If you stay in this quirky, but superbly comfortable and exceptionately well-provisioned house, you are within steps of a spectacular beach and all the stores and restaurants this wonderful island offers. In addition to the usual amenities, there are shelves of books and games, plenty of room for parking and multiple places to relax and comfortable chairs to do it in.

This cottage is straight out of a storybook. Whimsical and enchanting, a lovely home with adorable seaside decor. It was perfect for our family, which includes four children ages 2-8. The porch area was filled with fun games, books, and puzzles, and the cozy upstairs bedrooms were all close together so our kids were never too far from us. In fact, they all fit in one room. The upstairs bathroom served as a walk in closet for us as there was ample room. We even had my parents over for a night- the sleeping porch was perfect. Pam had every cooking tool we needed to grill, bake a cake, make pancakes, rice, sweet tea, etc., as well as ample bed linens, towels, and beach supplies. My children loved the little lobster plates and having a highchair came in handy too. The location cannot be beat. We could actually see the ocean from the second floor porch, and could walk to restaurants, ice cream, and the beach in 2 minutes. The Parker River land reserve was a bike ride away, and breath-taking. Plum Island is an amazing place to visit, and if we find ourselves back, we will be sure to book with Pam again! This is a trip we will not soon forget!

We loved our stay. The place is clean, very well equipped and is full of precious little treasures that will fascinate children! Two minutes from everything on foot: beach, creamery, restaurants. We enjoyed it immensely!

We’ve been multiple times; it’s always comfortable and relaxing. A lovely time hanging out with family. The property is in a great location, has SO many lounging areas, a well equipped kitchen and great games/books/puzzles. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises from the sleeping porch!

The property is as advertised and has a campy feel. i thought 3 couples could sleep upstairs but only two stayed there The rooms are close and not a lot of privacy. do be sure you are comfortable with fellow travelers. but the house is really sweet.

We had a wonderful visit in Newbury and Plum Island, the beaches did not disappoint, only the water was cold :) The house had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing visit.

The rental process and check in were easy and flawless. The house was perfect and perfectly situated too. We highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely rent here again!!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Pam’s Beach house! You can walk to the beach, grill out back, or hang out in the spacious living room. There’s also lots of food and drink in walking distance. We had a great time!

Location is perfect! Within 2 minute walk to beach. Kitchen had every possible thing you think you might need. Beach chairs were a huge bonus to not have to bring. Huge windows let in the ocean breeze all day. The stairs and rooms upstairs are creaky which is to be expected in a older beach house, just makes it harder to sneak to the bathroom at night :) The front room upstairs with a walk out deck is only accessed by one of the other bedrooms which wasn’t an issue for us. Bathroom upstairs also had to be accessed through one of the bedrooms, again not an issue for us. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. Will definitely book again!

Fantastic spot that was close to the beaches and local shops. Literally everything we could need was there! Plenty of space for our family and very well taken care of. Super pleased with the property and the communication with the owner/manager.

We loved the location most of all. It’s steps to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants and road back out to Newburyport. And we also loved how the house was a little old-fashioned with its wood paneling and mismatched floral sheets, brightly painted wood furniture and plenty of places to sit and relax. There were shelves of books and puzzles, plenty of towels and beach chairs. The owner was nice and helpful and available. Everything was perfect and we had a marvelous time.

This house was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, ocean view, great space to socialise both inside and outside and a wonderful fire place for a cozy, snowy day. Highly recommend and cannot wait yo return.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was as pleasant as we had remembered. The location is fantastic, can't be beat!! The home is laid back and comfortable with everything you need, a fun mix of "old time camp" and modern convenience (Full + 1/2 bath, dishwasher, washer & dryer, outside shower, etc.) And, there are so many different places to relax and enjoy your surroundings- front deck, front porch, side dining patio and upper deck. We love this rental!

This is a cute and colorful traditional beach house one street away from PI’s restaurants and the main road onto the island. There is a beach across the street as well. The house itself is well stocked with everything you need and there seemed to be endless towels and hot water for showers. There are three bedrooms but only two have AC. The sleeping porch was my favorite room and it was all windows which created a fantastic breeze but the mornings did get a little warm. There is a mini split downstairs but we never used it. There were some peekaboo views of the water from the upper deck and also of sunset at night. The house was spotless and the cleaning service took care to make sure of that as the previous renters had left things in disarray. Pam communicated well with us. The house worked well for our group of 2 adults and 5 kids.

This was a great house for two smaller families. Room setup is very versatile, and just the right mix of amenities and access to getaway spaces like the beach and reserve. The house itself is adorable and very homey. Highly recommend!

We loved this house! It is an older house with a lot of charm and reminds me of the good old days. It's authentic and has a fireplace which is not needed in summer but would make this place a fantastic place to visit in the off season. It is close to the beach and the icecream shop. What more could you ask for?

Clean, compelling property in perfect location. Previous renters complained about cooling, etc -- but we had no problem making the place comfortable in 95 degree heat. Charming space for folks who want to relax and enjoy the ocean.
