The location was great and the home wonderful to stay in

We loved our stay at this property in Palm Cay, Great playground and residents only beach and pool access which was fun for our 2 year old. Only reason we are not leaving 5 stars is that 1/ the dryer did not work so we had to use the Laundromat (also on premise) and didn’t hear back from the property manager on how we couldn’t get dryer to work 2/ Only one roll of paper towels for the entire stay which is not enough for a family. Overall beautiful though would stay again!

Overall, the space in the property was perfect. We were 3 adults and 3 kids. The property was well maintained. Clean and modern. There was a challenge with check in bc we arrived to the property after 6, but the instructions left fir accessing property were not accurate, so after a long day of travel doing extra running around ti try ti get in wasn’t great. It was rectified fairly quickly, however. I didn’t have international cell phone service so communication was a challenge until I was inside the property. Beach and pool are a minute walk from property. Kid’s pool is small but well maintained. Beach is small but was perfect for us as it was not crowded. Beautiful gardens And area. A tin if building and construction within the gated community. But nice area and beautiful homes. I would’ve loved the property t have some basic items in pantry—salt, pepper etc. etc. but they did bring laundry soap and wate, etc after requested.

I know that I speak for my entire family when I say that this experience has been one of the best of our lives! Garden Villa 102 was more than a home away from home. This place has everything you could ask for and then some! Coming from a set of people who tend to be quite critical and pessimistic I can assure you that if we could have found something wrong with our a comodateions or the service we received we would have! But we cannot fault the staff not one thing! Donella was entirely exceptional with all our requests, the speed of her responses and the care she took in addressing all our questions has taken customer care to a whole new level! Our stay was amazing from start to finished. The communication between the host, Claudia. and myself began long before I even got to the vacation rental. I was given a description on what to expect when we arrived, the amenities available to us and instructipns for check-in. I was impressed because every question I had was answered especially whenour flight was delayed. Our host made every effort to accommodate us even though we lost the first two nights stay because we had to reschedule our flight several times because of an emergency. Donella was exception with her communication and follow through with everything me and my family needed. kudos to her for a job well done with making sure we had one of the best vacation experience. The security were warm and friendly to our family and friends who came by to spend time with us and they made sure access to cone and visit us was quick and easy. The property around Pal Cay had everything we needed to maximize our vacation. We couldn't ask for anything more. We are definitely planning to stay at Palm Cay whenever we decide to travel to the island again. Trevor

The condo is beautiful. It was very clean and as stocked with all the things that we needed. There is a great grocery store near the condo. We did have to buy a wristband to use beach/pool at Palm Cay.

The townhouse was excellent, and we had a fantastic time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well suited for cooking as much or as little as you want to. We prepared daily breakfasts and the occasional dinner. You can stock up with an easy walk to Solomons on Yamacraw. The decor is classy and the sofas are comfy. It was a little too hot outside to spend much time on the balcony, but I can imagine they’d be nice amenity in the cooler months. It is an easy walk to the beach, which is cleaned daily. The breakwaters make for a nice space for kids to swim. We also enjoyed the pool, which is long enough to permit lap swimming. There are small corals visible if you swim out past the breakwater, but the best snorkeling is elsewhere on the island. There was delicious food and at the restaurant, although it was a little slow when we went on Father’s Day, because of the crowd.

We booked the villa for a weekend 60th birthday celebration for my husband. The property was great. There were a few minor issues that were addressed by the owner. We will definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to staying there again.

This place is perfect for older people who aren't looking to do anything. There's not really anything to do close by. Very limited things to do at Palm Cay. The beach is also very small. If you have kids, this is not the place to take them. The home was very clean. Also the last thing anyone wants to see on vacation is a quiet time of 10 pm. Instructions even said get off the balcony at 10 pm It just felt like we rented a home in a retirement center. Very clean, nice and neat. Just not a place for a family to go.

Loved our stay. Great location. Beach was amazing. Place was well equipped for a large family. Bedding could be upgraded.

Our family (grandparents, adult children and grandchildren) had a fabulous time. Palm Cay is a beautiful resort. Clean beach, immaculate pools. Plenty of privacy within condo. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances…but we did wish there were a few necessities such as salt& pepper, plastic wrap or baggies, maybe cooking oil…because it was extremely expensive to have to purchase all those things and then have to throw away all the leftovers! So very wasteful!! Drinking water was another small issue. The refrigerator water is supplied by a 5 gallon bottle of water. It would be helpful to have a few bottles stocked in the laundry closet so we would not have had to bother our host each time we ran out. Staff around the resort were very friendly and eager to help. Water was beyond beautiful. We saw sea turtles, many fish, even an octopus!!! I would highly recommend this property.

Want to start with pros - beautiful condo. Pictures are 100% accurate. Our contacts were very helpful. We had issues with no streaming service downstairs and leaking water when it was raining hard. Received service quickly. Cons - saw no information that there was MAJOR CONSTRUCTION at the resort. It looked like a construction site with huge piles of dirt, concrete, loud noise. Cannot stress enough major construction. Not relaxing at all. Unfortunate because it was a cute resort. Definitely need a car if staying.

