The apartment was cute and clean, with comfy beds and a shower with great water pressure. To me, that's the important stuff to get right. Owner was very responsive and quick to act when an issue with the stove arose. One downside... the neighborhood is a bit sketchy (eg., there was a discarded mattress outside on the street, which a man actually slept on one night), but the property is tucked away up a set of stairs that have a gate, so I did not feel unsafe.

Brenda’s place was PERFECT for us. We spent everyday at the beach which was only a 5-7 minute drive. They have a few grocery stores, restaurants and more within walking distance. Brenda also communicated very quickly with any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here

Great house in a great neighborhood! Safe, Clean and Convenient to everything. All new with excellent appliances and nice comfy beds. Well stocked linens and kitchen. Perfect for visiting family - even if you bring Grandma who insists on baking.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a girls trip, kid free, husband free relaxing vacation and this was PERFECT! Trader Joe’s is 2 blocks away, the beach is a quick 10 minute drive, lots of food options close by too! We were able to save money by having breakfast at the Apartment and go out and play later. The apartment is clean, I perfect size to not have to stress about cleanup on the day you leave. Big bathroom with a tub so if you do have kids it’s perfect! We have no complaints. There was parking in the alleyway and our separate entrance was perfect! Thanks for making our stay completely stress free!

Nos sentimos muy agusto de hospedarnos ahí, muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, en el apartamento hay todo lo que necesitas desde juguetes para niños como todo lo que necesites para cocinar, en el baño puedes encontrar de todo hasta cepillos de dientes nuevos por si olvidaste los tuyos. En conclusión nos gustó mucho estar ahí.

Brenda's place worked perfectly for what we needed. It was really close to all things and a cheap Uber ride from dinners and activities.

Owner was gracious and helpful when we encountered a problem entering the code to open the door. Our problem, not hers, as we mistakenly entered code on a realtor’s padlock hanging on outer door instead of deadbolt lock on inner door.

Our host was awesome, house was clean and rrady for our arrival. Perfect location to all the theme parks and beaches. It was perfect size for our kids and us. The house had everything we needed, just bought snacks and food. wmWould definitely stay again.

The property was well.appropriated with dishes toiletries and condiments. It was close to attractions with restaurants and stored 1 min away. Beds were comfy and the kids loved Netflix. Hardwood floors were nice. Big bathroom although we had to share, it fit our needs. Great place!

We really enjoyed the clean and remodeled condo! Brenda was so easy to work with and replied to any questions I had really quickly. It took us 5 min to get to Newport Beach. We will definitely refer this home to our friends and family. Thank you for providing a nice home for my family!

We came here with our nearly two year old daughter to enjoy some beach time. The apartment is lovely inside and was perfect for our small family, May the cleaning lady had the place spotless before we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet at night, the parking is standard in the alley. You wouldn’t want to bring an oversized vehicle. We went down the street to the Trader Joe’s and did some shopping, was very convenient. We cooked in for most of our meals, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking (even some spices), storage bags and aluminum foil, you don’t need to bring a thing. The same for the bathroom it’s fully stocked with blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, etc... The beach was a short 10 min drive away, download the parking app it makes your life super easy. Bring some change for the wash, 1.50 per load for the washer and 0.75 per load for the dryer. The owner Brenda was very responsive and helpful for the few questions we had. The only negative I will put here and it’s minor is that the bedframe in the larger bedroom is very squeaky, the slightest movement made a squeak, again this is very minor. We loved this location and would definitely book again!

This was a great location for us to get to the beach and to Disneyland. Everything we needed was in the unit for us, except food of course. However, there is a Trader Joe's conveniently located less than 2 blocks away. The interior of the unit is nicely done and has been recently updated. The only minor downside for us was that the parking situation was tight. We almost brought my husband's pickup truck, but I am glad we didn't because it never would have fit. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and Brenda is great and very responsive.

Very nice location convenient to shops and beach. We stayed for a family visit, niece’s graduation from Vanguard U. The place was nicely remodeled, clean and well maintained. Two nice bedrooms with comfy beds. Owner Brenda was easy to communicate with, responsive and very helpful. I hope to stay there again. Cynthia

We had a great time at the unit during our stay, and would recommend it. Appliances are brand new and hardwood floors were very nice.

We spent 3 nights at Brenda's place and had a great time. The apartment was beautifully renovated, and had everything we needed (including very comfy beds!) Brenda was there to greet us when we arrived and was super responsive by email/text. The place is located on the second floor of a fourplex unit in a quiet residential area. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Irvine. Also just a short drive to Huntington Beach. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area .
