This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. Six adults in the house and two adults, who doesn't have children', in the apartment above garage. 4 children in house. We had an amazing time. The property manager Stewart was great. He made sure everything was perfect for us, and he kept in touch. We will rent this home again in the future. The kitchen has all appliances, cookware, etc. Perfect. You really don't need to bring anything except your bathing suit. Everything is already there at the house. We now know to pack less next time. You won't be disappointed. But I will say, the owner of the property does need to invest some money in updating the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets. They're not falling apart, just wear and tear. That's really the only negative thing I can say about the house. Not a big deal. Otherwise, you will love this home for your family vacation. Weiss Family

This was such s great vacation spot! We could not be more pleased. Stu was great to work with and very easy to get ahold of if needed. We brought quite a bit of necessities with us, but we didn't need any of it, as the house was loaded with everything. They had whatever you needed for the pool and beach, also. It was well equipped with floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and we brought a beach umbrella to leave there, so now it has that. There is nothing like stepping right outside the house and putting your toes in the sand. And the table outside on the patio overlooking the water.....I spent a great deal of time there. It's very private, even when the beach is busy. We would highly recommend this place, and we would definitely bring our family back again.

Sunset House was delightful and very spacious! The beach access and private pool were perfect for our family! Stu provided a great orientation as well as checking in during the week to see if we needed anything. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING we could imagine using— from the kitchen to beach chairs and so many other things! The “welcome” snacks and beverages were yet another thoughtful touch! We felt like we were visiting a friend’s home! Can’t wait to plan a return trip!!

Roomy house directly on Gulf of Mexico with pool, hot tub and 5 bedrooms. Best equipped house I’ve stayed at and I’ve vacationed in the area many times over the years. Large living room and kitchen. Communication with rental agents was good. The 3D tour on the vrbo site is very helpful, be sure to check it out. One of the bedrooms is in garage apartment detached from the house, worked out well for us as my husband and I stayed there while our four 30-something year old kids and their young children occupied the 4 bedrooms in the main house. I highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful family vacation with our family of 10 in this beautiful oceanfront location. The pool and hot tub were great too! The ample parking, the park across the street and the garage apt we’re great as well. It was very well stocked with essentials as well as beach towels, beach chairs, games and pool toys for all ages.

The property is located directly on the beach and provides beautiful views. The property manager was prompt and wonderful at communication and addressed any issues that arose. We really enjoyed the property and would stay here again!

Perfect for a large group. Easy beach access, park across the street, low traffic road, nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our week here.

Amazing beach getaway! We were able to snag a last minute booking due to a change in plans from hurricane Ian. Stu, the property manager was extremely helpful and communicative, what a wonderful experience. It fit 8 adults and 4 kids under 4 perfectly, never felt cramped. The detached apartment above the garage was a nice add for those who want to escape the crazy! It has everything you need - stocked kitchen, bath towels and 2 baskets full of beach towels. A few items we were happy to find were the highchair and infant/baby bath tub, very helpful. The outside… simply breathtaking! Beautiful views and sunsets, with a pool and large hot tub as well as a private beach entrance. There were lots of pool noodles, floats and beach toys to accommodate the crew.

I am the planner for family vacations. With grown children and their young familirs I looked fir a house directly on the beach with a pool and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each separate family. If you have ever searched for this type of property it is not easy to find! From renting the property to checking in was a seamless process. We were met at the house to be shown all rhe house had to offer and where everything was. I forgot to mention this house also has a hottub AND a heated pool. It was perfect for our family of 10 including 3 young children. There were beach towels, toys, pack n plays, high chair and so many other items for young children we could not even begin to name everything. Sadly, we did have to leave early due to hurricane Ian. The managers of the house were great at communicating about the weather conditions and evacuation procedures. I highly recommend this VRBO for your go to vacation spot!

I had 12 family members ranging from 69 years to a 18 month old and it was perfect. Beach and pool plus separate apartment made spacing perfect. Management explained everything and was available… a txt or call away. Will return again!

There were twelve of us and we never felt crowded. House was very clean and had everything we needed. And the beds were very comfortable. The location can't be beat!

