great house

Been staying here appox 8 times in the last dozen. The home has fantastic views and very easy access to the bay for our activities (kyacking, crabbing, sand castles, walks, jogs). The house was built around 2008 for the late owner of the Schooner restaurant which is next door. The design and flow is first rate. It is showing serious wear and the hardware, decor and appliances are declining way faster then the cost of rental has increased.

We very much enjoyed our time staying at this house. The location was amazing and we had everything we needed.

This is a nice property in a great location for a stay on the Oregon coast. So much to see and do in that area. The kitchen accommodated our Christmas dinner nicely and the beds and bedrooms were comfortable. There are lots of stairs so be prepared if those are a problem for guests. There were a couple of issues with the kitchen faucet (very loose) and there were no batteries in the flashlight when we lost power and heat for around 12 hours. We reported the faucet issue on day one and received no response and we were also surprised the property management company did not follow up or connect with us following the strong pacific storm that caused the outage and other damage in the area. We still love the property and location and would like to stay again and would recommend the property to others.

The house was wonderful and we just love the area and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again. Our only negatives were the location and usability of the kitchen. The location is easy to get around but it is right next to the marina which saw traffic almost non-stop. Not terrible but worth noting. As for the kitchen, we were able to cook all our meals but the pans, cookware, and utensils are all in dire need of replacing. Otherwise the kitchen was very nice and orderly. In conclusion, we did love the house and it fit our family of 7 very comfortably and was a good base for our time there.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay on Netarts bay. The location of this house was amazing with wonderful views out of almost every single window. The house itself was spacious with good accommodations and plenty of space for a family. Being next door to one of the best restaurants in the area was also a big plus.

This is our fourth time visiting the area but our first time staying at this location. This is probably our favorite master bedroom that we’ve stayed at on any vacation. You wake up to a spectacular view every morning. The sitting room is incredible a great place to just hang out read your book. All the beds were very comfortable and the bed rooms were clean. The kitchen amenities were great. Overall very comfortable place. Only two negatives one in the second bath the switch to turn from bath or shower was broken so it could not be used as a shower. This was inconvenient because it meant everyone was using the master bathroom to shower . When we pulled out a cutting board that was built into the countertop it had not been cleaned and there was still pizza all over it. Otherwise it was great. Despite the bathroom issue we will probably stay here again.

House worked very well. Great view of bay. No TV was not realized before we rented but was there in ad.

Master bedroom bed very comfortable, sheets soft as well. View is great. Appliances are in good clean working condition. Needs: no foil or ziplocs, cloroxcleaningsupplies. Games not in good condition, MB TV doesn't work, kitchen faucet wiggling, furniture in livingroom is not comfortable, sturdy & does not match pictures in listing. Check out instructions are a lot more detailed then 90% of vrbo listing.

We’ve stayed here 7 times. It’s starting to show wear. Kitchen faucet has needed replacement for years and I cleared the bathtub drain. Glad to see upstairs sitting area flooring is new. Overall we love the locations views and access to the bay.

This was a great place to stay with family. Kids had such a great time they put up the valley ball net had lots of fun. Felt very safe and water was fantastic. House was perfect for our family size. We are planning to do this again next year. Thank you so much.

This home is very beautiful, comfortable and convenient! The view is even more beautiful than in the photos and can be seen from every window in the house! Located on a perfect spot of the beach. Heather was very prompt and helpful, she was able to let us check in a bit early as well. We were so grateful and hope to come back!

This house has an amazing location. It is just steps from the beach, the boat launch and the Schooner. However, we were bummed out about the cleanliness of the property--it smelled like dog and the house felt grimy, particularly the carpets. I was feeling my dog allergy kick-up (itchy eyes and throat) by the second day. All three beds were super uncomfortable, and the same was true for the living room couches/chairs. We had a toddler with us, and the house is far from ideal for a small child--outlets don't have covers, blinds all have long cords, and there are no baby gates or booster/high chairs. We even brought a clamp-on chair for the table, but it didn't have a deep enough lip to use that style of chair. Kitchen has a bunch of empty cabinets and is under-provisioned, even for a typical beach rental. We were super disappointed to realize there was no coffee grinder no good large bowls for things like a big salad. We cut our trip a night short because no one was sleeping well in the uncomfortable beds. We wouldn't return here unless everything else was booked and I would take my allergy meds ahead of time like I do when I go to houses with dogs. I would also consider packing mattress toppers, something I've never done when going to a vacation rental.

Weather was stormy....Had to stay inside most of time spent in Netarts, but house had plenty of entertainment for adults & kids.

This house was directly across from the bay. Very clean house. The road infant of the house does get busy with cars / people walking to the bay. Would definitely stay again.

The location couldn’t have been better. Incredible view and easy access to the beach. A few maintenance issues that should be addressed but overall a great house.

The house and location was amazing. Be prepared for no TV. There are TV’s but no cable and we never found the “smart tv”. If you can live with no TV, it’s a great place.

This is a great house for a weekend getaway for 4 adults. Quick walk to the beach across the street, nice restaurant/bar down the street, coffee within walking distance. The house had everything we needed to make simple meals at home. Heather answered questions quickly before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Netarts! This house was better than we expected . Very roomy and clean. There was plenty of room for our two families. The location and views are amazing . We enjoyed walking the beaches daily and soaking in all the beauty. The only complaint we have is the charcoal grill needs to be upgraded . It has seen better days and not very convenient when wanting a to cook a quick burger . A propane grill would be a great replacement . Our families are already talking about going back next year !

We chose this property for our family holiday mostly because of the families who have repeatedly returned. The location is super fun and safe for children. Lots going on there. House was very nice.
