This is a great place to stay in Kapaa. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The pool is right next to the beach. It is also conveniently located next to the Lava Lava Beach Club and adjacent to the Coconut Marketplace for dining and shopping opportunities. The condo is as pictured and has a nice balcony.

We were a family of 6, grandparents, parents and kids. Condo had everything we needed. We loved everything about our stay here. The view, the beach and the pool at our fingertips couldn’t be beat! Can’t wait to go back.

The view from this lanai is stunning! That in itself would be enough, but then add the beautiful beach right out front and the huge pool! Right next door to Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Marketplace, and centrally located on the Island for easy access up north to Anini Beach or West to Poipu and Spouting Horn. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo and the location is absolutely lovely and made it hard for us to leave. We were 2 adults with 2 grown kids and everything was perfect. The view and the property is stunning! You will find everything you need in this condo and the beds are comfortable. Can't wait to return!

This was an awesome place for our tropical vacation. Our 1 year old loved the pool!

This was a very lovely place to stay. The view was gorgeous. My only complaint was the lack of a few items in the kitchen. There was not one single spice (not even salt and pepper) nor was there anything to wrap food in such a plastic wrap, aluminum foil or baggies. It is hard to buy things like that for a one week stay. I guess I could have brought something from home but didn't expect to need it as other VRBO places I have stayed supplied these types of things. . We talked to other renters in the complex and they stated they had all kinds of spices, cooking supplies and food storage items. Other than that I have no complaints.

I would definitely book here again. The location, the gorgeous view, the well maintained site, the great communication with the owner are all factors that would make me book again. I felt like a privileged guest. Thank you for your warm welcome!

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The view from the balcony is tough to beat, and the location is central to everything on the island. In town there are numerous great food places within a couple mile drive. Plus it’s right next door to a fresh malasadas place, fish taco place, and beachside restaurant/bar. The condo resort has easy access to a long walking path along the ocean, and it’s own nice little beach. Inside the appliances and interior are a little dated, but everything is clean and the kitchen is well stocked to cook your own meals if you’d like. Beach chairs/towels, and snorkel gear available to borrow during your stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The condo overlooked the beautiful grounds, swimming pool and beach. We were just a short walk away to the restaurant at Kauai shores and also a short walk to a local grocery store and plaza with shops. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and we even had beach chairs and a few snorkels. I can't wait to go back!

We have been coming to Lae Nani for many years but it was our first time in staying in this unit...and what a view! It was clean and spacious with nice modern furnishings in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with blender, rice cooker, etc. We appreciated the number of beach items (umbrella, snorkel gear, chairs, cooler) that were available in the unit and we contributed some kids gear for future visitors to enjoy! The owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit.

My wife, daughter, and I were delighted to stay at this condo in Wailua. The view from the living room and balcony is gorgeous. The property is next to beautiful and swimmable beaches, even fro smaller kids. It is within easy driving range to many restaurants and nature attractions. The unit is on the third floor and must be accessed via stairs, so be ready to go up and down stairs if you stay here. Overall, our stay here was a great experience!

The property is very well maintained and beautiful. The view is breathtaking! We barely stayed at the place other than to sleep, too many other things to do like visit our family that lives there and visit our favorite places. Thank you, will stay again!

The owner of this unit does not care about her guests' comfort. We occupied this Lae Nani condo for four weeks, so things we complained about, requested, or experienced during our stay, would either be ignored or not adequately addressed by the owner or management for typical five to seven day stays. Here is a list of our observations and frustrations, in no particular order of importance: -The deadbolt is not functional, key pad entry only; -Wallpaper peeling in dinning area; -Fan in dinning area was not balanced, and wobbled dangerously on high. We asked the owner to send someone to balance it several times. Our concern was acknowledged each time, but without any action until our last week there. The owner admitted the fan had to be replaced. Once the management got involved, the fan was replaced, but five days before the end of our four week stay; -The carpet is heavily stained; -Refrigerator often doesn't close completely. We were told that was a problem, but it should have been fixed. We were told to leave the settings at medium, but at that temperature, eggs froze; -Walls, closet doors, and tile grout were dirty and scuffed. It looks like the doors, cabinets, and tile are all original (quite old); -Chairs and beach towels old and substandard. Again, after the manage became involved, we were give a set of Tommy Bahama beach chairs which seemed to be a rental standard; -Internet is sketchy at best. We rented another unit for my daughter and her family. The internet there worked fine. If you need a one bedroom and one and a half baths, the unit is exceptional, and the owners obviously care about their unit and their guests' comfort. The difference is dramatic; -TV doesn't have network channels, or at least, I couldn't find them. Instructions were worthless, and I consider myself technologically adept. We signed into (and out of) premium apps for TV; -The lighting in the first bedroom is very poor. The is no lamp on the right side of the bed. It was on the dresser with a very low watt bulb; -The shower curtain in the first bath was mildewed. -Very minimal welcome type of materials, compared with 124; -Virtually no apparent upgrades. -The "sharp" knives are all dull. When I spend nearly $10,000 for a four week stay, I expect some modicum of quality and luxury. That expectation was not met.

Lovely and comfortable two bedroom condo looking through palm trees over pool onto a beach. We much enjoyed our stay.

Roxanne made checking in smooth and easy. The unit has absolutely spectacular views of the enormous pool and ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was comfy (the couch has been updated). Master bedroom bed was very comfy and if you leave the door open and the screen to the lanai it creates a wonderful cross breeze. A short walk away is the Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant with live music every night and has great happy hour specials. A little further is lots of shopping and more great restaurants. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. Its centrally located on the island, with lots of shopping nearby. The actual property grounds are stunning with a nice warm pool with shade if you need and a great spot to enjoy the ocean right out front.
