We had a great stay, house was just what we needed and we were able to bring our dog.

We loved this house. Size was perfect for the 5 of us (plus a Labrador). The yard was nice for the kids and the patio is set up so you can completely fence it in, which was perfect for the dog to lay in the sun. For us the location was also perfect - very close to the National Seashore, Wellfleet Audobon, and plenty of restaurant options. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be coming back in the future

We enjoyed our week in this cute little cottage. It was very clean upon arrival. The yard was huge and great for my two girls (3 & 4 years old) some of the beach equipment was broken when we arrived. A chair was broken and a bat mitten racquet, but we didn’t spend much time home during the day. The ac units kept the house nice and cool. My girls loved the bunk beds and now want one at home. We overall enjoyed our stay to the max. The location is great and easily able to get where ever you want in eastham, wellfleet and orleans.

We loved this property! It was good for the dog too. Route 6 is tough, but it is what it is.

We truly enjoyed the house although there are a few things which could have made the stay a little better. I sent an email to the owners and they were open to suggestions. Everything works e.g. TVs, microwave, refrigerator and stove. The house is located near beaches, restaurants and stores,

A traditional cape cod rental with modern conveniences like hdtv and AC. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cookware, etc. The outdoor amenities were nice- dog run, outdoor shower, badminton net, lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Very quiet neighborhood despite proximity to rt 6 and close to bayside and natl seashore beaches. Water pressure in the indoor shower was not great, may just need a new shower head. Outdoor shower was perfect.

You awake as the sun starts to lighten the sky. A quite cup of coffee is enjoyed on the patio. You see tiny specks of tree pollen that looks like snow as it blows through the patio, then flies up into the sky like snow flakes falling up. A chipmunk walks across the patio, looks up at you then, then scampers across. A bird drops down to the bird bath, and splashes in it as it bathes. Cardinal's, Orioles and others birds fly through the air. The day is planned. You return to feel the cool Cape Cod breeze flow again. A steak dinner is prepared for all to enjoy outside at night. Bayside Pearl provided us all the comfort we hoped for to enjoy this very special quiet part of Cape Cod. Would definiately return again.

We enjoyed the stay. The house was perfect for our needs. We had wonderful weather and ate almost every meal on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the volleyball net. We played almost every night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We loved the outdoor shower! We were close to beaches and close to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. I gave the check in process 4 stars and not 5 becasue the house wasn't ready at 4pm which was our check in time becasue the cleaning crew was still there. We were able to get in around 4:30.

We were here for a week with our dog and it was such a wonderful experience. The air conditioners were key as it was a heat wave during our time there. The wisteria tree is mesmerizing and we spent most of our time outdoors underneath it. We would definitely recommend it!

Clean place, helpful hosts; worked well for our family, teen, and dog. Convenient quiet location near many Eastham restaurants. Close to bike trail, but getting there via route 6 sidewalk could be harrowing w/ younger kids (suggest driving to trail-head lots). Our son liked playing horseshoes and the proximity to Ben and Jerry's!

House was just the right size for our family and dog. We loved the location just a few minute drive to the seashore. The outdoor area was wonderful for both our family and dog!

The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. It is perfect for a small family and they even allow pets! The patio is very nice with lots of shade. I would highly recommend this location!

Very enjoyable stay.

We have been coming to Eastham for decades, and have experienced many lovely cottages and rental styles. While we enjoyed our stay at the Bay pearl, but will not be returning. The cottage is quite nice, but modest and inconveniently located, with no outlet other than onto route 6. As such, it is already overpriced. Additionally, the owners are quick to retain security deposits with no warning or discussion. In our case, a small rip in an old, worn-out quilt, and virtually invisible “stains” on living room furniture was deemed so egregious, that the entire $300 deposit was retained. The cottage was otherwise sparkling clean as we departed, as we had all cleaned it thoroughly for hours. Beware!

We had such a nice easy stay at this property. We didn't realize that it was one street over from other properties we'd stayed at.. which was perfect because the location is ideal (in my opinion). Here's why... You're just beyond the Orleans traffic circle, but before the traffic that always backs up in Wellfleet. Everything you need is in the clear stretch that this property is located.. local supermarket has everything right down the road and tons of restaurants & amazing beaches all within a couple of miles. The accommodations were thoughtful in that they covered absolutely everything. There was both a Keurig AND a full pot-of-coffee maker. There were all pots, pans, dishes you could need for making anything at the house. Everything is really comfortable - the A/C units in the bedrooms and the standing unit in the living room were key during our stay since the humidity was practically 100% the whole week with warm weather. We all slept very comfortably and evenings were very relaxing splitting our time between the unique natural-canopy patio and the nice big couch in the living room that has a nice TV with great channel options. Wifi worked great as well. They even had beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for our child. So generous to offer them for use! I reached out two times for really quick questions to the owners and Freyda was prompt and friendly with her responses. We'll certainly be looking to return to this property if we're lucky enough to have the opportunity!

The property had everything we needed for ourselves and our dog. Equal distance between bay and ocean beaches - we rode our bikes to both and the weather was wonderful too!

We had a great week at Bayside Pearl. The cottage has everything you need. It is convenient to everything the lower cape has to offer!

We had a very special stay at Bayside Pearl. It is a wonderful cottage with a perfect Cape Cod decor on a very nice piece of property. The location is also perfect with easy access to many beaches and businesses at that end of the Cape. We highly recommend it and it is definitely on our list of places to return to.

We brought our puppy to the house and she was able to run around the enclosed patio while we had a couple of games of badminton and horseshoes (we haven't done that in years!) Bike riding to all the beaches was the best way to get around - no parking issues either. The grandchildren visited for a couple of days - the loved all the mini-golf best of all. We hope to be able to make the trip next season - the owners were thoughtful and always in full contact with us - hats off to Freyda & Bob!!

