We loved our week long stay in this condo. The location was beautiful. We loved the patio right off the large grassy area, proximity to the beach and the to the pool. The condo itself was so clean and we loved the up to date amenities. It was a perfect fit for my two kids so they could have their own beds. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Maui. Thank you for offering a great place to stay!

We alternated across our 10-day vacation with one day at the condo (pool, beach, shuffleboard, putting green, tennis etc.) and next exploring other public beaches and tourist spots (e.g. volcano at sunrise, Maui Farm, public market, etc.). Well-appointed, clean condo unit with everything you could need.

The stay was easy. Beds comfortable, AC worked great. Nice to have washer dryer. Opening the sliding doors and walking out, on ground level, to the beach was lovely. So nice and convenient. It was easy to park close to the condo. We’ll stocked with kitchen appliances and beach items. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Reviewer Comments: the best feature of this condo is the location , beach front- but with a large open grassy field- which was perfect for our kids to play on. the condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. everything was nice an clean. one small issue is the beach isn't great for swimming , due to the coal and rocks on the shore, but there are many swimmable beaches very close by ( within a mile). every night you get a front row view of the sunset which was great. i would 100% book this room again

It was not completely clean when we arrived. There were used coffee grinds in the pot, the floor was gritty, and the sheets were not washed. The washing machine was broken and we had not been told beforehand. There was constant construction noise from the adjoining condo. When we finally got a response from the manager after notifying him about these things, we were told that a new washer would be delivered (5 days into our trip). So one of our vacation afternoons was spent waiting for the delivery. The concerns about the cleanliness were basically ignored. For the price we paid, and our trip being a week long, we think we should have been told beforehand about the washer and the construction.

The layout is functional and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving equipment and the center island makes it possible to serve brunch to a group or be used as a large table to play cards when it's a bit too windy to play on the patio. We DEFINITELY hope to book this condo again soon!! Thank you for letting us be guests.

Stellar return trip to Maui with my family. We have stayed at Maui a Sunset 10-12 times, in many units over the years, and B122 was perhaps out favorite. Stylishly remodeled that lives better the standard/original floor plan. Highly recommend!

Bedrooms were average,in back by parking lot. But pretty quiet. The kitchen and living room were great. Nice open concept. Nice sized Lanai. Nice view. Owners did nice job with providing kitchen utensils and appliances. Overall a very nice place.

Steps from the beach, beautiful views and sunsets, perfect lawns, lovely pool and deck. It's a very busy place, but it feels safe and had a nice, family vibe, no all-night partying, even on New Years Eve. We loved the suite, especially the open kitchen/living room and all the amenities. The only drawback was the gym was so small no more than two or three people could train at a time, although the equipment was quite good for a small hotel gym. Bigger room would be a huge improvement.

Really great experience. We especially liked the open plan and great kitchen. We also appreciated the little things like coffee filters, paper towels, lots of utensils, blender, etc. Thank you!

The only thing missing was a kettle but I just used the microwave. Owners greeted us with a welcome card and bottle of wine/snacks. It’s very obvious the Owners care about their property. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH AN AMAZING WEEK OF FUN IN THEEE BEST CONDO WITH THE BEST VIEW OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING!!! My family and I had a blast and we will definitely be back! It was the best way to spend my 50th Birthday and couldn't be more thankful! The only complaint is that the mattress on the hide-a-bed is super uncomfortable but that I know can be an easy fix! LOVE this place!! & HIGHLY recommend it for sure!! :)
