This was PERFECT for our first trip to 30A. A little over a mile to downtown Seaside and a 2 min walk to the beach. The pool in the back was perfect for us. Ted was a great host and always available to answer any of my questions.

We just spent a wonderful week at Barbie’s Beach House! This place is amazing! Perfect location to a very close public beach access ramp & we walked to many places! The beach wagon/chairs/toys in the shed made it so easy for us to get to the beach,as we flew! The pool is smaller but was perfect for us-heating the pool made it fun & cozy in October. The house is really fun & funky & was extremely clean. The art work/decor is just so cool! I kept seeing different things everyday I hadn’t noticed before. My granddaughter especially loved the PINK bedroom & the artwork in it! The big master suite & office area is very nice & spacious. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/pots/pans. Nice outdoor grill. Owner,Ted,is very attentive & easy to work with. Can’t say enough positives about this place! Thanks, Ted & Barbie!

Our family of 5 (3 kids under 8 yrs old) had the best week at this gorgeous, well equipped home. Bigger than the pictures indicated and we loved the pool in the backyard. Beach was a short walking distance and great restaurants close by. Highly recommend and would rent again in the future.

We are a family of 5 adults and had a great stay at Barbie’s Beach House. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. We’ve stayed up and down 30a and you can’t beat the location. The house is located 4 houses north of 30a with a beach access directly across the street and a short bike ride to Seaside. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need if you want to do any cooking and there’s a great yard to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails, or play cornhole as we did. Ted, thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!

We loved everything about the house. It rained just about every day so having the pool was awesome for the kids. Great location, just a short walk to the beach access. The owners were awesome to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We look forward to booking this place next year.

Barbie's Beach House is truly a remarkable place. We spend the week of July 4th there and had a wonderful time. Everything about our stay was top notch. Decor and amenities were incredible with interesting and whimsical artwork. All week we kept "discovering" new things. We kept commenting on how much we felt at home and even shot family photos in the beautifully landscaped yard. It was a magical place for our six year old daughter enjoying her first beach vacation and our son celebrating graduation from high school. We left with great memories of time spent together as a family and hope to visit many more times in years to come. Thank you Ted and Barbara for sharing your beautiful home. We honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else!

We had a wonderful experience renting this house. The location was perfect. It's close to everything and such a short walk to the beach. The house exceeded my expectations with cleanliness. The house was actually larger than I expected and all the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great for our family. We did not want to leave this lovely property. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Ted!

This beach cottage was perfect for adults and kids. The decor is cozy and feels like a great escape from daily life. Ted and his wife are amazing and gracious hosts. They offered a fully stocked kitchen, a lovely backyard pool, and a beautifully landscaped yard. It’s a perfect little oasis when you need a break from the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barbie’s House! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked (and organized), and the decor was SO cute!! The location is perfect and an easy short walk to several beach access point options. Seaside and Grayton Beach are short bikes ride away. We rarely got in the car. The yard is beautifully kept and the whole experience made us feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms were appreciated with 4 teenage girls and two parents. Thank you Ted and Barbara!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this house and we have loved it each time! The location is perfect - convenient to Seaside as well as the hub. The private beach is nice as well as the pool. The house is always clean and the decor is so fun and probably the nicest of any house we’ve rented. Ted is a great host and very accommodating.

The owner is extremely responsive. Very easy to deal with and reached out a few times to make sure all was well. House is great. Close to the beach. One block. You can walk there in about 2 minutes. Entrance is a public parking lot so there are restrooms available if you need them. Pool was warm and wonderful after a day at the beach. Two 17 year olds said it was their best vacation. We rented bikes so they biked down to Seaside (5Min) and really enjoyed it. Can’t wait to return!!

We wanted a low-key spring break, and this was perfect for our family of 5. The house itself was just as it was listed and there were plenty of sleeping room for the kids (7 yo, 4 yo, & 2 yo). The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans and all the utensils you'll need to cook/grill. There were a few plastic plates and cups which came in handy when the kids had their snacks outside by the pool. The pool isn't big, but it was enough for our kids, and they absolutely loved playing in the pool after a morning on the beach. The pool was heated and felt amazing. We had to use the leaf net a few times to clean the pool, but it wasn't a big deal. There is a wagon, beach umbrella, and some beach toys in the shed which was awesome for our beach adventure. The private beach access was great and the view was amazing. If you're pulling a wagon I definitely recommend the public beach access which is literally just a few steps away with a ramp down to the beach which made pulling a wagon full of beach stuff a lot easier. There are no sidewalks on the house side of 30A and the cross walk is right at the public beach access so you'll have to walk on some gravel before getting to the cross walk. Ted was very responsive when we had a concern. Overall we loved the house and location and would definitely consider renting again!

Our group was two couples with 2 1/2-year-old kids who loved the beach but ESPECIALLY the little pool in the back of the house. Ted was communicative from booking onward and I felt so confident going in. The house is pretty, charming, and has plenty of places to sit and relax and a quiet room to do some work if needed. Thoughtful touches are everywhere, from baskets to transport laundry to a rack for drying bathing suits outside in the sun to beach chairs and a wagon onsite. A perfect place for a small group, just a 2-minute walk from a great beach access. Highly, highly recommended.

This was the perfect house and location for a week-long trip. The house is comfortable, well decorated and clean. The heated pool was a bonus for morning & evening swimming or if it was chilly at the beach. The front yard is shaded & a great spot for morning coffee and the palm trees provide privacy. It’s only three houses up from beach access and 1 mile to the Center of Seaside. Looking forward to coming back again.

We had such a fun time at this property for our fall break. The house is super close to the beach. The beach is an easy walk and a beach wagon and chairs is included. The house was very clean and worked perfectly for our family of 6. Ted was easy to get ahold of and had great recommendations when we asked! We loved the area and we would love to stay here again.

The house was everything and more as described in the listing. It sits on the most beautiful lot in the area. The house was very very clean. The pool was the perfect size and the privacy around the house is excellent. The street the house sits on is very quiet and private. We will definitely be going back. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. We had four women so we all had our own bedroom! There are three baths so that worked perfectly. I could easily live in this house!!

We would give Barbie’s Beach House 50 stars if we could- it was so wonderful! We had never been to this part of Florida before and we were expecting a touristy area with strip malls, but it was so beautiful and peaceful instead. The house is very lovely. The beds were super comfy, it was a quiet neighborhood, and we just loved the pool and sitting out on the front Adirondack chairs having our morning coffee and listening to the zizzing bugs and the surf in the background. The walk to the beach was a dream- so close and easy. The beach itself was unreal. I couldn’t stop staring at the emerald green water and white sand. We saw dolphins jumping out of the ocean while we were bobbing the waves, and a huge Ray swam by us one time! The water was 86 degrees! Having beach gear available to us was a huge advantage, since we flew in from Connecticut, and we did love getting limes off the lime tree for apres beach mojitos! We enjoyed a few of the local restaurants that the owner suggested (thank you!) and also got delivery. The fish market Goat Feathers sold delicious Gulf snapper, grouper and shrimp that we grilled up at the house too. The Donut Hut was a favorite for the kids. We went on a snorkel and dolphin boat tour out of PCB and that was fun. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!

We loved our week at Barbie’s Beach House! The location is perfect. The walk to the beach was very easy and short, we used both the neighborhood access and the public ramp when pushing a stroller. The house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We really appreciated all of the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach gear provided in the shed. The house was very clean and relaxing. The pool, landscaping and outdoor seating areas made our stay even better. We hope to visit again!
