Perfect little mountain home for 11 of us to stay with plenty of room. Having the guest house was an added bonus, we had privacy but were still close to our family. Clean property, everything we needed to cook our dinners. We loved sitting on the big porch in the morning with our coffee & again in the evenings when it got cool. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay

Spacious home for all of us. The house is Only 3mins to Main Lift area. There is also a Free Shuttle available (which is very fast) to take you to & from anywhere in RR.

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was beyond what we had in mind! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us! We were able to cook and bake for thanksgiving without needing anything extra and there was enough hot water for everyone (that is usually our biggest issue at family vacations) We will definitely be coming back!

This house was perfect for our family... it was so roomy and comfortable. The beds all slept great. The kitchen was well stocked other than grilling itensils. We enjoyed walking into town and fishing in the beautiful stream nearby. This house will definitely be put on our "do it again" list

We had a great time at our home location and in Red River and Taos! Even though we had some rainy moments, we really enjoyed ourselves!

The best thing about the home was the large open main living area that the whole family can be without any crowding!! Second best was the guest house for the teenagers!!

This is the rare rental that actually looked nicer and larger in person than in the photos. It was also well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Was a great place had plenty of parking we brought trailer with side by sides. Good location close to Main Street. Has all amenities needed for a great quick 3 night stay. Will stay again!!

Wonderful atmosphere. Quiet no issues and was literally seconds from skiing. The apartment game me solitude from the company I was with.

The property was a perfect place for our family and extended family to enjoy a couple of days on the slopes. The house is spacious and the owner goes to extremes to provide everything we needed. We will definitely plan on staying here again !!!

Stay went quickly, that a sign of a good time

this is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here. Last year's wasn't a good experience at first, but this year was good. We did have an issue with plugs and got it fixed. Then another problem with microwave and heat not working, but it got fixed. Overall, we really enjoy this house., It's roomy and we like the location.

Well located. Spacious property that is well kept. Quiet area, but close enough for walk to town. Rustic, local feel makes for overall good experience.

The place was perfect for our party. The weather was great. Really liked the Webber electric grille.

The oven was on lock the entire time and couldn't bake items I brought. The keylock had two different lock codes, took a while to figure out which one. I feel insecure to use the cabin again with no communication with the property managers.

Definitely enjoyed our summer vacation.

We rented this house for our adult children, 3 grand kids and great grandma. It worked out very well for all of us. Just in case you have someone that has trouble with stairs there are 3 leading into the property, they are wide with a good railing. So even though my mother uses a walker she was able to get up the stairs and once she was in the house the doors and bath rooms were not a problem. The kitchen had every thing you would need to fix any meal even a hand mixer! It is open concept so the cook is still part of the party. At night when the grand kids are tired and cranky you just send them out to the guest house with there parents. LOL Really it is the perfect set up it does allow you all to be together but still have your own space. All of the comforts of home washer, dryer, dishwasher every thing is there. The kids took the grand kids on a short walk and found a soccer field not too far away for them to run and play. The river is maybe 75 yds away and yes we saw people catching fish. We brought a 30 ft goose neck trailer with jeep and 4 wheelers and no trouble parking. The only reason I gave it 4 star on the overall was a few minor repairs need to be made to the guest house but if people would be more respectful that would not be necessary. We really liked that Laura gave us the lock box combo and we could just leave the key inside and not have to keep up with it, not that I feel safety is an issue located off the highway and just far enough from town to be away from the crowd. Thank you again Laura for allowing us to stay and for the quick return of deposit.

We did not receive check in information and had to call and text property manager the night before check in to receive information. We also reported a couple of issues in the house with slow response and not helpful information from property manager. There was no hot water in the kitchen faucet and latch on dishwasher was different and appeared at first to not be working. Property manager’s response was not helpful. We discovered we had to leave the hot water side of the faucet running for a long time before we could get any hot water. There were no paper towels left for us and not enough toilet tissue and the outdoor grill was in horrible shape (needs to be thrown away)

Perfect for large groups plenty of seating and lots of rooms with beds!

We had a wonderful time on our big family ski vacation! The house with its great big kitchen living room eat in space was perfect for all of us hanging out together while some read others cooked and others played games or ate at the table or bar stools. Fantastic family housing!
