An excellent apartment of approx 70 m2 suitable for small or larger families, a business trip or during relocation.
It is located in a quiet street just off Staveley Road in Chiswick, London underground Zone 2. It is 1 minute walking distance to the train (Chiswick Rail) and 20 minutes walking distance to the Tube (Turnham green, Chiswick Park or Gunnersbury stations) .
The apartment is 15 minutes tube ride or 20 minute Taxi ride to central London - Traffic Permitting (Trafalgar square, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Waterloo, Buckingham Palace, Tate Galary, National Galery, Harrods, Selfridges etc ) and 15 minute taxi ride from Heathrow airport.
The apartment is situated in a purpose built development on the second floor. It includes a well proportioned lounge/family room with a dining area and a dining table.
A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso Coffee machine, Kettle
1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet & basin
1 second bedroom with 2 new single beds (bunks) with high quality new mattresses and bedding.
There is 1 main bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washbasin.
The apartment is also equipped with tumble dryer, folding wall mounted ironing board, Hoover, Steam Iron , Nespresso coffee maker, Kettle, flat screen TV, high speed wireless internet, Fire Alarm, Carbon Monoxide alarm.
Fresh bedding, and Towels are provided.
The apartment has LED lighting throughout with dimmer switches in Living room, bedroom and hallway.
The apartment is located 20 minutes away (on foot) from Chiswick high street, which has numerous convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee-shops and various stores.
The apartment is right opposite Chiswick House Grounds and is a short drive to Windsor Castle (and Lego-Land)
There is also a small convenience store right by the apartment (1 minute walk), and a larger convenience store 7 minutes walk away.
There also a number of take away food outlets (India, Chinese etc) within a few minutes walk. They all provide a delivery service too.
There is a Taxi (Minicab) office right by the apartment so you can easily, safely and cheaply order a Taxi at your convenience.
The apartment is also excellently located at short driving distance from Heathrow Airport and Gatwick airport. This makes it an excellent solution for families relocating to London for business purposes or business people on short/medium term assignments.

We had a lovely stay in Lisas apartment. Lisa and her family welcomed us very warmly. The parking space is directly outside the apartment block. The living room is much larger than the pictures portray, and the kitchen has everything needed. The apartment is close to Chiswick railway station, there is a Co-op supermarket opposite the staion and also a very good restaurant. The apartment is directly opposite Chiswick House park and not far from Chiswick High Road with many restaurants and supermarkets. I would recommend this apartment.

My husband and I were there with our two adults daughters.
Enough place for everyone.
Plenty of hot water , no problem at all.
Love: dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer.
Very nice neighbourhood: secure, quiet, not far from public transport.
You Will find very near from appartement : grocery and very nice local pub. It was fun to be recognize by the staff from the local pub.
Lisa is very prompt to respond any questions and Sam welcome us on december 25 to explain to us how everything works.
Personal comment : December is very nice in London.

The apartment is just as described, but what you don't get from the pictures is that very comfortable feeling of the place after being there only a very short time. For our group of 3 adults, (one couple and friend) the apartment proved to be large enough to offer privacy and a wonderful living room/dining room for enjoying more social activities. It is in a complex of apartments, but they are not one on top of each other so there is an open feeling about the complex. As mentioned in other reviews, the park is just across the street and provides a real boost to those of us who have left our puppies back home. It is filled everyday with tons of dogs and their owners having a great time. The park is home to Chiswick House and is great for walking or running. If you decide to get a 7-day Oyster card, you might want to include zone 3, the Chiswick tube station is in that zone while Turnham Green Tube station is in zone 2. As both are about equal distance from the house (20 minute or so walk), we used the Turnham Green station which also puts you in an area full of shops and restaurants. The apartment is a short 7-10 minute walk from the Train Station. For those from the states, you may want the owner to go over with you, in detail, of how the shower/bath works and the settings for the washer and dryer. The apartment was clean and beds were very comfortable. Also had late night surprise of a visit (for 3 nights) outside of a very healthy gray fox with massive fluffy tail walking through the complex back to the area of the park. It was a very nice spot and wonderful place to stay.

Lisa was very welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is in a beautiful community and right across from a park. Great for walking or running. Overall a great stay.

Clean apartment, very private. Well located 10 min walk to bus and Chiswick house train station. 10 min bus to the high street. Right across from an entrance to Chiswick House Park. Double bed in master suite which is very small by Canadian standards.

I loved staying here, Sam & Lisa are lovely host and most accommodating...Lisa helped me get a vegan lunch on a cruise we booked (above and beyond)... thanks Lisa! My son and I stayed for two weeks and the apartment was exactly like it was shown in the pictures no surprises.
It was a quick walk to either E3 bus line or the Chiswick train station with connections to Central London we used the Oyster card everywhere we went! Chiswick is clean & quiet neighborhood I felt safe there and Chiswick Park, which is directly across the street is beautiful and a great way to start the day with a walk. Would book this apartment again! By the end of the stay we we were calling it home!

Four of us, my wife and I and our two children (aged 14 and 12) traveled from Calgary to London and stayed here from 18 March to 1 April. We absolutely loved the apartment and its location. Lisa and Sam the owners were great right from the original inquiry.
When we arrived at the apartment, Sam was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the flat and its amenities. They left us a few consumables (coffee pods, laundry soap, etc.) to get us started and even put together a binder of information from wi-fi password to where to shop, eat, and catch the train or tube.
The flat is clean and was spacious enough for a family of 4. Having a washer and separate dryer was great - the weather was cold and wet while we were there so we did a lot of laundry.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a very quiet building and is very secure. The flat was clean and having 2 bedrooms made for a lot of space. Chiswick Park is across the street and is a wonderful green space to go for a walk or a jog. The Chiswick Park tube station is about a 15 mins walk north and is very close to several of the main grocery stores which was convenient for us to grab a few groceries on our way home from sight seeing.
The Chiswick rail station is only about a 5 minute walk south of the flat and is very near the Old Station House pub, which was a great place to eat and grab a pint.
We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again if we traveled back to London.

The house is fantastic, it is very well located in a residential area of London very cozy.
The house is very well connected by metro and train.
It has everything necessary, very well decorated and we were very comfortable.
