Our family enjoyed our time in this home very much. The location is premium if you want to be close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle shopping/restaurant area. The home has a very beautiful beach theme to it and is very spacious throughout. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. There are Two coffee makers, a Keurig and a “Mr Coffee” style coffee maker. There is even a coffee grinder if you want to grind beans. There is a spacious laundry room with nice counter space for folding clothes and an extra fridge to hold plenty of beverages. The pool and dock area is a very pleasurable outdoor space. The size of the pool and hot tub is very nice. And the temperature of both the pool and tub can be controlled with a ipad. We spent many hours out there. Manatees were spotted at least four times, as were ospreys and cormorants. There are plenty of pool towels available to use and plenty of bathroom towels. There is also a very nice Weber grill that has natural gas piped in. The start up essentials they provide were adequate for our needs. There are at least six beach chairs and two umbrellas. And the walk to the beach is very close, just a short 5 minutes. The walk to St. Armands Circle is also about 5 minutes. The property managers are easy to work with and very helpful. We loved the location of this home and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. Thank you to the property owners for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Beautifully appointed residence, well stocked with for living and entertaining. Location could not have been better between St. Armand's Circle, the canal and Lido Beach Everything within walking distance. Excited to return to this property in the future.

Sadly, because of the coronavirus pandemic, we did not go. This was going to be a big anniversary trip for us, and we were really looking forward to it. The property looks lovely, and Jennifer LeBlanc was a dream to work with. We hope to try again, hopefully next year. Except for the rating for the property manager, the above ratings should be NA.

We have been coming to Sarasota for many years now, and this was one of the best trips yet. The location of this home cannot be beat.... the beach, Armand's Circle, water access. It was perfect. The ability to rent a boat and dock it at the home, was the icing on the cake for the perfect vacation.

Property managers are fantastic - booking, entry, questions etc. are dealt with quickly and professionally. No surprise charges. Location is best in Sarasota, next to the shops and restaurants in St Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach. House itself looks brand new, handsomely decorated inside, beautifully landscaped outside, high end appliances/finishes, indoor/outdoor sound system with iPad control, well furnished inside and outside. Great layout on one floor with big glass doors connecting indoors to good-looking pool area overlooking canal. House came well stocked with everything you need in kitchen, starter toiletries for bathrooms, towels for bathrooms and pool, laundry room with everything needed plus separate ice maker and extra refrigerator. Price - I booked for the minimum 1 week stay even though we could only stay 5 nights - and still walked away feeling good about what we got for our money. Thank You Jennifer and owner!
