This is a one bedroom house with large bath, bedroom, and living/dining with kitchenette. Everything worked. Very advanced large flat screen television which allowed us to watch the U S Open Tennis better than if we were there. The owner is very laissez faire which suited us fine. The house only accommodates two people.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights at this very lovely garden cottage. The grounds are a beautifully landscaped garden setting which made for a very enjoyable, relaxing way to spend a couple getaway to wine country. After tasting some local wines we liked coming back to relax and refresh outside in the great weather we had. Joe was very available and communicative and responded to any questions we had within minutes, while also allowing our privacy. We enjoyed meeting his little dog Fergus who stopped by to say hello. Everything was as it looked on vrbo and spotless upon arrival. Next time we find ourselves back in Sonoma we hope to stay here again, if available. Thanks Joe!

The guest house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, very clean, comfortable king bed, fluffy towels. Having morning coffee in the beautiful backyard was a blast! Thank you, Joe! We will come back!

Joe’s cottage was perfect for our 3 night stay in Sonoma. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchenette is small, but all we needed for breakfast, coffeemaker, toaster and micro. Nicely decorated. I would warn anyone with mobility issues, like me needing knee surgery, this is not a walk in shower. It’s a beautiful claw foot tub with shower. Unit is nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

Was staying here for a weekend wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Centrally located, clean, and just as advertised. We had the pleasure of running into our host, Joe, one night and he was kind and cordial. Would recommend this stay to any 1-2 person group coming through Sonoma.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Joe's cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Sonoma. The cottage was comfortable and clean. We liked staying away from the crowds and just relaxing. We will come back again.

This guest cottage had everything we wanted for a stay in Sonoma. The space was roomy and comfortable. There is a small kitchenette; just right for breakfast before we went out exploring each day. It was a short drive to wineries, restaurants, or the Sonoma Plaza.
And, like other reviewers, we loved visits from Ferguson each day.

Great VRBO. Had everything we needed for a weekend away. Quiet and peaceful and very prompt communication from Joe, the owner. Bonus points for the daily visits from Fergus, the sweet pup. Hope to visit again soon!

we were in town for a combination work/play weekend. We enjoyed watching the Super Bowl on the large TV, communing with Fergus every day and being in a great rural-feeling setting. Our host was very responsive. We would stay there again.

We had such a lovely week here. Location was so close to Sonoma Plaza and all of the great restaurants and wineries in Sonoma. House was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Joe was friendly and helpful. Best part of staying here is hanging out with Fergus who visited every day. He is going to love his new brother and sister in Las Vegas! 😉

We had a great stay at this property. Joe was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The property was ready for us, and it located close to downtown Sonoma, restaurants, and wine tasting. Fergus, the dog on the property was super cute and welcoming, my wife wanted to take him home!

We had another wonderful stay at Joe's beautiful guest house. We love all the amenities and comfort inside, and the great variety of outdoor spaces in which to relax and enjoy the fabulous landscaping. Joe is a great host, and we enjoyed the frequent short visits by Fergus! Excellent.

Great spot in wine country
This property was wonderful and Joe was a great host. The house had everything we needed and was a comfortable home base, plus the outdoor space was gorgeous. The location was also amazing. Very close to a couple of great wineries, and walkable to Sonoma Plaza (about half the walk didn’t have sidewalks, but we didn’t mind that). Joe was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed! Thanks for a great vacation!

Lovely Sonoma guest house
This guest house was perfect for 2 people and was very close to the square. The best part though is the adorable dog Fergus who lives in the main house and comes by to visit. We loved the outdoor sitting area as well. Great stay!

Perfect weekend getaway spot
Everything was great from the moment we arrived until we left. The space was clean and organized and offered everything we needed for our weekend away. The location also was very convenient to the Sonoma Square for dinners/activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful small house for two - Lovely!!
Great property and quiet. The home was just the right size for two although there was a nice back yard and side yard to sit/eat at with another couple. We enjoyed meeting Joe and his dog. He lived next door but was not around. It was very private and the home & property were beautiful. We'd stay there again!!

My wife and I went up Sonoma for our very first trip up to Wine Country and stayed here. The faculties were excellent and had all the amenities anyone could need. Quiet, quaint, and comfortable. Would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful Guest Cottage
Joe and Fergus (dog) were perfect hosts We were greeted upon arrival with a friendly little visitor on 4 legs so we were very happy to call to him to enjoy a daily doggie cuddle. There’s a claw foot tub, outdoor sitting area in a lovely garden area that’s very peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet with larger properties and very close to town. All around beautifully appointed and good vibes from Joe and Fergus, making it a lovely getaway Recommended!