What a wonderful home, great location, fully equipped! Stu was great to work with. Lots of treats were available at checkin. The house had plenty of beach chairs, pool toys and towels. Lots of other things like cooking spices etc. Beach is not crowded and easy to go between pool and beach in just a few steps! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at The Sunset House. The home is simple and cozy. Everything you need for a beach stay is there- plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand and pool toys, beach umbrella, games, fans, pillows and blankets, high chair, pack n play, etc. We brought lots of beach gear that we didn’t even unload and use because they already had it there ready to go! Communication was great and everyone was easy to work with. But the best part of this stay was the location. Easiest walk to the beach ever! We have stayed in many other oceanfront homes over the years and this was by far the best walk to the beach. Two steps off the patio and you’re there! It was so easy for us, and our kids, to walk back to the house for a snack and to use the restroom. You can see the beach and pool clearly from the living room and kitchen. The pool area is amazing with lots of seating and a really nice pool. Properly named, The Sunset House, you will be treated to a beautiful sunset every evening. I had a hard time leaving in the evenings because I didn’t want to miss a sunset. Overall wonderful vacation that we are all hoping to do again!

This house was perfect. Very well stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The kitchen was amazing for cooking meals. It has everything. We had all the beach chairs and beach towels we needed. No need to bring any. The only thing we used of ours was a pop up tent for shade on the beach. The house was very clean and everything was in working order. Plenty of towels, pillows, and extra bedding. The apartment above the garage was also very nice. It was perfect for one of the couples. The hot tub and pool were the added bonus to this house! Amazing! The house is located in the perfect spot. It is very private, and the beach in this area isn’t crowded at all! The house is located close to restaurant and stores. They also left good suggestions for carry out and delivery. Stew was available if we had any questions and was very accommodating when we needed to drop off our luggage at the house before it was ready. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sunset! It was the best vacation!

What a fabulous location! The house sits right between the ocean and a park making this a great place for our family with kids. The pool was a huge hit, too, before or after ocean time. The host was easy to communicate with and overall, the house was clean. I would note that one of the bedrooms does not have a private entrance (you have to walk through another bedroom to get to it) so it was a little awkward for some of the people in our group. We realized this after viewing the virtual tour but did not see comment about it in the house description. During our one week stay there were two service repair people present (for the ice maker and the AC), one pest control person came to spray, and the weekly pool/grounds keeper came by, too. We appreciated how quickly the AC issue was resolved, but I wasn't sure how standard it was to have so many service people in and out in one week. Overall this was a fabulous house in a fabulous location with great hosts. The house was well stocked with kitchen goods, towels, and pool/beach necessities. We are definitely interested in staying here again.

The view is beautiful. The pool and beach access are very accommodating. Stuart and Bob are great. They have snacks upon arrival. They are available for all questions you may have.

Our family consists of 8 adults & 5 kids ages 5 4 4 3 & 1. This house was absolutely perfect for us. Walk out right to the heated pool or beach. There is a park for the kids right across the street & a candy store/ice cream shop just up the road. Also two very close bar/restaurants. They also have a hot tub which was a bonus! Give it a 10 for sure!!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space for everyone. Very quick response to any questions we had. Wish we could have booked the same week for next year but sadly it wasn't available.

The property is awesome. A house that has everything you can think of to enjoy your vacation. The pool , hot tub and beach were clean and entertained us all day. The property owners were great. Quick responses to any questions before and during our stay .

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house and property were amazing. You are literally steps from the beach, and the pool area was really nice. Plenty of space for an extended family of 12. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need. Plenty of plates, cups, cookware and silverware. There were plenty of Towels (bath and beach), and linen. They even had toys for the pool. The property manager called occasionally to make sure everything was going well, which was really nice of him. We (my family) are looking at our schedules to see when we can stay again!

Right on beautiful beach--prop managers very communicative and attentive/ well-equipped and stocked kitchen. Provided snacks and drinks at check-in. Not enough seating for all of us in dining room was only complaint

The Sunset House is definitely a revisit house. It has everything you need, THE BEST VIEW EVER, beach towels, spices for cooking, a wonderful welcome package, easy check in and check out, and fantastic communication. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

What a wonderful property to share with family for vacation. So much to do in the surrounding area of Tampa and great restaurants all around. Bob & Stewart made the experience easy on us and we highly recommend this property.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Reef. It was disappointing that we had to deal with the red tide, but it was unavoidable and no one's fault! The pool got a lot of use each and every day that we were there. The hosts were available when needed and very accommodating! Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

There are many more amenities here than was listed. Tons of kids floats for pool, beach chairs, baby furniture, pack and plays, Walker, sand toys, beach towels, and a nice greeting of snacks and beverages. An extra fridge in the main unit, two washers and dryers, and on and on. Cold have easily flown in with just my clothes and been great for the week.
