Everything was great! We had a wonderful experience. The view was fantastic! The only thing was the blinds for the sliding door were broken before we arrived. Besides that, it was a great place!

The Condo was very nice and updated….However the cleaning service doesn’t do a good job…Floors were dirty, stove knobs dirty, etc….We enjoyed our stay….

Overall we loved the condo & enjoyed ourselves. You can tell that the owners take great care of their property. The view & convenience to the beach was awesome! I personally liked the fact that the couches were leather & we were able to wipe them down. Everyone in our family had enough space to be comfortable & enjoyed their time. There were only 2 things that bothered us but we’re not deal breakers. 1-the sliding door is difficult to open & makes the worst sound. 2-there was a washcloth hanging on the shower door when we arrived that had clearly been used. While it’s not a huge deal, it was kind of gross. We would stay in this unit again!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The unit was very clean and organized (even had helpful labels over switches). The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you’d need to prepare meals and snacks. Loved the layout. The second bedroom/bathroom was surprisingly spacious. We loved this unit! Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful. We will certainly stay here again if it’s available. Thanks for the perfect place to spend our vacation.

Cute condo, very clean, met our needs nicely. Right on the beach - can't beat that! Had pretty much everything we needed. Our grown kids & their families had 2 other condos in the same building & their condos were very nice, as well. The only thing is the sliding glass door to the patio was very difficult to open, but it really didn't affect anything because there was another door on the side we could use. I'd definitely rent again if we return to Perdido Key. Nicely located near grocery stores & just a short ride to Orange Beach or Pensacola. Right across the street are a couple of restaurants you can walk to as well as an ice cream/coffee shop. They also had Hawaiian shaved ice. Stopped there a time or two! :) We had a great family vacation! Thank you!

My family of four, kids ages 9 and 15, plus my 15 year old niece all enjoyed our stay in the condo! It was spacious and had easy access to the beach, shopping and the grocery area. This was our first year in Perdido Key and it was a very nice area. Not as busy as Orange Beach and Gulf Shores but a very close drive if you wanted to do those things. Fortunately the weather was amazing all week but I loved having the option of an indoor pool in the event it was rainy or we needed a break from the sun and sand. My only negative feedback is the priority seating the chair rentals have with the condos in that area. If you typically bring a canopy or your own beach chairs, be prepared to sit further back from the water or in a small area with the other groups with families. This is in no way a reflection of the rental, obviously they do not control those decisions but thought it would be a helpful comment for others. Overall, I would stay in this unit and location again!

Enjoyed our month stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great view of the Gulf. Balcony was protected from the wind, very pleasant to sit and beach watch.

The condo was very spacious with beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms windows. Everything was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was safe and parking was easy. The front desk employee was super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant, The Jellyfish, right across the street that has wonderful food. Really great stay experience all around. Hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved this unit. Beautiful views from every room. Great layout. The only issue we had was that we could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work. Followed the directions, but it would not work. Everything else was perfect.

TV in Master Bedroom Ice Maker did not work also Black mold in with window of the bathroom

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is very clean, well stocked, great location with a beautiful view. We have stayed here multiple times and can’t wait to visit again.

First off, pictures don’t do this place justice! Beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed including a few spices for cooking. The living room is comfortable and the bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are beautiful, especially the master bathroom. Every window in the place has a view of the ocean! The patio is a perfect spot for morning coffee, lunch, and just chilling out. The building itself is very clean and well maintained. And the beach!!! Beautiful sand and clear water. The host answered any questions that I had prior to our arrival very promptly. Since no problems occurred during our visit, I did not need to contact them during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

A family girls trip, was absolutely wonderful! A very clean complex. We also loved that the doors were always locked and secure. The walk to the ocean was beautiful and shorter than some other complexes, which was great for our grandmother.

Our overall stay was great. Weather and water could have been a little better but still a good trip. There were a few things that did not work but it did not affect our stay. We could not get the dishwasher to work but did not mind washing dishes by hand. My husband could not get the side shower jets to work because the handle was broke and some of the blinds missing to patio but on 3rd floor this was not a problem for us. Owner was very responsive. Suggestion if renting beach chairs: the beach chair rental company is VERY short staffed and we had to call 2 days to get someone out there to put our chairs out we paid for / it was after 9am or later when this got done and unfortunately those that did not rent would put their stuff in front of where the rentals would go. Again not a condo issue just the beach rental company this property uses. Just be aware. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This property was even better than expected. Great location, beaches weren't crowded and the kids loved the pools. Our unit was much nicer than others in the complex where other family members were staying, will be sure and arrange to stay here again!

Nice condo at a nice facility. Everything was as expected. Had a great time there. The beach was great. Not far from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores

Really liked the property for most of our needs. Host was prompt with returning information for our stay. Needed the hot tub for a bad spine but it was not working along with the room’s jacuzzi tub and hurricane shower.

We had an awesome four days! We will be back to stay at this property again!

This is a great property right on the beach. Loved how close we were to different places to visit includong Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We enjoyed hanging out on the beach, watching the dolphins, playing putt putt, great local restaurants and our nightly ice cream walks across the street. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable week away from home and Wal-mart was close so we could get what we needed. Can't wait to go back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach, this is it. We like the Perdido Sun complex and the neighborhood. The best part was watching the sunrise from the bedroom and sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins.
