We rented this house with 4 kids and 4 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together in a group or spread out into different levels. The breeze on the decks and shade in the back yard were welcome in the hot weather. The proximity to both the pool and walking to the shops/restaurants in town cannot be beat. Will definitely rent again!

We have visited Seacrest and 30A many times and this home was by far the best we have visited ! The communication from the time we made the reservation to the check-in process was proactive and seamless and the home itself felt like "home". The space and amenities were even better than we expected - the furnishings were amazing and the views from the deck and porches were glorious. The location was perfect and we had plenty of visitors over during our stay who each couldn't get over the top deck and the "classy comfort" that the home had throughout. The process and the stay at this home really made our vacation and we will absolutely look to stay here again as soon as we can. The homeowners made us feel welcome throughout and provided so many special touches to this home. We loved it !

Amazing/beautiful property! We had a great time over spring break! Well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. Property owner is super attentive though we didn’t have any issues. So many outdoor areas to relax and the upper deck was amazing. All 4 teenagers had a blast too!

We had a great family trip at this property. Everything was as described. The house was very well equipped. It has a great layout and great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Having grills on main living area as well as the upper deck is very nice. The deck outside is definitely a great feature. Would love to go back in Fall or Spring to enjoy it even more!

We have been staying at different homes in Seacrest for the past 10 years and this home is above all THE BEST! Beautiful home, kitchen stocked so well beyond what you would expect, the top deck is incredible, the whole house is furnished and decorated amazing, the owner was so great with communication from the moment we booked it. The house is in tip top shape you can tell the owners take great pride in their property it is perfect!!! Worked so well as far as the layout, 3 floors gives families their space but has a great open kitchen living area with plenty of seating for EVERYONE!

We absolutely loved All Decked Out! We’ve been visiting Seacrest for years and have always wanted to stay in this house. We finally had the opportunity and it exceeded all expectations! It is perfect in every way. Each bedroom has a large en suite and there are also two powder rooms. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has every single item you would ever need. But the best part is the upstairs deck. We spent every night up there with the kids, just hanging out and playing games. We are now spoiled and no other house will ever compare! The owner is super responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We loved the house and the location! Super close to the pool and not a bad walk to the beach. The tram service was great and there was hardly ever a wait. Todd was very communicative and helpful when needed. The only thing I wish I had known about Rosemary Beach was the race to get to the beach every morning in order to get a good spot. The space to set up, if you are not renting chairs, is VERY limited. Also, none of the restaurants take reservations and it’s also a race to get a seat. It makes going out with a family with young kids difficult when all the waits are hour+ long. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful town, beautiful house and we really enjoyed ourselves.

This property is everything and more. Great location. Wonderful owners. Close to everything by foot. And the top floor deck makes this home beyond wonderful! You won’t be disappointed.

We couldn't have picked a better property for our vacation. We (2 couples with 5 kids) enjoyed our week at All Decked Out. The home has everything you need for your stay and is beautifully appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All of the bathrooms were large and very well done. The rooftop deck was truly amazing and we spent most of our time there. Kitchen is well stocked with tools and pots/pans. The neighborhood pool was nice (although unheated) and the beach tram service was fantastic. Lots of nearby restaurants and services. Communication with the property owners was great before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we vacation in the area.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

The house was beautiful exactly like the picture. The upper deck was amazing. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach is not a bad walk. The only problem with the beach is if you don’t rent chairs and umbrellas there is a very small space you are allowed to sit and you can only use umbrellas and no tents. There is however a public beach a short bike ride away that was less crowded and your able to put up whatever you want. Overall i would highly recommend.

Alot of nice touches; refrig on each floor, nice top floor porch, Smoked meat in the green egg, 2 grills on different levels, roomy kitchen and great storage areas in all bedrooms plus big pantry in the kitchen . Comfy Memory foam beds..not rock hard. Good beach selection and garage great for staging. Nice big bathrooms and showers. Did run short of HOT water and no bikes. The discount to rent bikes is up to $40. Nice bikes waiting for us when we arrived. Laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. Nice location near pool and green space for play. We would rent this house again.

We absolutely loved this property in Seacrest!! It is beautiful and well maintained. It is in a great location in the community - very close to a tram stop, close to the pool, and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and the multiple refrigerators and ice makers were convenient. The 2 washing machines and dryers are very helpful with multiple families. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the bunk bed room with trundles for young kids. The 3rd deck is spectacular! The home owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and loved our stay here!

