We had a group of 16 that stayed in the fabulous home! We enjoyed Breckenridge so much! It is a Beautiful town!

We had a large group meeting for a reunion. The communication with the owner was great. They checked in frequently with me. The property was very clean and had all the amenities listed. We had a great time in Breckenridge.

The home was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our work retreat. My husband and I brought our 8 employees. We used the theatre room for presentations and workshops during the day. In the evenings we relaxed in the game room, hot tub, and fire pit area. The kitchen had plenty of room for all us to pitch in and help with meals. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Slopeside Manor was an excellent place for our XC team to stay. It allowed for everyone to enjoy something while we stayed - either sit in quiet to read, or get together for some team bonding with games or movies. It was one of, if not the best places we've stayed in our many years of bringing our teams to Colorado.

We were a large group of friends. This house had everything we could want. We had many outdoor activities planned but the house made us all want to hang out and enjoy each others company. Game room on first floor was wonderful with the pool table, poker table and large tv was just perfect. Kitchen easily accommodated the 15 of us. Every pot, pan and utensil you need. Bedrooms were perfect, comfortable!! The area in Breckinridge where the house was located was scenic, beautiful and just a short ride to downtown Breckinridge!!! This house is absolutely stunning every inch of it.

We enjoyed the home, it was amazing. Being so close to the ski resort was awesome. Very close to town and had everything you could want sleds, hot tub, pool table and more.

No complaints. We had a great experience. Walking distance to slope which was very helpful for a big family that likes to ski and board at different times during the day. Everything was clean and communication was great. Check in was the easiest time I’ve ever had. My only recommendation is they can get some warming lamps outside so we could enjoy the patios and out door views during the winter. But, everything was so perfect they deserve 5 stars.

Our extended family of 7 adults, 4 teenagers and one 3 yr old descended upon Slopeside Manor for a week to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The set-up of this home fit our group very well and we enjoyed the many amenities that it had to offer. There were a few minor things that didn't work properly at the home and these were communicated to the property manager, who was responsive in trying to address them. Some of these items items could not be completed during our stay due to the need to order parts. None of them detracted significantly from our enjoyment of the property. The location of the home near the base of Peak 8 was perfect for accessing hiking trails, Epic Discovery and all of the other outdoor activities that Breckenridge has to offer. We would certainly consider renting this home again in any future trip to Breckenridge.

The view from the house was great, quiet neighborhood, can walk to the alpine activities, also close to downtown

Skiers of every level, first timers through expert, are able to navigate the slopes from the true ski-in/ski-out location just above the base of Peak 8. The bedrooms are all king sized with ensuites and the bunk room is a dream for kids aged from 5 through 20. We can't recommend this stunning property enough.

We had the most incredible time renting this beautiful home. The house was gorgeous and clean with plenty of room for everyone! The main floor open floor plan offered a great space to entertain and the basement was where all the children wanted to hang (shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, bumper pool, Xbox, movie theatre, etc. Jacuzzi and fire pit were a great way to spend the evening with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We cannot wait to come back to Slopeside Manor!

This property is fantastic. The property is lavishly furnished with a seemingly no-expenses spared attitude. For a ‘simple group of middle aged guys’ we laughed when we realized the home comes with a second dish washer…Excessive? Perhaps. But a great indication of the experience you’ll enjoy. Look at the amenities listed. The hot tub and gas fire pit were put to good use as were the pool table and indoor shuffle board. What didn’t we use? There’s a media room…and games on the TV for the kids. There’s only so much time… We were on a guy’s golf trip to Breckenridge...and enjoying the amenities of the Slopeside was a big part of the group's enjoyment...Returning back from the course, we’d relax on the front porch – one of four on the property – and watch the sun tumble over the range. The gas grill got a good work out every night… Wild life was all around. We never did see any elk or moose, but we did see hawks all over and a few fox showed up to the home without coaxing. The fox seemed to be a bit curious about our group and sat patiently in the driveway for us to take photos. This probably isn’t the cheapest property in Breckenridge, but I can’t imagine a vacation rental home where you’d have a better time. Thanks again to Pinnacle Properties for a wonderful job for turning us onto this beautiful property - they were very accommodating and responsive…and helpful when we first got to town. Amazing house with mountain views! Incredible time here with friends; bike/ski in & out.

The 14 of us (6 children between 1 and 8 years old), their parents, and the grandparents enjoyed the immense amenities this home offered. A home theater allowed the children to watch a movie while adults ate dinner; the fire pit and jacuzzi created a fun gathering space outside; the vast amount of games including shuffle board and pool table challenged all ages. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and upscale bedding and decor. The kitchen was well-stocked with all cooking necessities. The 7,000 sq. ft. even allowed for some quiet places. We also enjoyed one day at the Breck Fun Park (which is within walking distance) and the kids loved bowling at One Ski Hill Place (pass included with house rental). Wow! What an ideal vacation home which created lasting family memories for us! We hope to return sometime!

Had a group of friends all meet in Breckenridge for some summer fun in the mountains. The locations of this house is perfect. The house sits literally right off the ski slopes on peak 8. We were constantly walking between the base of peak 8 and the house. The shuttle service was perfect for getting back and forth between Main Street and the house. We could not have picked a better home to stay in while in Breckenridge. The group unanimously agreed that we will be staying here again next time we visit Breck! Perfect home, perfect location. Couldn't recommend more highly.
