We loved everything about our stay from the views, location, comfort and cleanliness of the condo. The condo was fully stocked with toiletries, laundry soap, and spices. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and happy hour on the balcony each day. We saw many sea turtles everyday at the beach. The town had so much to offer from restaurants to rentals. We will have lasting memories to last a lifetime!!

The property was just perfect. Great beds and living room and kitchen. Great amenities provided as well. Loved having access to beach chairs and umbrellas and other beach gear. The location was amazing. The beach was right off the property and there was a ton of locale shops and restaurants within walking distance.

And we could not have asked for a better place. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was modern, elegant, functional and clean. The view was great and the water phenomenal for whatever activity your heart desires. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We loved the place and enjoyed our stay. The condo was well situated with shops and relaxing beach which were all walkable distance. Our favorite feature of the condo was the lanai with an amazing view and constant breeze.

Worth the money to stay here. So close to many restaurants all within short walking distances. The rooftop is magical for a sunset dinner. Owners are great communicators. Beautiful and clean accommodations.

This property was absolutely perfect. My wife and I brought our teenage daughter, and everything was a dream. The condo and location was top notch, beautiful sunsets every night, and access to everything! We hope to go to the exact same place the next time we come to Maui. Thanks!

Our family of four had an amazing stay in Karen’s beautiful condo. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The views are gorgeous and we ate many meals on the lanai. We loved hitting the beach in the morning and snorkeling. We saw sea turtles on each day of our stay. We strolled the beach at sunset and enjoyed nature’s beauty. The rooftop deck and grills were great. We enjoyed a steak dinner there to celebrate Father’s Day. Mahalo for a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Two couples enjoyed our weeklong stay in this beautiful condo. The unit had everything we needed. We loved the balcony for morning coffee and late night games. The property is in a perfect location for walking to beaches, restaurants and shopping! The pool is shaded until late morning - no big deal, but worth noting. We loved this unit, and everything about Maui! We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! My kids are still talking about how comfortable the beds and pillows were! The view off the Lanai was beautiful, we enjoyed it in the morning and afternoon! The location was great. We were within walking distance to restaurants, coffee and shopping! The condo came equipped with chairs, boogie boards and sand toys so it was nice not renting. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our first stay at the Royal Mauian and it definitely won’t be our last. My husband and I took my elderly mother with us to Maui. The floor plan was perfect! The condo is very well stocked, clean, comfortable bedding and is perfectly located. We enjoyed the rooftop deck! Karen was a perfect host. Mahalo!

We are renting places all around the world for years and it is the best condo we have ever been too. The place was so clean we could have eat on the floors. The view is to die for and the trade wind makes it so comfortable on the balcony. Nicely renovated unit with a beachy decor. Very well equipped kitchen…nothing is missing. We loved our time at this well-appointed condo in Kihei. Everything was super clean and updated wonderfully and we loved hanging out on the lanai to watch for whales and all of the watersports going on nearby. It was a short walk to the beaches and we snorkeled right out front. It was fun to grill on the rooftop deck where the sunsets were breathtaking. The owner was responsive and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The inside of the condo is very updated. The view is absolutely incredible. A lot of convenience located in the area. Parking was accesible and easy. The property is ocean front and walking path accessible. Would love to stay longer.

Our family of four had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s condo, we had to tear ourselves away when it was time to leave. Breathtaking views from Master, Living Room and Kitchen, extremely clean, great location right across from general store, restaurants and shops, right on great beach, very well appointed with everything you may need (beach chairs, boogie boards, kitchen supplies, etc), and our two tween kids loved the TV apps. The master bed was really comfortable, and there’s enough storage space throughout the condo to neatly put everything away. We can’t wait to return!!!!

The pictures do not do this condo justice! The first view when you open the front door is absolutely breathtaking! And it gets even better from the living room/ balcony/ master bedroom. We had such a good time staying here…the location is perfect: the best beaches in Maui are a short walk away (Kamaole 1 & 2), as well as restaurants, groceries and shopping. The the condo was perfect for a group of four…tastefully decorated, and well-stocked for our needs. There was even a curling iron in the master bath, so we should not have packed 3! 😉 They had snorkeling gear (and beach chairs plus 2 umbrellas) so we didn’t have to rent. My friends saw a couple turtles and several fish while snorkeling off the rocky area just outside the condo. Water was calm in the mornings and perfect temperature, even in mid-November. Rooftop view was amazing! Kitchen was also well-stocked. I hope I can come back for a visit with my family soon! , but we had I hope I can come back for a visit with my family soon! Thank you!!

The condo was lovely. Karen thought of everything and then some. We are so pleased with the location and decided of all the beaches we visited on Maui we had the best one right off our Lani. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Mahalo

The view! The view! The view! It doesn’t get any better than this. We enjoyed the people watching and turtle watching from the lanai. Condo was clean and comfortable. We love the Kihei location for easy access around the island. Thank you for a great stay!

We have been staying at the Royal Mauian just about every year for over 30 years, and have rented 10 or more different units during that time for either ourselves or our family. Unit 604 is by far the best! Start with the location. You can't get any closer to the ocean and the location of 604 is perfect because you still get all the ocean and beach views, with plenty afternoon shade on the lanai, hard to come by at the Royal Mauian. Inside is recently updated and very tastefully decorated, with everything you will need for a great holiday....beach chairs, umbrellas, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The upgraded slider and windows were also welcome, especially on windy days. Karen was a pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to any question or request. Karen's "on-the-island" representative, Megan, is also fantastic. We can't wait to come back!
