Property was great, but we left home without any check-in instructions. They were not sent until after we left home. We were not able to access our E-mail after we left home.

The place was lovely with a nice view and the owner was immediately responsive and super helpful when I asked questions.

We enjoyed a quiet weekend in our cabin. We enjoyed sitting in the deck watching the boats on the lake. The cabin was clean and with a well stock kitchen. It is a great place to relax.

Great cabin! This is the second time we’ve stayed there. The view off the covered deck is incredible. The cabin is updated and decorated in a modern, contemporary style. Fully stocked. Great location. Did I mention the incredible views?

The view is spectacular. The cabin is located in a very quiet area. We did have an issue at check in that was quickly resolved. We had great communication from the owner.

This is a quiet and peaceful off the beaten path cabin with Spectacular views. Covered deck is a good size and the cabin is outfitted with everything someone would need to sit back, relax and enjoy the views. Met a fox, wild turkey and deer on the road to the cabin.

The cottage had a wonderful covered deck with an expansive view of the lake. We comfortably hosted cocktails for a group of 6 adults.

I love the view of the lake this cabin has. A couple of curious critters came right up to glass doors to check out things. Comfortable bed, too. Good communications from manager. I look forward to coming back.

I was looking for a place we could relax and unwind that was off the beaten path. This cabin was the perfect retreat. At the end of the road, surrounded by trees and only a few neighboring cottages it offered peace and quiet. The cabin was expertly decorated and exceptionally clean with a covered deck overlooking a beautiful view of the lake. We were extremely satisfied and hope to book it again in the near future.

We were looking for a small, cozy place, and this fit the bill perfectly. Wonderful little place for visiting Lake of the Ozarks!

The cabin is very clean and the views from the bluff overlooking the lake are amazing. WiFi was not working and the owners did attempt to resolve the issue. That's not anyone's fault, but hopefully its an issue that doesn't happen for future guests.

A perfect view and perfectly done reno made this the prime spot for our getaway. A cozy and quiet place for two yet conveniently located.

Swiss Village #7 appeared on line to be quaint peaceful vintage cottage with a view, but it was way better than we expected. The surprisingly modern, roomy and bright interior was very comfortable, while the big deck and great view were amazing. OK, we did miss having TV, but our stay was pleasantly memorable.

My husband, baby, and I stayed for four nights at the old swiss village. We were pleased with the accomodations and all that was provided. They thought of virtually everything that we would need and provided it. The view was beautiful and the space was peaceful. The price was reasonable too. My one and only complaint was that the pillows were very flat and needed to be replaced a while ago - but as long as you bring your own, you should be set!

We took a long weekend to the Ozarks for our anniversary. We have never been and wasn't sure what area to stay etc. I Randomly picked this home and was not disappointed! Great location, beautiful view, quiet, place was exactly as described. Place was clean, contact with property manager was easy and quick response Michael Steak Chalet is a 2 min walk and had wonderful food. Would love to stay here again. Will definitely come back!

Clean and cute, but it was really all about that view! We spent most of our time on the deck. Really liked the open kitchen design.

Small cabin with a tiny refrigerator, but it was cheery with a great view and a nice covered deck to sit and enjoy it from. There was an issue with cleaning up from the previous tenet but it was cleared up and a fair compensation was made. We look forward to staying here again!

This cottage is quaint and lovely. We enjoyed the view, the area, everything. The hosts are great at communicating. A couple of things that I was disappointed in was how dusty some things were (the baseboards, the edges on the barn doors.) The Keurig machine was also very gross and either needs to be deep cleaned or replaced so we did not use it, even though I had intended on doing so. I brought this up to the hosts, however, and they messaged me back with committing to cleaning the machine. I appreciate that. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully those things are better the next time.

Great location! updated unit; huge deck; gas grill nice to have handy. It is NOT a full kitchen, small dorm type of refrigerator, no oven. There is a microwave oven and Keurig that are both older models. The couch and bed may have had bugs; We let the couch mattress air in the sun and we were asked by the owner to put it back in the cabin because apparently someone saw it out and thought we were just doing that for fun, I guess. Felt awkward that it seemed we were being watched and not asked what might be the issue with the mattress but rather told us to take it back in cabin. It wasn't outside but for a few hours. We used bug spray on ourselves, but by the third night, we decided to leave- it was too uncomfortable (ex. itchy). Came home with bites. Owner refunded last night but claimed there were no bugs but the usual forest type of bugs. That was nice but we had to wash all of our stuff before bringing it back to our house. Our first time in the Ozarks wasn't the best. Lastly, I'm confused about the exorbitant cleaning fees when the place wasn't super clean when we found it and there were explicit instructions of cleaning to do before check-out. I get the impression that owners of places like this want guests to handle their property with white gloves yet don't provide the same courtesy to guests to provide more updated appliances, provide non-dollar store type of supplies, and make sure it is actually clean for each guest, etc.

The views are unbeatable. We very much enjoyed our stay at Swiss Village. Only “issue” you we encountered was with the internet being spotty after a rainstorm. The hosts are wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a getaway.

My husband and I had a great anniversary getaway to this nicely-remodeled cabin with a beautiful view and deck. Location in Osage Beach is good with just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Michael’s Steak Chalet near this cabin was great too! We hope to come back again!

We need that the area had recently come under new owners, so there would be construction happening. The area was quaint and cosy. Our covered deck overlooked the lake, this is where we spent most of our time! It was just what we were looking for! We would definitely come back.