This is a very nice and cute cottage. We (3 people and a standard poodle) fit comfortably. The kitchen was very equipped, and other rooms were nicely furnished. It is located in the end of street and was very quiet. It is close to the bay and Atlantic ocean side so that we spend at the beach most of a day with my dog.

10 Bayside Ct is a really nice alternative to motels that we have used for shorter periods (2-3 days) in the past- the week long stay we needed this time was well-served here. The house was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Good wifi and tv, though we didn’t watch much beyond catching up on the Red Sox. Plenty of bunnies in the back to entertain our poodle, frustrating as it was to not be able to chase them! All in all, a very nice house.

The courtyard area is perfect for a barbecue and to allow a dog some space. The backyard is spacious and, again, perfect for a dog who is trained to get some roaming space. The kitchen is a bit small but has everything one needs to cook a great meal. The mattresses were so comfortable! It reminded me that I really need to buy a new mattress for my home. Definitely a pleasant, well-kept home. And, the owners are so nice and responsive. They checked in a couple of times prior to our arrival and once while we were staying at the home to make sure all was well.

This is the perfect house for a beach getaway. Not only was the location perfect for my son and I but the house itself was impeccable. From the interior to the perfectly landscaped yard Bob and Freyda left no stone unturned in prepping the basyside pearl. The road is a quiet dead end which was perfect for bike riding and I didn't have the extra worry of too many cars. Eastham gave us easy access to both ocean and bay side beaches ( there in no time either direction) and the restaurants are a hop skip and jump away which was greatly appreciated after a long day at the beach! The patio is amazing and the house is fresh and up to date. Just perfect. The added bonus of the "beach box" was a life savor and had everything from beach chairs to boogie boards, games and umbrellas. They have literally thought of everything. On top of all that F&B were so kind and awesome to work with. Neither me nor my son wanted to leave.... see you next year :)

Our main priority for this vacation was to find a cottage that we could take with our dog. Not only do they accommodate dogs they have a beautiful cottage with every amenity possible. The yard is large and private with a beautiful enclosed patio with grill. We loved sitting out there at all hours. The home allowed our kids to have separate rooms which is a huge benefit for teens. The beds were comfortable and each room was nicely decorated. It was a wonderful home away from home for a week. I would recommend staying here for anyone with or without a dog!

The Pearl is definitely a gem! The owners have definitely created a superb home-away-from-home experience. They have thought of every accommodation and convenience --even tea lights, laundry detergent, an extra propane tank, a garden hose, trash bags, poop bags....there is NOTHING that they have missed! And may I not forget to mention that it is such a lovely and charming cottage....we had to spend 2 days indoors due to the weather and we did not mind it one bit! Actually, we were even able to watch the rain under the protective cover of the wisteria on the patio --- such a calming experience. Additionally, location is superb --- eateries, bike shops, beaches --are all just a hop, skip, and jump away. Truly, this is a wonderful rental to call home while you visit the cape.

This place is perfect for a family get away. It was an ideal size with the kids and they loved the bunk beds. The decor and furniture were so spot on. We felt like we were at home in the cape. The owner was extremely accommodating! Anything that you can think of was provided in the house. There were board games and outdoor games for the kids, a hair dryer, beach chairs, detergent, flashlights, ironing board, they literally thought of EVERYTHING! It made our vacation so much less stressful to not have to worry about forgetting anything. The outdoor shower was super refreshing after returning from the beach. That was a great feature as well that the kids were thrilled about. We had dinner on the outdoor patio a few times which was absolutely delightful and relaxing. There were also some baby birds in one of the bird houses which was wildly enjoyable watching mom and dad fly in and out to their baby's all week. The location is great. This house feels so private and peaceful on its dead end road. Such a great and relaxing stay, we will be back!

We had such a wonderful time at this house in Eastham (I think it's also called North Eastham) for two weeks. There were so many activities in the town because of the holiday and the kids really loved watching the seals - they wanted to go almost every day! They didn't even mind going into lots of shops and galleries in Provincetown - I bought some great watercolors for our house in Maryland. The cottage was really comfortable and we only needed the air conditioning on 2 or 3 nights. We hadn't played badminton or horseshoes in a long time so that was fun too. Our dog even joined the baby in the kiddie pool - quite a sight! It was so convenient to get to sunken Meadow and the other Bay beaches - that made it really easy with 3 kids and the water was just perfect for them. We used all the beach equipment from the cottage, that was also great. We did a little cooking outside, but since it was vacation, there was plenty of fried clams and pizza from lots of places in the town. If you go there, make sure to eat at The Knack in Orleans just next door to Eastham and the biggest MUST is the homemade ice cream at the Ice Cream Cafe which is also in Orleans (no dieting here!). Can't wait to get back to our Bayside Pearl in Eastham!!

What a wonderful and relaxing setting for our whole family - the kids were happy since they could bring our dog Rudy. There was so much to do: we loved biking on the Cape Cod Trails and the Bay beaches were great for our youngest while the older kids preferred the Marconi Beach on the Atlantic - also, because they could take Rudy right on the beach. Restaurants and miniature golf were really close by, but some nites we just spent on the cottage's beautiful patio lit by its rope lighting and millions of stars! By the way, having a washer and dryer made it so much easier for us - we didn't even need to pack a lot of clothing. The kids also loved the outdoor shower - I don't think they every used the one in the bathroom! We did some cooking outside on the charcoal and the new owners told us they're also putting in a propane grill on the patio for next year. I hope we can arrange a return visit really soon.
