Bikini Bottom is a central location on Fripp with a lot of room for very large families and friends. Berta was quick to respond. Getting on Fripp is a little bit of a hassle since it is a private island. You must go through the property owner for gate passes so if someone is going to visit (or think about visiting) get them on the list.

We loved the location and space in this house. Perfect for two families. So much fun playing cards around the dining table after a Long Beach day!! Thanks so much.

We went to my granddaughter’s graduation to Parris Island, she is now a US Marine… 11 total we all had a wonderful time, the home is in Fripp Island a very clean and well maintained place… the house is beautiful, clean and very spacious, everybody had a bed to sleep in, the home is just a short walk to the beach… we loved it and we plan on coming back soon again….. no problem with communicating with the owners very prompt and fast response… Thank you

We had a great week with 3 generations of family at Fripp! This rental was the cleanest we have ever rented at Fripp Island, and the layout was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The teens had the downstairs to themselves, the adults took the big beds upstairs, and our little kids shared the twin bedroom. Berta was quick to answer the one question we had, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect! The house was even better than the pictures. Berta was incredible to work with!

We loved the location as it is a very short walk to the beach and close to the ice cream shop. Another plus was the number of bedrooms on the first floor. We hope to stay at Bikini Bottom again.

Very accommodating owner/manager. Was a great place to stay for a Parris Island graduation. Well worth the 45 min drive. Fripp Island is a pretty unique place to vacation. Highly recommend. The this place and property.

We had a wonderful time—all my children and grandchildren under one roof! We ended up not using the downstairs at all, which I thought the kids would enjoy. I do have one suggestion: The kitchen needs some cookie sheets and a few more 9 by 12 casserole dishes. Once we located everything else, we were in good shape.

This home was perfect for our family of 14. We were in the area for a Marine graduation and this home was exactly as described. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing time at Bikini Bottom, a beautiful house just steps from the beach. Deer are everywhere, eating grass and just hanging out, obviously not threatened by humans so will basically walk right by you without a care in the world. But please no feeding them, they don't need human food. House was stocked nicely for cooking, both inside as well as with the outdoor grill. Any house with an outdoor shower is a homerun by my standards. Lots of space, beds really comfortable and just an overall awesome vibe on the island. Hope to come back and spend more than 2 nights next time. Berta was extremely helpful and super responsive, can't recommend Bikini Bottoms enough!

We had a wonderful time. House was perfect! Can not get a better location, so close to beach, lots of room in this house. W had 3 families (13 total) and had plenty of room. Great kitchen island to gather around.

We had 7 people stay with plenty of room for twice that amount! The location was excellent. It has a nice deck, table and chairs outside and we used the grill for dinners. The kitchen was big and well stocked. We were steps from the beach. We all had a great time and would recommend to anyone!

House is always great, and the location can't be beat! Berta is very quick to respond and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Overall, house is located super close to the beach and one of the main pool areas and food court. The inside of the house has been renovated but the outside not so much so don't let the outside fool you. Overall is a great stay, with very spacious bedrooms. Only drawback is the poor internet. The TV in neither of the master bedrooms worked, as one had a Roku unit that didnt work and the other had such poor reception, the Roku unit had no chance of working (even tried streaming on tablets and cell phones from the 2nd master and streaming failed). Would recommend renting golf cart to get around and pick up supplies before you get to Fripp as otherwise it's a 30 min drive back into Beaufort. Also had to wait 2 weeks for the owner to release the security deposit, despite us following the full instructions for check out. 0verall, owner is very responsive and I would recommend this house to families looking for a relaxing vacation!!

This was our first time booking a place on Fripp, the booking process was superb, easy smooth and quick. Berta was responsive, helpful and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. The home was immaculate, clean, roomy and had everything we needed. All rooms were spacious the kitchen was large for entertaining and cooking, the downstairs was perfect for kids to hang out. The home is a perfect location to the resort pools, food court and quick walking distance to the beach access. Great central location. The check out process was easy. We would definitely reserve this location again! Thank you Rosenberg properties for having us!

House was right off the beach, just a few steps away from the board walk, so we could easily go in and out of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with good pots and pans, and new modern appliances. Kids had their own space to hangout in the lower level.

the house was very wonderful we had a very good time there was a lot of space the two master bedrooms were great the kitchen was huge had all the stuff we needed for doing a lot of cooking we just had a really great time it was kid-friendly they had pack and plays and baby gates and it was very wonderful.

