Comfortable mini-apartment surrounded by beautiful landscape, next to monastery with Bourbon crypts. A friendly host runs also a good Slovenian restaurant at the foot of the hill

The place was spacious, clean , well decorated and comfortable. The location was very convenient too. There were bikes for riding and plenty of outdoor spaces to use. Not only did we enjoy the room, we enjoyed the restaurant just a short distance from the room.

We found nothing to dislike.

The apartment was very stylish, modern with quirky tastefully touches. Super clean and very comfortable with a beautiful landscape view. We loved the attention to details like the lighting, the electric blinds, the slippers, the bathroom accessories and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast is available with a charge but it was really nice, abundant and delivered to the apartment. I would highly recommend this place and if I travel again in the area, I will certainly trying to stay there again.

Villa Burbonka is really beautifully presented and very close to the railway station in Nova Gorica. The room was superb with fridge, sink and kitchen facilities. There was also a smart TV, air con and fully controllable lighting. The bathroom was excellent with a huge shower cubicle and wash hand basin. A hair dryer was also available in the room. There are free bicycles for guests to use, which made exploring the town and the short trip Gorica across the border into Italy a dream. Our host was exceptional, as he went out of his way to take us to and pick us up from the bus station, when we had a visit to a nearby vineyard booked. Highly recommended and a pleasure to stay here.

Nice place, new, high quality materials, very friendly and helpful owners, great breakfast delivered to the room, tasty food in the restaurant they also own (we had seafood - was absolutely great). Bikes available to make a ride to the Italian side of the town...

Personal service and drinks on the house very welcoming, breakfast service very good too. Kitchen inventory complete. Definitely a comfortable and easy place to stay, good price/quality ratio.

The room was perfectly clean and prepared for our arrival. The views were beautiful, the beds comfortable and it was very quiet. The perfect place for us while visiting family in Nova Gorica!

A bit outside of the town center.

We booked an apartment with a balcony, but none of their apartments actually has a balcony. But they list their apartments as "with balcony". And I don't like to be fooled and pay money for it. It was not possible to leave our bikes at a place place that felt safe. In the morning the noise from the street (scooters etc) is pretty loud.

Its location which isn’t really in the city center. If one is a tourist, s/he’ll need a taxi and it isn’t easily available in the city. So one has to walk a lot to go around.

Wonderful stay. The place - 10 minut from amazing view. Very nice and helpful owner. She is owner of the restaurant 3 minuts on foot too with delicious food. And the breakfast - a big with everything a lot of fruits.

The owners are very accommodating and welcoming. The room is perfect. The garden surrounding the property is very pretty.

We loved our stay at Vila Burbonka - our room was really comfortable, clean, with modern design and with everything that we needed for our stay. That's not the best though, the hosts were extremely nice, helpful and made our stay even better.

That we did not have enough time to enjoy it more :)

It is a very pleasant and nice location, extremely clean, a lot of attention to detail, excellent service. I recommend also to try their restaurant - a I’ve had excellent pasta and great wine.
