We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo was immaculate, well appointed and it felt like home. We are excited to stay there again in the near future!

The place was very comfortable, well appointed and spacious enough for a group of adults. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked and the living and dining areas had plenty of room for our group. Nice toiletries which was a nice touch that I appreciated. We especially appreciated the location, conveniently located a short walk (5 min or so) from the gondola and about 10 minutes from the bus station and most of the restaurants, shops etc. We did run in to a few issues that shouldn't have been the case but Brian was very responsive and communicative and ultimately resolved the issues. The pool/tub area was great to have after a day of skiing and never got too crowded to enjoy, as there are 2 hot tubs and fairly large. I would note that the unit is up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator so it may not be ideal for some but it was no problem for us. Check in/out was super easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We’ve stayed in Aspen several times. This was our first time here and we loved it! By far the best place we’ve rented for spring skiing. Close walk to everything, spacious and well stocked condo, parking right outside the unit, two separate entrances make it awesome when returning from skiing and avoiding the cluster of shoes at the entrance. Balcony for grilling (it was too cold this time so we didn’t ) Brian was easy to communicate with & the housekeeper is fabulous. Need more? Check it out yourself!

We enjoyed our stay here. Brian was great and very responsive. Large, attractive and comfortable living area and kitchen. Easy walk to town and market and the free bus is very convenient. Appreciated the 3x/wk housekeeping. Downside: It's a 3rd floor walkup and 5 blocks from gondola, not 3. Outside of living area, it's very tight and there is almost no free closet space outside of the bedrooms.

We loved our stay at this apartment. The location is perfect. Really close to everything in the area. The apartment is very comfortable, with a great layout for a family of 6. It is beautifully kept and maintained, clean, pretty and cozy. We hope to be back next summer!

Cozy and excellent location!
The unit w as exactly as described and just what we needed. Perfect location just two blocks from the grocery store and four from the silver queen gondola we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Plenty of room for six and fully featured kitchen. Heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna were great to come home to after a day in the slopes. We would absolutely stay here again and you will too!

Lovely, well appointed, and nicely located.
My friends and I had a perfect ski weekend here. Lots of space for a group of three with everything we needed to cook, eat, and chill out. Great location a bit off the main drag but quick walk to restaurants and the Belly Up. The daily freshen up was awesome and Brian was an excellent host.

Perfect Location
The location of this property can not be beat. We've stayed in Chateau Roaring Fork multiple times over the summer, and this is our first stay during the winter. The ease of getting to town and the slopes was a priority for us, and this condo provided all that and more. A bonus was the ability to watch the fireworks show over Aspen Mountain on NYE right from the comfort of our own balcony! Communication with Brian was great, and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo with great location
The condo worked out really well during our trip. It's in a great location with walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the AJAX gondola line. The check in process was easy, the house was super clean, and the hot tub/pool was a great little bonus at the property. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Aspen.

Perfect Condo for the weekend
4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 infant.
We all stayed very comfortably with plenty of room for the toddlers to roam around. We were in town for a wedding so having access to a kitchen and a market down the street was essential. Would definitely book again if we ever came back to Aspen.

Thanks for a great week! The condo was a perfect retreat for my vacation. The close proximity to town and the trails makes it a 10/10.

Perfect
This property was perfect for a summer getaway with 6 and 9 year old kids. We played in the river nearby, walked everywhere, used the fitness facility, and the pool and numerous hot tubs. The manager was extremely responsive. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great view of the mountains from the living room and porch. We will definitely try and stay here again.

The location was perfect for my family as we were able to walk everywhere downtown. Parking was always available in the complex and the keyless entry made it easy for the family to come and go. The kitchen is well equipped. We stayed a week so it would have been nice to have been provided more toiletries. Also, the King bed in the master probably needs replaced as it is sagging in the middle. The two guest rooms were perfect size for my daughters.
