The view, the house, the service.....all of it! 10/10 recommend this property for large groups who just want to spend some time together and go to the beach. I can't say enough about this property. The pictures can't convey the beauty of the house or the beaches. The memories made here will last a lifetime.

This house is beautiful, and has an amazing location. Our first time in AMI did not disappoint! The beach access is right across the street, plenty of beach chairs and beach towels were provided, the kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings are beautiful and the beds are amazing. We cannot wait to come back!

This was a repeat stay for our extended family; and we are looking forward to renting again. The house is an ideal family beach house: bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious; living space is perfect for hanging out and family dinners. You can watch the sunset from the deck. The pool and hot tub are great for an after beach soak. The house is right across the street from the beach access and you can easily walk or bike to the shops on Pine. Best of all, Gina, the owner, is so nice; and Dan, the property manager, is right down the street and responds quickly. We love this place.

This was our third trip to AMI for our family of six and I have to say, this house was our favorite. The location being on the north side of the island and only one house away from the beach is absolutely ideal. The decor and layout were extremely well done and while no one likes to do dishes, it certainly helps when you’re staring out the windows with views of the sun setting over the Gulf. Great house, great location, and the owner was great to work with.

This property is amazing everything is well maintained from the outside pool area, the inside of the house and the outside deck areas. Comfortable seating area for our group as well as a big table, chairs and sofa. The regular sized baby bed was a big plus for our family. The beds were all comfortable and the linens were top quality. It was nice to have beach towels provided, as well as beach chairs and children's sand toys. We'd definitely come back.

This was the perfect place to enjoy the beach since the home is located directly across from the beach access. The home was absolutely beautiful and we loved having the private pool and hot tub. Our family enjoyed this vacation rental and would recommend to others.

We had an amazing time. The property was even better than described. We were celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. The elevator was perfect for my parents to access all 3 levels of the home. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Our teens had a great time hanging out around the pool. Very easy walk to the ocean. We enjoyed the upper decks just spending time together talking and laughing. This is a great property—we will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house is unbelievable! The pool and pool deck area are just perfect for relaxing after coming up from the beach. The house has everything you could need, including beach chairs and toys. The views from the top porch are out of this world! Another plus is that the public beach access is right across the street. I give the house FIVE STARS! We are already planning our next stay. Dan, the property manager was great, as well. Any questions we had, he was quick to answer and made sure we were accommodated. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great home and location.

There are not enough words to express how much we loved this house and vacation! We had never been to Anna Maria and absolutely fell in love with it! We loved everything about this house. So spacious for the 9 of us, there was so much room that everybody could do their own thing if we wanted. It was a perfect location to the beach, just a short walk across the street. The pool under the house was absolutely perfect to get out of the Florida sun. Even though they spared no expense for this house, it still felt very warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Gina and Dan were wonderful to work with and got back to me quickly. We would HIGHLY recommend this place and cannot wait to go back!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOME!!! We have been coming to AMI for 13 years. Great location for the North end of Anna Maria with views of the gulf. The house was spacious. The amenities were wonderful! Loved the bedding (all King beds) great for a group of couples. There is a second fridge in the cart port closet was super helpful. Other great perks included elevator, laundry, and shaded pool to get a break from the Florida summer. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!!

Stayed in this home March 2021 with my whole family - 10 total with 2 of us being young children. The home is spacious and beautifully maintained and is in the perfect location as the trail to the beach was right across the road. We liked having the option to come back to a shaded pool if the beach would be too hot or we didn't want to burn by being there too long. Many beach supplies are available to use. The view from the balcony is amazing. Traffic is light since it is near the top of the island. The beds are DIVINE and the kitchen calls you to want to make meals. The owner - Gina was in contact sporadically to see if we needed anything or to give tips about island things. She is so kind. I don't think I could come up with one negative thing if I tried as it was a perfect vacation.

