This is our 4th year of staying at the Lemonade cottage. We continue to go back every year because its the perfect space for us. Great ocean views, easy to get to the beach, great Kitty Hawk Location. Kim & Mark are great hosts. We love it and will stay here again for sure!

Our favorite place. . as the family grows this year we had an 8 month old to experience Lemonade Cottage and the beach for the first time. Cottage has everything we need to relax and owner always available if there is any sort of issue. Clean, right on the beach and grandma can see the ocean while cooking!

Another summer at the Lemonade Cottage and another perfect week (despite the weather). Location is perfect; right on the beach allowing easy setup. The house is also walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. The house is always clean and the hosts are very welcoming. Can’t wait to continue the tradition and stay another week next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront rental on the Outer Banks! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this house was a gem. The check-in process was a breeze, and we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. The views were nothing short of spectacular—waking up to the sunrise over the ocean each morning was a highlight of our trip. The house itself is beautifully appointed, with a well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep a pleasure. We even appreciated having a vacuum available, which was a thoughtful touch. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive and provided all the information we needed to make our vacation stress-free. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained beach house with breathtaking views and easy access to the sand, this is the place for you. We can’t wait to return!

This place could not have been better for our entire family! Perfect location, great indoor area for us and the outdoor porch (especially covered during rain) was fantastic! We will absolutely be back!

Our family has had the most amazing week for several years at Lemonade! The owners also have another home called Sweet Tea that we enjoyed immensely! Right on the beach & excellent surf fishing, dolphins, and almost a private beach feel when we go as the lot next door is empty. So thankful for this annual and special place for our family over the years and for many years to come.
