Perfect rental for a weekend in Pinehurst. Well supplied and helpful hosts.

This is a beautiful, well-equipped home. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Nice sitting area on the back deck with umbrella and grill. Very comfortable beds and the sofa in the living room was also very comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us. Lots of books, movies and a game set for entertainment.
Excellent location - easy drive to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Excellent communication with James, our host.
The neighbors were also very welcoming and friendly which was a bonus. We will definitely return.

We stayed during the week of the US Kids World Championships. 2 adults, 3 kids.
Host: extremely courteous, prompt and professional in his correspondence.
Home: couldn’t have been more pleased. Home is in great shape. Based on photos I was expecting the place to be a little dated. Was anything but. The home itself is a lot nicer and larger than it appears in the photos. Kitchen appliances are really nice looking, appear to be very new and are clean. The 3 rooms are (kind of a theme here) a lot bigger than they appear. One room has twin beds, another has a full size or queen. The master has a queen bed and the bath is quite big. Both bathrooms were clean and updated with contemporary fixtures.
Wonderful home and host. Would stay here again without thinking about it.

Great area, quiet community
We rented this home so we could visit with our son and his wife, who have recently been stationed at Fort Bragg. We enjoyed the quiet community, and visited several local restaurants and shops. The home was extremely well-equipped!! We didn’t have to rush out and buy anything, as is typically the case with a VRBO home. Much appreciated!! Highly recommend if you are just looking for some downtime!!

Perfectly appointed condo
Family golf vacation with our adult sons. Condo was clean, well appointed and in a great location to access both Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Bonus that it was dog friendly and had a nice back deck.

Great location, open condo, perfect for a family
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo during the USKids Golf Tournament. The location was perfect, inside Pinehurst, close to the clubhouse, yet close to major stores and restaurants as well. Loved the access to tennis courts and a community pool in the heat of the summer. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Cozy ~ great location!
Wish we could have stayed longer. Love Pinehurst! The condo was perfect for my daughter, who was playing in a golf tournament, and my mom and I. Would DEFINITELY stay again. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location to visit Pinehurst and Southern Pines
Our family met up at this house to enjoy an extended weekend together. The house was perfect for our family of 5; and we were able to host some friends in the area for dinner. The house was modern and very clean. Jim was very responsive and I'd highly encourage you to stay here. We had such a great time and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Pet Friendly Condo
We were looking for a pet friendly home for our short stay in Pinehurst and this was perfect! All the amenities were provided and the house was comfortable and well maintained. Great location. We will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Great time with our son and granddaughters!
Condo is very spacious, lot's of room to spread out. Great location to golf courses, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and great for walking the dog. Overall very well equipped with all the essentials.

Lovely Condo in Great Location
Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has been recently updated and was well-equipped for our 2 month stay. We did lots of cooking/grilling for the 2 of us as well as managed to entertain our friends living in area for dinner several times. We were only 2, but had another couple visit from Florida for 3 days who loved the condo as well. Bathrooms have also been recently updated and house has nice bed/bath linens and towels. We will stay here again next year!

Golfers haven
Very nice property in Pinehurst. House is a bit dated, but has character and worked well for our golfing group. Convenient to all of Pinehurst, owner is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Clayton/Wilmington Group
Our trip over the Labor Day weekend was exceptional, considering we were dodging the hurricane that weekend. The first thing that my wife and friends said was the condo made us fell right at home and so very clean! Everything thing we needed was there and the location is perfect for both golf and dinning. I can't leave out the fact that having our Golden Retriever with us was such a bonus. We will definitely look to come back in the spring, loved everything.

golf tournament
We were in Pinehurst to attend the U.S. Kids' Golf Tournament. The condo was very conveniently located and perfect for our family, which included grandparents, parents, and children. The new kitchen is a standout: attractive, well-designed, and completely equipped. Living areas and bedroom space were abundant, clean, and comfortable, with many amenities. Laundry facilities were clean and well-equipped. Additionally, having access to a swimming pool offered a much-needed break from hot weather, and was thoroughly enjoyed by our entire family. We would highly recommend this vacation home when visiting Pinehurst.

Awesome
Our family rented this property for 1 wk to attend UK kids world golf tournament. The condo was centrally located and very close to Pinehurst. The property was WELL stocked with items any traveller would require and clean. We would highly recommend.

Pinehurst Rental
The property was perfect for our family of 5 including one baby. It Could easily accommodate 6. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen, bath and laundry were fully equipped with everything you could need. The location was very convenient to both Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Stores were were an easy distance from the property.
All of the instructions by the owner were clear and helpful.
We would certainly stay here again and will recommend it to our family.

Christmas in Pinehurst
A great place to stay while visiting with family for Christmas. Plenty of room, nice remodeled kitchen and baths made this a relaxing place to stay. Will keep it in mind next time we head that way.
