Communication with owner was very exceptional. He was professional and attentive. The house itself is gorgeous and I love the pool and spa. The neighborhood is really nice and reserved. Just an 8 minute drive to the beach but with the pass you get in free. What I liked about it was when you use the pass the Parking is literally steps from the beach itself. Very convenient. I love that the house has practically everything you need for the pool and beach. Even stuff for children and infants. Very spacious and well devoted house. Definitely recommend.

We had a family get together for a week ! Ranging from ages 60 to under 1 and everything was perfect. The home was spotless and furnishings were good and we had everything you could need. The home even had baby supplies which made life so much easier! The beds were super comfortable and it was just a wonderful home. The pool area was a tropical oasis and the inside felt like home ! We will absolutely be back!

The bright, open floor plan with high ceiling that is perfect for family time. We usually make the quick drive but also ride bikes to the beach either to the north (park like) or south (more commercial with the Ritz). Between the open pool area, the nearby beach, and all the Naples activities, our family looks forward to staying at this house each year.

We rented multiple houses from the owners for a Naples golf trip. Both were pristine. Perfectly clean and newer homes. Couldn’t have picked a better set up location wise.

The owner Bob, was extremely helpful during any correspondence we had before/during my stay. I enquired the evening before check in about arriving early and I was pleasantly surprised with not just a noon check in BUT come anytime after 9:00 am....(I’ll just say WOW!!) That was an amazing way to begin, thanks Bob!! The home was spotless and laid out perfectly (making it very easy) to begin the vacation 😊🥰🥳. The bed (in the master) was SO comfortable and the sheets are “top of the line...feeling cool, soft and smelled like heaven ❤️. That was really nice ☺️😴. The couch is....well, HUGE & mega comfy perfect for movies! The pool area is spacious and just lovely...again the layout works perfectly here. I spent a lot of time out there enjoying cloud watching, reading and swimming and @ the end of each evening I did yoga 🧘‍♀️ by the pool and then finished with relaxing my muscles “in the hot tub”. Lord, this spot is a lil slice of heaven heaven 🥰😊! There are also very nice bikes to ride and their park pass to enjoy the park. I read 6 books and worked a puzzle on the patio table (which is huge), so there’s plenty of room to do so. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your home. It was a very restful, comfy enjoyable trip ☀️🌸🧘‍♀️. I highly recommend it!!

Would definitely stay again. Everything you need for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, and cooler. Pool and spa were fantastic. Pool was heated to 85F which was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed.

Suggest removing, sanitizing, and painting. Also redirect airflow of same vent to front and back versus side to side (blows directly onto couch). Garage door is extremely loud, suggest lubricating.

We came to florida for a family wedding, first off the check in process was very easy, house is very clean and comfortable. The owner Bob was very attentive and even texted us that the house was ready earlier then expected. We give 5 stars across the board. We recommend this property. Kris

We had a fabulous stay in this property. The home is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, the screened in patio table area is a great spot for meals, and the pool area is wonderful. The location is really great. The owner left a pass to the state park beach, a few blocks away, and we went often and loved it. We used the bikes and the pool floats! Communication with the owner was excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

Property is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need . We would definitely recommend any of Bob’s properties. Great house and location! House has everything what you need. I loved having Cable TV with a lot of channels not just basic package. Especially when you have NBA and NHL playoffs. Great pool ! Saved to my favorites list already. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect for a group of 7 women! The open layout, backyard pool and hot tub were ideal. The house was clean, well stocked and perfect for a long weekend. The location was great with just a quick trip to the Mercato area, beaches and other restaurants. Highly recommend.

Property and home owner both exceptional. Roomy with great pool and hot tub. Rooms were large with great beds and linens. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and great Weber grill we used several times. Large, new,TVs in all rooms. WiFi access but this was slow and unpredictable ( only real complaint) other amenities include several quality bikes and beach gear which we also took advantage of during stay. Bathrooms were basic but very clean - as was the entire house- and had what we needed. All in all great property and provided for a great family vacation to Naples!

Owner was very accommodating to request as one of the bikes had some issues but once we reported the bike was replaced. Short walk or ride to the beaches and parking was easy. Would recommend to anyone to stay.

The house was very clean and had a great layout for a large group, my family celebrated Christmas here and it was fantastic.
