access to beach and Seaside town square was perfect! And everyone had their own space with the 3 levels. Would definitely rent this property again.

The location is great as long as you aren’t staying during a big holiday week like we did. Lots of noise, traffic, and sirens from ambulance going by daily. We liked that the House is located near all the shops and food. The house has so much potential if it were maintained properly. The pictures look lovely online (i find this is a common theme with rentals) but the home is very worn and dirty. Every wall is scuffed from renters, every bed squeaks, kitchen drawers dirty, couldn’t use the oven because it smoked and needs to be cleaned, be careful opening dish washer as it’s not installed correctly, furniture needs cleaning, etc. Quick walk to the beach was a treat. Only 2 parking spots was inconvenient but managed with street parking. We were looking for more of a luxury rental being that it’s was 15k for a week. Good home, but just wasn’t for us. We thought not having a pool wouldn’t be an issue but realized we’d have to have a pool, even with the beach being so close. We left the rental a day early.

I don't think there is a better location in Seaside.

House is really well maintained. The location couldn't be better. The mid-week cleaning service was very convenient. We really liked the layout of the house. When we were actually in the house, we always stayed in the kitchen area. There was lots of room to hangout, socialize, play board games at the kitchen table.

Excellent location and home. A home of this value needs a good detail cleaning and an air conditioner than can keep up with the heat. Downstairs unit worked great, but the upstairs unit never got below 77(and that was at night).

It was absolutely perfect and somehow even better than the pictures. We had 11 people there and we never felt like the house was crowded.
