasses in one of the beds, which was found by the cleaning crew and were mailed to me. Great service!

First things first- the house was Very Clean! A must! It was a beautiful house and a great channel location! It was a straight, short walk to beach access. The outside pool area and the parking underneath was very nice! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the house, who is also the property manager, Mrs. Welborn was absolutly wonderful! You can not go wrong with staying in any of her homes and her timeliness with anything you may need! I will definitely be staying as a renter of hers and suggest them to everyone! This house is perfect for small family. We had a wonderful time here!

Our group enjoyed our vacation at the Oasis. The property was as described. It was a short walk straight to the beach. The pool area was enjoyed daily. The owner was prompt in answering any questions I had.

I think this is the first time in 34 years that I have been to the beach without actually going on the beach. This house is beautiful and the pool is amazing. I have zero complaints about it. If I had any questions or concerns, Blanche was prompt with replying. We cannot wait to make this a yearly rental.

This home is so clean and beautiful. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. We would 100% book again. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and the water view very much.
