Gorgeous Villa and views. Very clean and well kept. Very welcoming and comfortable ! Did not want to leave! Beautiful island and beaches! If we are ever in the area again would definitely stay again!!

The minute we walked in we were extremely impressed. It was very clean and loved the decor. It felt so homey and everything you needed and more was there. Loved the comment book about our stay where you could read what and where others who stayed there were from. We just made ourselves at home. The grounds were very clean and people were quite friendly. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Very nice two bedroom condo. King beds in both bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen area with nice appliances. . Comfortable living area and porch. Quiet and convenient. Highly recommend.

The condo and Seabrook Island are both beautiful! The condo is gorgeous and vey comfortable with everything we needed for our group of four. It is close to the beautiful beach and also close to Charleston. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We would definitively stay again!

We loved being within walking distance of the lake house, pool, basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, and equestrian center. These provided great evening entertainment for our daughter after a long day on the beach! The villa was gorgeous and perfect for us.

We loved it here! Host was very responsive and helpful. The villa was super clean and so pretty! Loved the location and the pool right across the street was clean and relaxing. Plenty of space. We were in town to see the Dave Matthews Band concert in Charleston and my husband's birthday. We spent a day in Charleston. We didn't mind the 45 min drive at all since our area was so nice. We frequented Java Java at Freshfield Village which was very close. The grocery store and gas station there were so convenient. Though we had to drive to it, the beach access wasn't bad at all. It stormed and raining the first few days, but the armtmosphere more than made up for it. The Salty Dog restaurant was right down the road. It has amazing views! You can't tell from the front of the restaurant. You really have to go in and check it out. Great vibe! Overall, an excellent, stress free getaway. Would love to return!

You can’t go wrong with Seabrook Island! Especially great location if you are a tennis or pickle ball player. The outdoor pool at the Lake House (right across the street) was beautiful and did not require an amenity card. As far as we could tell, the indoor pool was only for laps or classes not just swimming for fun. The condo was well appointed, beautifully decorated, and clean. The drive to the beach is scenic and several beach access points to choose from to walk to beach.

Had a terrific time at the property while participating in a golf tournament on neighboring Kiawah Island. The villa was clean, easily accessible, and Molly did a great job communicating and walking us through everything we needed to access the property and enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Great space, conveniently located, well stocked kitchen, unbelievably comfy beds

The condo was wonderful and very clean. It was stocked well and comfortable. The community was further from Charleston than I expected and the amenities were separate and expensive IMO - (not the fault of the host, I should have researched more.).

We stayed during Christmas and this property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, nicely renovated with very comfortable king beds. Lots of indoor/outdoor living. The owner was proactively communicative and quick to respond. My only complaint was that the barbecue was unavailable (perhaps only seasonably available?), but a three hour early check in more than made up for that! My husband and I will absolutely stay here again, it was wonderful!

My friends and I came down for a wedding and loved your place! We loved having a washer and dryer and how the instructions were very clear in checking into the unit!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed being near the Lake House and Freshfields Village. The condo was spacious and great for us. Molly was quick to respond when we had issues with the Lake House cards although it wasn't able to be resolved during our stay so we could not go our last day.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! Everything we needed was included and Molly was exceptionally responsive to our questions. We would absolutely recommend it!

This beautiful condo was a delight. We were in town to plan a wedding in 2023. The balcony overlooking the tennis courts was a great spot for breakfast. We walked to Freshfields for coffee. Everything was updated and very clean. The bathrooms were a bit tight but that would not stop me from renting here again.

Very easy process. Owner reached out before our arrival with helpful pertinent info. Place was clean and perfect for 4 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Central to everything on the island, this condo provides all the basics. Perfect for a family of beach bums that spend the waking hours between the sand and the pools.

Property is next to the community tennis courts. Tennis people are relatively quiet. Things to know, there isn't a grubhub or pizza delivery service we could find. Salty Dog restaurant was decent at the time of this posting.

We loved our time at the condo. It was so clean and the beds were great; our 13 year old loved having a king sized bed, he didn’t want to leave. The pools close by were awesome. This was our first time at Seabrook and this place was a good decision. Communication was wonderful and we hope to come back next year!

We visited Seabrook Island for a family vacation, including our two young children. Friends were able to rent a condo very nearby (2 min walk). The property was as described and clean, and the Owner was very responsive and helpful. The rental included access to the Lake House which is just a few few minutes walk, and has a great outdoor pool- perfect for the kids. Unfortunately it rained A LOT the first several day but I’m told that is unusual. Once that cleared out we spent most of our time by the pool or at the beach. Would love to return and try some things we did not have time for due to rain. . Charleston is an easy ride and worth a trip or two. Freshfields marketplace is very nearby and great for a bite to eat or some shopping. There is a grocery store in that complex as well. We were on SI for the Fourth of July celebration, which had great fireworks and a band.

We enjoyed the beachy decor and the king-size beds in both bedrooms were amazingly cushy and comfortable!!! The condo is well equipped, modern and relaxing. The porch was a big plus and the open patio was nice for having breakfast and watching the tennis players. Thanks to this host for sharing their property
