Location and owner very cool!

Great location, very spacious, quiet street.Loved sitting on the balcony with a small view of the ocean, can hear the waves!

The location is excellent. The place felt dirty and the carpets were pretty bad. The garage parking space is nice but you better not have a big car bc all the bikes make it difficult to fit in. Ran out of paper towels and TP, who wants to go ask for more, just load it up for people. The sheets didn't fit the beds, just flat sheets for top and bottom and they were too small. And the pillows and comforters were not clean, stained. Owners girlfriend twice parked incorrectly, one time taking our space and the other blocking us in, luckily both were resolved easily but could have a been really bad. I was very friendly about both situations. Forgot to start laundry bf we left but had it all piled up and the dishwasher loaded, got a text later that day stating that bc we didn't start laundry to "Please don't return". Thought it was pretty rich considering the parking issues.

The property was perfect and located right by the beach. It was wonderful listening to the ocean at night. It is located within 20 miles to Disneyland as well. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice and decent price beach location. And if your into surfing, there were allot of surfers on the beach! Was fascinating to watch!

We had a great stay! We LOVED having access to bikes, boogie boards, and beach toys! We also loved the proximity to the beach and the ease of outdoor clean up. The unit was clean and roomie. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dave was such a great host and we loved our accommodations. All the beach gear helped make our time more enjoyable!

The beach is literally across the street and around a corner. It has a garage space that was indispensable as street parking was almost nonexistent. The house is comfortable, spacious, and clean. We cooked some of our meals in the kitchen which was fully stocked with utensils and dishes, pots and pans, and some spices. The beds were comfortable and you can hear the ocean from the front room. There are a good number of stairs to get up to it but that wasn’t an issue for us. The beach was not crowded and was beautiful. We had a lovely time and would stay here again.

Dave was very nice! Carpet needs to be replaced with something else. Also a little difficult to be expected to wash all the linens on day of checkout unless you are up really early stripping beds etc. No one wants to do laundry on their vacation!

Great location, has a garage space, boogie boards, bikes, wetsuits were great. Had some spices and such in cabinet which was great. Suited our family well. Had inflatable beds as well which was nice.

Top notch experience for our 37th anniversary. Dave made everything so easy to check in. Fast and friendly. Will be back again. House was very nice and so close to the beach.

Best location and price of rentals. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the amenities provided. Space was more then big enough and updated for our family Bummer my expedition didn't fit in garage but parking wasn't too bad this time of year. I would definitely stay again. I do wish there was blackout curtains in bedrooms all the porch lights are so so bright. Also need more supply's like extra blankets, laundry detergent and toilet paper especially when a family of 6 is coming.

This house was in the perfect location, It was even more spacious inside than it looks in the photos and it was a great price. We had so much fun riding the bikes that Dave offers and being so close to the ocean. We’d definitely stay here again!!

We had everything we needed in the house for our family of 7. You can only see a sliver of the beach from the house but it’s less than 100 yards away. The bikes are a little old but so fun and awesome to have. Felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. Boogie boards and wet suits and chairs and toys made our beach excursions so much better! Would stay again and would reccomend. The outside is a lot worn down for the neighborhood but the inside is updated and clean.

Excellent location. Literally across the road from beach. Excellent amenities. Easily 10 wet suits (fit ages 10 and up. No small wet suits for small children), bikes galore (no toddler bikes with training wheels), and more than 10 boogie boards, and sand toys galore. Loads of stuff to take to the beach. It was awesome. There are 4 beach towels, 2 queen air mattresses, and a couple of extra blankets. My young family of 7 slept very comfortable. The whole set up is great. Plenty of room in the kitchen with plenty of dishes and supplies. Loved the deck in the front. It really is a great place! Would definitely stay here again. The owner is chill and helpful.

The living room was way more spacious than I expected, property is really close to the ocean. Dave is a very gracious host. I would recommend this apartment to other guests!

The location and amenities are good. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY uncomfortable and so are the couches. There wasn’t a comfy place to hang out. But the listing was as promised and the garage spot was amazing

We Loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach. We also enjoyed the bikes and rode up and down the boardwalk. The place was roomy.

Dave answered all my questions promptly before the trip. The house was spacious and clean. We had 5 adults and we made it work. He provides everything you could need. Will use again and highly recommend!!

This is our second stay here and we will likely book again for next year. The location is perfect and it’s so handy to have the bikes! It’s nothing fancy but all ya need for a busy family on the go!!

Everything was wonderful other than it was advertised with washer and dryer which affected our packing and it didn't work. We had to use another facility. I would go back.

We had an amazing start to this vacation but the follow up by the owner was beyond unprofessional. We stayed with 4 families like we stated, he offered us a late check out due to no occupancy the the next day. We washed all towels used except two bath that were use at check out, on top of that we started and finished 1 set of sheets. He was so upset that we didn’t complete all laundry… I don’t understand how this would be even humanly possible. I would recommend to Dave to state his expectations prior to booking rather than once you arrive for a VACATION.

Dave responded to our needs. He replaced the refrig and called in a plumber when needed. We enjoyed the space and the location very much. A washer/dryer was available on site. The amenities were great too! Some modernizing and cleaning would help the place.

Love this property! Easy check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing location, just steps from the sand and surf. Much better than we expected. Looking forward to booking this property again soon.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's located on the street nearest to the beach, so the location couldn't be better! The community was clean and felt safe. The owner was great to communicate with, he was super chill and he helped resolve any issues that came up. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated, there were plenty of towels, and my kids enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys. We used both blow up mattresses in the unit to accommodate our family of 6 (there are two queen beds in unit which were quite comfortable btw). Both air mattresses originally had small leaks, but we were able to patch them. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to returning again in the future!
