My family greatly enjoyed our stay at this luxury duplex in Blue River. The view was spectacular, the location was convenient, & the condo was well furnished & very clean. We look forward to the next ski trip and staying here again!

All was great with our stay! Not too far from Breck. Communication with the owners was easy. We had no issues during our 4 night stay. The place was very clean, everything worked, and the description/pictures were very accurate. Great amenities!! I would recommended this house, and hopefully we’ll be back! Thank you!

The house was just as listed. This was our first year to do a Christmas trip and it was great! Master bed was comfy, sleep sofas were sleeper sofas lol our kids said the other beds could have been a little more comfortable but not horrible. The house was very clean and decorated great! The owners supplied everything you could think of! I highly recommend this house! Oh and the view is breathtaking

This home was pristine and beautiful, accounting for every little detail to make it feel like home! We spent Thanksgiving week here…our family of 5. The kitchen had everything you could think of to make wonderful breakfasts, throw food in crockpots, everything was accounted for. The view from the hot tub was unbeatable as was the natural light that filtered into the house. Our kids loved the PacMan game and the dart board. My husband loved the pool table. I loved the master bathtub and all the laughter I heard ringing through the house during the week. We can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed in this property with my family over Thanksgiving break 2021. It was amazing. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties and this felt like home. Everything is well thought out to make you feel welcomed. We cooked in almost every night and had everything we needed. You can tell the owners really love this property. Just outside of Breck. We will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful home that has everything you need to have a wonderful summer vacation. The house was spotless and well apportioned. The neighborhood secure and the quiet. As close to perfect as you could get.

Awesome property. The owners are wonderful to work with and the home is very well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out for a large family. It is a little warm in the Summer, if you like to sleep cool. There is actually spices and such if you like to cook and the hot tub is amazing! We saw a Moose on day 2 just walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The location and views are magnificent especially if you are looking for peace and quiet location close to Breckenridge.

The entire family really enjoyed the cabin. Main level and lower level bedrooms felt a little weird with no window coverings to keep people from looking in and the morning sunlight from waking you up on vacation. We all had a blast with the lower level game room and spent many nights downstairs. And the hottub was a big hit to just sit and relax in it. Weather was great even with the rain it cleared up most days and enjoyed the mountain air! Added plus its 5 miles into breckenridge and tons of things to do there. Overall great trip and we would do it again in a heartbeat!!!....Thank You!!

My family of six just returned home after a great week in the Colorado mountains. The cabin is well appointed and clean. We could not have been any happier in our choice.

This beautiful home is so well accommodated. All you need is your clothes. The owners have thought of everything you will need to make you stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, game room and popcorn machine. We will definitely return and book this property for a family/friends gathering. Great hosts.

Starwood was simply fantastic! We assembled our family from around the country at this beautiful spot, and everyone had a memorable time. This location is perfect; close enough to the lifts to make mountain sports easy, but far enough away to let us relax in peace. The home is very well appointed, better than any of our previous rentals. It had plenty of everything a large group could need, from towels and kitchen amenities to sleds and bathroom supplies. This place was just like home, but with fantastic luxuries like heated floors and ski boot dryers in the garage. It was set up perfectly for what we needed; a relaxing family get away. And, having the chance to meet a friendly pair of moose at our front door make our stay unbeatable and memorable. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with our family! We will be back!

Place was excellent! Loved the game room. Boot dryer in the garage was a major convenience for 5 full days of skiing! View of Quandary Peak was amazing!

This house has it all. Privacy in the trees, but close to town, space and upscale design. We celebrated my mom’s birthday in this space. We loved the hot tub on the deck, the awesome game room - played some poker and the throw back arcade machine. It’s rare to find a house with private bathrooms for all bedrooms - big perk for us. I especially appreciate the fully stocked kitchen - it’s got everything and more. It’s great that the owners allow guests to leave condiments, spices, etc. for use. It was great to utilize and contribute instead of wasting. Do be aware there are no curtains in the master rooms- beautiful view of trees and stars from bed but the bright morning sun should be your thing - and possible new neighbors below seeing in. We had toddlers with us and appreciated the use of a pack n play, baby gate and sturdy tables, furniture made for use. It’s clear the owners have thought of every activity and detail to make your Breck stay a fun and elegant vacation.

The property was a beautiful home with great views! Close proximity to many activities and yet a wonderful place to just enjoy what the property has to offer with game room, hot tub and privacy of bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Owners very attentive when I had questions or a concern! Will definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely, comfortable home. Perfect for our group of eight. Loaded kitchen upstairs, ample space throughout with options for all types of people. Fun game room in basement with what we called the baking and popcorn kitchen. Great proximity to Mt. Quandary, Hoosier Pass, Blue River Waterfall and McGullough’s Gulch. Close enough to Dillon and Frisco for biking and cool farmer’s market. Lots of shops and restaurants just 10 minutes away in scenic Breckenridge. Ran out of days before running out of interesting things to see and do. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property in amazing setting. Wildlife galore all around! Great home-base for our daily jaunts around the area but also a fabulous place to simply hangout and chill. Owners were super accessible and welcoming. We will be back!

The property was very clean and a beautiful home! Communication with the property managers was easy and they always answered when I reached out to them. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Overall we had a great time!

We loved our stay, this home is the perfect combination of the best of our past rentals. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well labeled for ease of use. Excellent amenities. The kitchen is so well stocked, it was fun to cook and set a nice table to eat together. The man cave was an added bonus that the whole family enjoyed. Everything was so clean, it felt safe! Nestled in the woods, with a view of the mountains , we were close to all the trails and activities. Easy 7 minute drive to Breckinridge. Owners were great to communicate with, responsive and helpful. We love this area, and definitely plan to come back to this house.

We’ve stayed in countless places from the beaches to the mountains thru VRBO. I cannot say enough great things about the owners. Their communication, friendliness, and of course their home were everything and more than I would have expected. Would not hesitate to reach out and book their home again!

Our two families enjoyed the weekend away! Not only is this home in a gorgeous neighborhood what made it even better was our 8” of fresh snow one day! We went sledding, walked town, enjoyed the games and comfort of the home, plus a nice hot tub at the end of the day. We all enjoyed a little pac man. The kids enjoyed learning to play. We hope to return soon! Thank you for your very responsive and ease of communication! Lastly, this home is so well stocked, especially the kitchen!

This was the perfect place for our families to gather for Christmas. The property has breathtaking views and was very easy to get too. The owners are very responsive to questions and so personable. We enjoyed the stay so much that it will now become our gathering spot each year for Christmas.
