We had a wonderful, relaxing time with our family of four at this stunning beach house. The location literally on the beach is incredible and the surf shack vibe made it feel like a home away from home. Great set up with ample space and everything you need to enjoy the space, the beach and the area. We had some minor complications at check in that were beyond the owner's control, but she dealt with it quickly, in a super-friendly way and with a focus on ensuring we were happy and looked after, despite her being overseas at the time. exactly what we were looking for, to beat the heat of the city in August

Our family wrapped up our Southern Cali vacation at this amazing beach house! It was everything and more that we dreamed of! We watched pools of dolphins swimming while lounging on our deck. Caught some waves (boogie boarding) using what the owners provided for our stay! Our family will forever remember this amazing home and the memories we made! We hope to be back again!

Beautiful house, very clean, there is a strong smell in the downstairs but it’s probably from being right on the water so there really isn’t much the property owner can do but something I would have liked to know prior to booking. During low tide you can definitely access the water, I wouldn’t recommend the space for young kids. Definitely enjoyed our stay

Family of six fit comfortably at the house, great mornings on the deck with coffee, kids lived on the beach and in the water. Quiet despite being directly on the PCH. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to questions. Simply put, a great spot for families.

We loved our way too short stay here! It was phenomenal the view of the LA skyline and all the way down the coast to Huntington and possibly San Diego without all the smog in the way. It was such a relaxing wonderful place. There is not driveway but parking along the home on a very busy street so pay attention to the gps and like us you might miss it a few times. We didn’t care because once we were inside it was just lovely and relaxing and so much fun for our kiddo. We loved the outdoor swing that was a bed. We went outside so much we are all sunburned. We walked the beach when we could and our neighbors built a sandcastle that was gone first high tide. The home does get water up to the stairs and there are times you can’t go on the beach (which is the problem with beach front homes what a problem to have!) but the times you can it’s magical. We fell asleep to the waves every night and the winds were wonderful. We saw seals and many many pelicans who fished all day and soared above the ocean house and beach line. We enjoyed cooking and the door dash and a nearby restaurant you could potentially walk to but we did not. We enjoyed having our kiddo in the well appointed bunk beds on a different floor than us. Only complaint is the shower has some chunks missing there in the tub so she showered in the downstairs bathroom. We utilized the outdoor shower for the beach times and sat out on the deck as much as we could. It was truly enjoyable, cozy & we can’t wait to come back.
