Location was great. Very clean condo and spacious. Very nice furniture. Better pest control needed for the back porch because we were inundated with bugs. Also recommend providing a better quality of soap and body wash for the price we pay per night.

Great view of Tablerock Lake! Loved being able to walk down from the deck to the lakeshore . Close to the pool. Had everything we needed.

We spent 9 days at Drop Anchor. We traveled with our adult son from Colorado for a wedding. The two bedrooms made it nice that he didn't have to sleep on the couch. The unit was very nice and had nice appliances and furniture. We also enjoyed the deck and had easy access to the lake since this is a bottom floor unit. PJ was very helpful and called a couple of times to see if we needed anything. We will definitely consider this unit again. T Teel

Overall this was a lovely place to stay. A few details regarding pool access code and customs on leaving charcoal next to BBQ pit deserved explaining (our bag was removed because we left it out unknowingly). But the view and accessibility to the water we’re what we came for and weren’t disappointed.

This condo had everything we needed for our stay on Table Rock lake. The view was beautiful and the location was great.

Property met all our needs, and it was great being so close to the lake. It didn't affect our stay but the screen doors had been removed, one patio chair was ripped and not all light bulbs worked (unless we didn't know how to turn them all on). Property manager was easy to communicate with regarding our stay.

Nice beds, bathrooms, gorgeous view, and a bass tournament right out the back porch. It was 32 degrees Sunday morning but the fish musta been biting.

Our stay was pleasant. Very beautiful lake view, cozy comfortable beds , nice & quiet. Nice & clean place . We enjoyed our stay overall !!!

Overall we had a great time and no real issues with the rental. As with previous reviews, the neighbors above could be a little loud with after hours running around, but since we expected it, it was not a big deal --and well worth it to have lake access off the porch.

The view and accommodations were outstanding! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The view of the lake was awesome and the pool being so close was great! Would definitely stay there again.

My 3 daughters and I stayed here for an extended girls weekend and were very comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations. Beautiful deck and view!

Communication could’ve been better but the property was great.

Everything about the property was great except for the noise! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location is perfect! The view is great! It could use some updates, like the big bathtub seems to be falling apart, the toilet in the smaller bathroom wobbles, the big mirrors could go, and a bigger tv. The king bed was comfortable. If you want peace and quiet this is not a place for you. This unit is on the lowest level. You could hear every single step from the people above us, I even got woke up by an alarm clock at 6:30 am from the unit above us. During the day, all day, we heard kids running nonstop until at least 9 or 10pm and start up again at 7am. It was so bad we considered getting a room somewhere else.

It was great place just need to replace rollers on sliding glass doors to porch. Need liquid dish washing soap. The view was just fantastic and would stay there again. Every thing was great!!!

This is a nice and very clean condo right on the lake. The deck view is spectacular for sunsets and coffee by the lake! Just don’t expect to meander casually down to the water’s edge from the deck; it is quite steep which didn’t show in the photos that I examined. Nonetheless it was an extraordinary view. There are comfortable deck chairs and a table. We slept in the second bedroom with two Queen beds because the king bed in the master appeared to be broken down with a huge lump in the middle. The bed we slept in was quite comfortable. The bath towels are small, the size I use for my hair at home, and we are slender people. We didn’t use any kitchen appliances other than the refrigerator which worked fine. Be sure to push on the front door when leaving to make sure it is shut tight and secure. We found that it easily popped open when given the customary easy pushback to make sure it is latched well, even after hearing the “click” of it latching. The sliding glass door didn’t lock and was open when we arrived. There is a dowel rod to put in the track, but it was not in place when we arrived and the unit was unsecured. It is a bottom floor unit and you must go down and up a flight of stairs to enter and exit; just something to be aware of in case you have difficulty with stairs. Somehow I missed that disclosure in the listing but it was of no consequence to us. Overall, this is a good place if you want to see the lake with an unobstructed view.

We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back next time we decide to visit the area. The pool is open til 10pm and the kids loved having a nightly swim before closing. We also had a great view from our deck & my husband was able to fish (although he didn't catch much). The condo was perfect! I was slightly concerned of a previous review I read about cleanliness and being out of date but everything was clean (spiders/webs are expected outside on railings) and there were a few things that could be updated but overall it was great & clean (most importantly). We would recommend it!