Great location, friendly staff, lots to do nearby, best beaches we found were steps from our unit. Primary shower was broken but other than that it was perfect, would highly recommend to others

Great location, we walked to SOLOMON’S to get groceries, not far from property-about 10-15 minutes. Restaurant is within the property and other amenities. Will definitely rent again.

Palm Cay is a beautifully kept, gated community. This lovely residence is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafe, restaurant, and a pool! We enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms, living room, and equipped kitchen.

We came to the Bahamas on a bachelorette trip and had a wonderful stay. The property at Palm Cay is beautiful and very clean. The house is just as described. Clean, spacious and safe. The only issue we had was with a clogged shower drain on the second floor. Also, the check-in process was a little tricky but was fine. The restaurant on the property is great. We had many meals there. Did not have a bad thing. Also the cafe is a great spot to grab a quick wrap or salad for lunch. Price point is what you would pay at any other restaurant. Our group did not rent a car because we just didn’t feel safe renting a car with 6 young adult ladies. Vanessa provided us with a taxi and it was very convenient. Cassandra and Edroy got us to all of our destinations off the property safely and the cars were all very clean. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would come back again!

Great stay! Everything very accurate and location was wonderful. After hours check in was a bit confusing. As directions stated there was a smart lock and we would be given a code and we were not. It was a key lock, which the key was left in the home. Security at the gate was not very helpful either. Over all everything else was pleasant

This trip was amazing. Close to everything, the marina, pink octopus,stores. It was lovely. The beautiful flowers and foliage and the sun was much needed. The house was stunning, well taken care of and had plenty of room and everything we needed. The owners are quick to answer your questions. The people are beautiful and kind. My family is planning on coming here again. Sure hated to leave, it was hard to go. I highly recommend staying at the Palm Cay if you are going to the Bahamas.

Loved how close it was to the beach. Didn’t love how small the hot water heater was, so we all had to space out our showers or there was no hot water. Pretty far from all the restaurants on the island but enjoyed the Pink Octopus. Really appreciated how quick the concierge was to respond to our needs.

The draw of this property is the Palm Cay beach with lounge chairs, thatched roof umbrellas, plugs for charging and soft sand, swallow entry beach! The pool area, bar and restaurant were awesome as well. The property itself was fine. Most important item for me in a rental is the bed and this place had really comfortable beds and nice bedding. Kitchen was well fitted with dishes and kitchenware but did not have any other kitchen basics (i.e. no salt and pepper, sugar, coffee filters). Plenty of towels, toilet paper and soap but no shampoo/conditioner. Several minor maintenance repairs are needed but we would stay here again. We chartered a boat for a day and it was nice to be picked up right in the marina on property.

Overall unit was as described. Power was a bit spotty and went out a few times. Kitchen was very well equipped. The unit could use some love on the maintenance side of things. Overall I would stay there again

This is our second year stying at the Garden Townhouse in Palm Cay. We simply love it! We simply keep returning.

While researching Nassau properties, I was fortunate enough to find this amazing gem at Palm Cay. Not only were the amenities amazing, the view, property, the beach. the client customer service was outstanding as well. Also, Claudia and Vanessa made our experience, one we won’t forget. We will definitely return.

We were very happy to stay at Palm Cay resort. It is a lovely place. However, the beddings were not that clean, while others were good. Thank you.

The check in process was a bit tedious, the signage was unclear but I did check in just after sunset so not anyone's fault. The house was immaculate and very well laid out even with all the stairs. We would definitely stay again!

This property deserves more than a 5 star review! I seriously do have not one bad thing to say about this property or Palm Cay area & beach! We loved everything about this place. Booking - check in & check out = so easy from start to finish and the entire staff at Navtours just absolutely killed it with their AMAZING customer service! Property = We had 5 adults and this place was PERFECT! Cleanliness, the size of the bedrooms & bathrooms, the beds, kitchen, living rooom... it was all exactly what we needed. We truly felt at home when we were inside the property. The beds are super comfy and it had everything we needed for our stay. I do recommend that if you are going to cook there, make sure to get seasonings cooking oils, etc. They have plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans, just not pantry items for seasoning foods or cooking oils (again not a big deal - just a heads up) Beach Club and Pink Octopus Restaurant Beach Club is awesome! The beach over there is insanely gorgeous! They take very good care of the beach and pool area. Pool was amazing! Best part.. between the pool and beach is a bar! Drinks are killer over there and the staff is just down right AMAZING! Their customer service is top notch!! This also goes for the Pink Octopus Restaurant over there! Food was delicious! Make sure when you are at the Beach Club or Restaurant to ask for Ron! He took care of us our entire stay and was just so friendly and helpful. He recommend restaurants to eat at on the island and what areas to stay away from as tourist! We just love Mr. Ron! I could go on and on about other things on the Island, but as far as Palm Cay, this is definitely the place to stay at when visiting Nassau. We can't wait to go back! To Navtours, thank you all so much for your part in making this one of the best vacations our family has been on! Oh and if you want to do swimming with the pigs, I highly recommend Sandy Toes. Their full day excursion was so fun and the island they take you to is so cool!