Our 2 families, with 4 adults and 7 children ages 6-18, had a wonderful time at Bikini Bottom! The house is just steps from the beach, not too far to bring littles back to the bathroom at the house, and only 2 streets down from the pool. We had plenty of room and the updates with new added master bedroom are beautiful!

We were there for a family vacation to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary. We had an excellent experience, plenty of room for everyone, short walk to the beach, kitchen supplies was better than other places we have been.

We loved staying here! Very clean and accommodations were great. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. We loved how close it was to the beach access. Great house for 2 families.

Renaissance Beach House was the destination for our biannual girls get away. Even though the weather didn't cooperate as well as we wished the house provided everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for the four of us to have privacy while still being comfortable to hang out and even spread out to different spaces if we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for us to work together preparing meals or just hang out while others cooked.

We have been coming to Fripp for the past 12 years. We booked at the last minute for 4th of July week, and after staying here, I can't believe this home was even available! The outside looks like a cozy older beach house. The inside was roomy, super clean, and beautifully renovated. The website says 2 1/2 bathrooms, but there are actually 3; one in the master, one in the hall between two bedrooms, and one by the bunk bed room, plus an enclosed outdoor shower. The location was excellent. The beach is a few steps away, and there is a new boardwalk beach access which made it very easy to pull the cooler. We were able to watch the July 4th golf cart parade from our balcony. We sat outside on the front porch every evening. The ocean breezes were wonderful. Take a couple Citronella candles and you're all set to watch the deer (who came to visit everyday). We were late to book, so all of the golf cart rentals were booked. We found a place, Club Car of Hilton Head, that delivered 3 golf carts to us. It worked out perfectly. You don't want to be on Fripp without a golf cart! This home is well stocked. There was a broom, extra blankets, sheets, pillows, and everything you need in the kitchen. The open kitchen/living/dining was very large. We were in the kitchen cooking, watching cartoons in the living area, and playing board games or on our IPads in the dining room, and none of us ever felt cramped. The dining room has 3 walls of windows which really let the outside in. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed this home. It's a renovated older home that is very well kept. The bedrooms were spacious, the location was excellent.

I loved the location it was easy to get to the beach and pools. The house was very nice and I felt we weren't cramp with such a big group that went!! Bertha was very excellent and helping me giving me and answering alll questions I had!!! I would definitely be booking again with her!!!

The location was great and the king size mattress slept good. However, the dishwasher and the garbage disposal didn't work from day one. There were two golf carts but only one key. Neither golf cart would stay charged for more than an hour, if that, so we had to use our cars to explore the island. There was no broom in the house for us to sweep. The outlets didn't work so we couldn't use our curling irons or straighteners to get ready. The washing machine worked great but the dryer would have to go through three cycles to get the clothes dry. The kitchen is well stocked. It could be a really great place to rent but it really needs some TLC!! There's a great balcony off the master bedroom but no furniture on it so you can enjoy it. There were towel bars off the walls in the down stairs bathroom. A cabinet door missing off the kitchen cabinets. I also killed 5 roaches in the living room and kitchen while we were there. It was not very relaxing having to constantly hand wash dishes all while the sink was backed up because of the clogged garbage disposal. We love Fripp and will return next year just won't return to this home. I'm not trying to offend Berta but this house shouldn't be rented again until all these problems are fixed!! We were 40 mins late checking out due to all the broken down things that we had to improvise on to get ready to leave.

Great location, great communication with the owner during the vetting process. I would encourage future renters to keep in mind that this is a beach house. Meaning the house is pretty dated and not well insulated which means it is really hard to keep cool during the Summer months. We had a couple breakers flip that prevented us from charging the golf cart for the 1st couple of days but we were able to work it out and identify the problem on our own. The rules for this house were mostly inline with others but were a bit overboard in some areas. All in all it was not bad, for the rate in which we paid.

Very centrally located and you really can walk to the courts, one of the 5 pools, ice cream place, and walk to the beach. You are on the Main drag but the price is right and where can you fit your family with a downstairs bunk room and hang out for the grandkids. Island wifi isn't great but Fripp is like growing up in the 50's where everyone feels safe and kids enjoy themselves. Our third year here and 7th year in area.

We stayed at Bikini bottom with another family at the beginning of the summer and had a great time. The house is in my favorite location on Fripp. It is only a few steps to the beach and is central so everything is only a short journey. The included golf cart makes it even easier! The downstairs was great for the kids, and the house had everything we needed. Berta is great to work with, and was really helpful getting us something we had left at the house. We are renting from Berta again this year!