We are loyal guests of this property because it is our favorite place and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We love the location, the amenities and the luxury comfort feel of the home. Additionally, communicating with the property management team is top notch with excellent hospitality and customer service. This property checks all the boxes to deliver a high-quality island vacation. The house is in a superb location on the north end directly across the street from public beach access. The house is bright, clean, comfortable and stunning. The layout of the house allows for togetherness, as well as the ability to have space and retreat. Guests staying on the second floor have their own bathrooms connected to their bedrooms and a balcony with rockers to sit. The third floor is magnificent. After staying at other properties, we appreciate the beautiful kitchen with stunning views and everything needed to prepare meals. Some perks include the green egg, which is excellent for grilling and the ice maker, which provides the best crushed ice to enjoy any beverage. These are small, yet impactful delights! The third floor balcony is a quiet retreat with beautiful views of the ocean and comfortable furniture to sit in and relax. It is the perfect spot to have morning coffee, play cards and/or drink some cocktails. The property offers exceptional amenities to support beach, pool and rest days. For a day at the beach, comfortable beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys and a wagon are all included for use. For a day at the pool, the temperature is just right, the atmosphere is private and accommodating. For all days and times in between beach and pool, the house is beautifully welcoming. The vibe is cool and coastal, the beds are big and comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious and clean, the linens and towels are fresh and updated. If you choose to stay here, please take great care of it, because we are loyal and will return every year to this property, where luxury meets comfort - perfection on the north end!

We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria for Spring Break. The house is beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a great trip. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach, but also walking distance to the shops on Pine. We loved opening the doors on the third level for the cool ocean breeze in the am, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the home and Brian, the property manager. The house is just as beautiful as the photos are and the location can't be beat. Every window from the living room in kitchen upstairs had a beautiful ocean view! The beach access is directly across the street. We were unfortunate to have Tropical Storm Colin blow through during our visit, but the house was so well built that we barely even noticed other than the heavy rains. We had two toddlers with us and the crib and highchair were amazing to have in the house. Brian was kind enough to take photos and measurements of the stairwells in advance so we could order baby gates. We only need two to block the stairs off for night time, but if you need to keep kids off going both directions you would want to get three.

We were fortunate enough to stay here with another family for our kids spring break. It was perfect in every way! The beds were amazing, the kitchen was fully stocked with top of the line gadgets. We loved the ice maker that made small pellet ice. The view was stunning from the third floor. We enjoyed our coffee overlooking the ocean every morning. The location was just as perfect as the house! The beach is right across the street and less crowded than other parts of the island. We rode bikes everywhere and enjoyed the restaurants just a few short blocks away. I only wish we could have stayed another week! The property manager was amazing too. He made sure we had everything we needed and contacted me a couple of times to check in and make sure we didn't have any questions. I will truly miss this house. Pure perfection indeed!

Our family was fortunate to stay at this pristine beautiful location on Anna Marie Island. This is truly a home away from home – beautifully decorated and each bedroom is spacious, restful and private. The kitchen and living area is so welcoming and allows plenty of space for your family to be together for cooking, eating, cocktails, game playing or just enjoying day after day of beautiful sunsets. The outdoor deck is a perfect spot to spend the day or evening with breezes and bird viewing. The pool is inviting under a covered deck so you can also spend time lounging out of the direct sun. Nothing compares to Anna Marie Island’s beautiful beach which is just across the street, easy access. The house location is convenient for a short walk to some of the area shops and restaurants and awesome donuts. The location is just a short drive to the island amenities. We hope to plan another trip and request this house for future visits. Brian Durden was excellent to work with and very responsive if needed, but he also just checked in along the way to see if we needed anything. A great overall experience.

Just returned home from our week in Anna Maria and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house was absolutely beautiful, inside and out! You only had to walk across the street to get to one of the most beautiful beaches, and a few blocks to get food, drinks, souvenirs and the trolley. Brian was a dream to work with, always available when needed, either by text or phone call, just ask and he will provide if its something in his realm of doing. Would definitely recommend this place to whomever will treat it like it is their own home, with love and cleanliness!! L Silvester
