I would definitely recommend. The unit was very clean, felt very private and was within easy walking distance to the beach.

This place exceeded my expectations. I originally booked it due to its proximity to the dog beach. I was then incredibly impressed by the prompt communication from the owner. The house feels tucked away and we had some really lovely mornings and evenings on the front porch area. The house is close to yummy food, coffee, and convenient store for last minute items. Once we parked, we didn’t need to move the car and could walk everywhere we needed to go. Thank you so much! Would recommend to anyone 10/10

This is a great property with all the amenities you would need for a trip to San Diego! Close to all the major attractions! The owner is great to work with! We were so lucky to find this gem!

I stayed at Ed’s place for over a week and was very impressed! He reached out to me on the day of check-in to be sure everything went smoothly. The very few questions I had, he was quick with a response. All instructions were clear. Since this location is his actual residence, it is well stocked in condiments and household items. I wanted for nothing! I was so pleased with the spot that I recommended it to a friend who booked a stay there, and have already browsed dates for my future trips to San Diego. Ocean Beach is my favorite area to stay in and for the price, this location cannot be beat! Thank you for everything. I look forward to returning!

Great Bbeach Getaway
This cottage has a fenced yard, great for your doggie's vacation. I've stayed here many times. it is centrally located. Only minutes to the beach, and a short walk to town. I love it!

Perfect for working +dog
Very nice host to help me navigate temp parking to unload. Stay several weeks and the other guests in this 4 plex were lovely. Shared courtyard is large as is shown in the photos. Kitchen was bright and nicely equipped. Laundry out back super easy and great machines! Location near dog beach is amazing. Lots of night spots & eateries too. It was off season so relatively quiet. Very good value. One note is there is no table inside to eat at. Maybe a stool for the mini counter could be added?

The house was in a great location and walking distance to the beach and several eateries. You could access it off the alley or main street. Pet friendly.

My Favorite Beach Stay!
Love, Love, Love this property. It's affordable, central to EVERYTHING! It's a little more than a block to the beach, and a few blocks from town; where the great selection of restaurants is. I will be back often.

We had a great 3 week stay on Ocean Beach. Our Muir st. bungalow was as promised.
We had 3 bungalows around us with a common yard. Our neighbors were friendly and kind. The house was small but well equipped. We had linens, blankets, and a washer and dryer next door. The kitchen had loads of pots and pans and bowls and silverware. My favorite was the cupboard filled with various sized Tupperware, organized by size and complete with lids.
We went on some beautiful walks. We could also walk to 7/11, other stores and bars and restaurants.
We would come back again.

Great OB Location!
I was able to stay here for a month for work and this place made living away from home easy. It was so easy to walk to dinner locations either close by on Voltaire or even over to Newport where there is something for everyone. Being able to walk to the beach was also really nice so you wouldn't have to move your car and lose your spot. The owner was very accommodating by letting you use some basic pantry items like olive oil and seasonings so you don't have to buy a full bottle and use a tea spoon while cooking. The kitchen has everything you need to cook while your there which was great. The unit is very comfortable and I felt at home. Over all you can't ask for a better San Diego location.

Great beach cottege
This property is great! It's a block and a half to the beach, and a short stroll into town. This is the second summer I've spent time there, and I love it.

Great place, great location.
Very homey, could use some stools for inside eating, maybe a few outdoor chairs specific to this unit, someone kept moving the chairs we were using. Great location to beach and restaurants!! Overall great place!