Treated our children and grandchildren to a week at “All Decked Out” in celebration of my husband/my 40th Wedding Anniversary. Scheduled it a year in advance. A lot of anticipation, expectation, and excitement. All met! Property as hoped. Community as we looked forward to. Weather, beach, pool and amenities … great. Everyone we met was attentive, well mannered, polite, and patient. Thanks for helping us make great memories … including the unexpected Florida downpour cooling off our family photoshoot with a thorough drenching.😊

We just returned from a week long stay at All Decked Out. This house was perfect in every way and our family of 12 loved every minute of our stay! From the initial booking through the check out process, the owners communication process was extremely responsive and helpful! The house is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Fully stocked with everything you need and set up perfectly to enjoy quality family time in every way! Some of our favorite things about this home included the HUGE upstairs deck, fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, Keurig, coffee maker, lots of dishes and utensils for a lot of people, etc.), large fridge, two washers and dryers, proximity to pool and tram stop, beautiful home decor, bunk room for kiddos, large bedrooms and master baths on every level, detailed welcome packet, communication with owners and timeliness of responses! We will definitely be booking this house for future family get togethers!

The house was beautiful, kitchen is well stocked for all our cooking needs-griddle, crock pot, Keurig, and coffee maker. My husband and I had an accident on the way. We were in the hospital for a couple of days, and Todd and JoWren worked with our daughter-in-law for check-in. They were very accessible. The beds are amazing. A beautiful home, perfectly furnished and fitted out with all of the amenities that you need. We lived on that gorgeous deck. The fans kept the breeze moving. The night sky was breathtaking. It was the perfect place for our family's annual beach trip.

We loved the patio which is where we stayed most of the time as it rained most of the time! House was beautiful loved the decorating and very comfortable.

This was my second time staying at this property. The communication throughout was excellent and the home is just perfect and in an excellent location. Will be retuning again.

All Decked Out was a great home for our family vacation of 7 adults and 5 children. The arrangement of the home, extra room on the top deck and location near the center of Seacrest was perfect. It has very easy access to the large community pool and to the shuttle to the beach. As others have said, the beach is crowded in the mid July, but that was expected. We made several sunset walks to the beach and it was not crowded, and to the community Rosemary Beach. Options for less crowded beaches are at the nearby state parks. We utilized the bike company the owners have arranged a discount with and the bikes were waiting for us in the driveway when we arrived. Communication with Todd and JoWren was excellent from the time we booked until the after we checked out. If you have a large family and are looking for a comfortable spot, this is your place! They answered all questions promptly and gave additional information if necessary. Todd provides a Welcome Packet that is most useful with all information necessary.

Home is beautiful & spacious. Check in was easy & we loved being able to bike to everything. The only downside was the house is located in a neighborhood so you share beach access with so many other people & it’s insanely crowded.

The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need for your stay. We had 6 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room for all! The owners are very helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions. Our only negative which has nothing to do with the house is the no wagons on beach rule and the 15 min adult only swim at the pool. They should designate one of the pools for this time. Not every pool. Hard to get little ones out when they don’t understand.

This house was great and perfect for 6 adults and 4 children. Location was within walking distance of everything and just beautiful However, unable to get good reservations for umbrellas week prior to trip and got to beach and chairs were "tip to tip" 5 rows deep from ocean front back to the edge of the beach. Had no available spots. We went north to the next umbrella rental beach and was able to get spot on 3rd row - much more spacious around the tents and chairs but still not at the water. AND the walk was too much for my 74 year old husband who really is generally in great shape. And the pool - beautiful pool and is plenty large with I guess hundreds of chair. BUT TO GET A CHAIR YOU NEED TO BE AT THE GATE WHEN IT OPENS AT 9 (be there at 8:50 to get in line) to be able to get a chair. So if you want a nice relaxing, spontaneous beach trip, this location is not the one.

Really it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, well located, reasonably priced, plenty of room for 12, nice references for biking and beach, perfectly accessible property owners, walking distance to all things Rosemary, comfortable beds, need I say more?

This house was amazing. Enough space for three families and the deck was perfect! We are already planning our next trip to “All Decked Out!”

I can't say enough about the great location...to everything! The pool, the beach, even restaurants are so close and easily walkable for all ages. And the roof top deck is spectacular no matter the time of day. Having multiple washing machines, dryers and ice machines was a game changer. All Decked Out is a hidden gem and we are already planning our next visit.

The house is absolutely beautiful. We had two families, nine people in total, and had plenty of room. The top deck is wonderful. The layout of the home is very well done. It is very clean, well stocked, spacious, and the location is great. The area is very walkable, and ideal for bikes as well. They have multiple washing machines, dryers, and ice machines. The kitchen is stocked extremely well with quality appliances, and excellent grills outside. They have everything you could possibly need. JoWren and Todd are extremely responsive and very pleasant to work with as well. This will be our go to home when visiting Rosemary.
