We were truly happy with how communicative our hosts were. Any little question i had they answrred in minutes! As soon as we walked in it felt like home. The hosts had little presents for our kids all over the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the appliances, pots, pans and utensils you could ask for. We had a blast in the pool. Who knew you could swim in March! We throughly enjoyed the Christain music playing in the bathroom. We pray that God continues to bless this host just as much as bless all of their customers. Thank you so much for all you have done for us this Easter break. We thank God for you and your family.

For a March spring break the heated pool was over the top great!! Kids loved it. The hot tub was also really enjoyed. The extra touches for the kids was very thoughtful and appreciated.

My family and I had an amazing peaceful weekend. The owner provided us with plenty of activities. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather to enjoy the pool. Definitely one of our favorites! Thank you again Deborah and family

Our family had a wonderful getaway long weekend at this property! The house is in an older neighborhood but has such wonderful character! And the owner goes above and beyond, especially for families with children! We were blown away by all the freebies and generous touches Deborah prepared for us to make us feel welcome. Loved the art deco feel of the house, and we all had plenty of room to sleep, swim, and spend quality time together. The pool was great, as was the grill (we grilled some steaks). The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, and we appreciated the ample clean towels for swimming. Linens for the bathroom were plentiful as well. Didn't try the hot tub downstairs but it was ready to go! Highly recommend this property and we will keep it in mind for future visits!

Wonderful property. The host, Deborah puts in great care and provided some treats for us and the little ones as well as lots of toys for the little ones to enjoy. Quiet family neighborhood. Pool was warm enough even though it wqs 60s outside and my wife also enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi. Would certainly stay again.

Deborah went above and beyond with special gifts for my grandkids. So very thoughtful! We all enjoyed spending the afternoons in the beautiful pool😀

The house is as described, it’s in a great neighborhood and you can walk to many restaurants and beautiful Lindenwood Park. Deborah is a great host and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. She goes above and beyond with the fun little extras she leaves for the kids. The pool is certainly a plus in the summer!

We had a college graduation and this was our base, a favorite of all who stayed there. Worked out very well, thanks to great kitchen, pool, and many amenities, touches, and extras provided by the owner. Communication was great and the house was very clean.

Our 4-day spring break trip to St. Louis was so much better and more comfortable and more FUN because of this home!! There was so much to do inside and out- the heated pool was a hit and we swam in it even in 50+ degree weather!:) We appreciated every well thought out detail that welcomed us, from the electronic keypad to variety of games and generous cookies and bottled water in the fridge, tons of towels and pool floats, the useful amenities provided for each of us! Deborah was such a thoughtful, generous, communicative host and answered my questions by text immediately. She also provided such interactive games and sweet toys and gifts to our gifts- they were floored and just so grateful and played with them all the whole time! We watched some DVDs a couple nights and checkers and board games were a hit! Don’t forget the cabinet in the second bedroom in the main floor- St. Louisopoly was SO much fun to play, and my husband & kids played one game over the span of 3 days.:) The location was great- a little drive from all the main tourist attractions, but not bad at all, and we liked the feeling of being in a safe residential neighborhood. Ted Drewes and Target are minutes away, as well as other restaurants, so we were so glad we chose this house! The home itself is older and has so much charm and art deco style and the kids’ floor upstairs with lots of toys kept our children entertained the whole time too. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting STL!:)

The place was easy to find, and convenient to many stores, restaurants, etc. The rental process worked well. We used all of the bedrooms, so had a bit of privacy but also able to visit in the few moments where we had time.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation!! The pool is a winner for our family! Deborah went out of her way with special goodies for the kids and adults!! She is the best host we have ever dealt with. The house is in a perfect location. It’s a 10 star for us and would love to come back!!

This was a wonderful house equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Special treats and gifts for our grandchildren were quite a hit! The pool was fabulous. Would highly recommend.

Host is AMAZING and so is the property. She went way above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!!! I would definitely suggest staying here, and I would rent again. Host answers quickly, and had all these special little treats out all over the house for the kids to enjoy! Spacious and adorable! Lots of amazing suggestions in the house rules book to enjoy your stay! I think this is probably the best host we’ve ever experienced and it’s in a great location!

Great time with our kids and grandkids. Home was close to everything we wanted to do and then we came back from a hot day and swam. Deborah had so many toys the kids could play with and age appropriate. She had so many treats for the kids and adults also. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was centrally located to ALL of the St. Louis family fun spots. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. I was able to cook several big meals during our stay. The pool was clean and awesome! We swam for hours! There were tons of towels for use and pool toys! Deborah went above and beyond leaving little welcome gifts all over the house for our kids, they were SOOO excited about the prizes! She is also a great communicator and responds quickly to any questions. The only thing that would add to this home, in our opinion, would be the addition of a comfy couch for the adults. :) Thanks for the stay and the whole family agreed, we would love to stay again!

The house size was perfect and location. Pool was amazing. The house did have a lot of dust webs and the backyard had many weeds which aggravated our allergies. A lot of scratching.

This was a perfect house for three generations of family to gather. Our 2-year-old grandson had a blast swimming in the pool, playing Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots, or throwing the sticky wall balls that the owners provided. It was a toddler's paradise! The owners went out of the way to provide amenities to make our stay enjoyable, from luscious treats to an insane amount of pool toys of every variety. The location is just 2 blocks away from Lindenwood park, and short drives from major attractions (including the St Louis Zoo and Art Museum). Thanks for making our stay so special and memorable!

(1) There is a speaker system in the downstairs bathroom that played 99.1 Joy FM the entire weekend and could not be turned off. Very strange. (2) There was no hot tub as advertised. (3) The front door is very difficult to open from the outside. (4) We couldn't find any smoke detectors on the premises. (5) The pool heater is top notch. (6) The treats and cookies were a welcome surprise. (7) Abundance of towels was also awesome.

Everything was great. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was clean, in good shape, and close to all the main attractions we wanted to see during our stay. And the cookies were delicious !

This house was perfect for us and our friends. Five kids in total, Deborah made sure to make this house perfect for all of them. She thought of everything! The location was wonderful. We ventured out everyday and literally everything we did was 10 mins away. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. We will definitely stay here again.
