We had a wonderful week with friends staying in 9C. The accomodations were exactly as advertised, Sweetgrass Properties were super easy to work with. The only issue were the stairs to the unit. I'd book again in the future.

Property was nice. Neighborhood was very nice and private. Beach was not crowded at our location.

We love staying at your condo. This is our second time there. Its a very well maintained condo with all the amenities. We had a really nice, relaxing time. The grounds are well kept also. We enjoyed biking and tennis and beach time. Can’t wait to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in 9C Seagrove. The Villa was extremely well appointed and truly a home with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved our beach walks and bike rides. We hated to leave the Villa so we brought dinner in from Acme, Long Island Cafe and The Refuge for delicious low country dishes. We will be back as we loved our first visit to the Isle of Palms.

Very Clean, well stocked, would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic, except for two things. It was a perfect location near the beach and pool. Parking was great and our ability to accommodate local family was excellent. Everyone was very welcoming. The only negatives were the beds and the downstairs shower. The beds were very firm (my wife had trouble sleeping). The shower was very slow to drain.

Property was great w a terrific location. Would rent again and recommend to friends.

Another great week at the beach. We enjoyed the condo and it's location. Everything was great. Only suggestion would be for a few things to be added to the kitchenware. There was not a strainer for draining pasta and the blender wasn't very good for our morning smoothies. All in all we had a wonderful time and liked 9C Seagrove Villla. The location was wonderful. when I reserved this unit, the picture showed two beds in the second bedroom, however, there was just one which didn't work as well for us. Kitchen was very functional for cooking.

We stayed here while attending a conference in Charleston. Lovely location. Can see the beach from the upstairs master bedroom. Quite challenging to find at night. Be advised it's on the third floor of the building.

We came to Isle of Palms to celebrate my sister-in-laws 70th birthday. Our stay at 9 Seagrove land was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. The check in and check out process was super easy, and the views from the balcony, living room and upstairs bedroom was great. WiFi did not work when we arrived. However, Drew arrived the next morning, was very friendly and professional and had the problem fixed in no time! Our only complaint was about the limited supplies left in the kitchen. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. But the guest had to supply everything else including paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee etc. All things considered, we would gladly stay at this lovely property again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other's. This place was the perfect space for our weekend. We had a great time. The checking in was easy, ut was stocked and clean. We never had an issue in the condo or outdoor. Wifi worked for us. We wished the outdoor of the condo reflected the indoor as far as the maintenance. And cleanliness. It was a great stay overall.

Most of the stay was great! I would definitely stay here again, but would appreciate basics such as salt, pepper, paper towels (more than 1 roll), and additional laundry detergent. Having to buy these and leave them there is wasteful.

I thought the property was very nice. However, I was a little surprised because I thought the condo was oceanfront. It's really pool view with the ocean way in the background. I think the pics on VRBO should be updated to show from the outside where the unit really is (moreso than showing the oceanfront units). The unit has been remodeled and was clean. There's a couple of maintenance items but overall, everything was in working condition. The pool was never crowded which made being poolside more bearable. We loved having covered parking. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Isle of Palms -- great restaurants, close to Charleston, beautiful beaches, etc.

We have stayed at rentals all over the world. This unit is in pretty good shape, and fairly clean...Could use bathroom refresh downstairs, and I think the shag carpeting is a question mark in a beach area. So, although I would stay there again, this is my warning: I have never stayed in a unit so completely stripped clean of any "extras". No salt and pepper. 2 trash bags and that is it. No dish soap, sorry. No beach towels, no beach chairs, no thermal bag for the beach (we left one behind, doubt if it gets to stay). As compared to units in other resort areas, there is no 'unit hospitality' except a Scrabble board. BUT, they tell you this clearly in the description. So read that carefully and come prepared, else plan on leaving a ton of your grocery purchases in the unit and the cleaning crew will take it home. I would say this is an easier unit for someone arriving by car than someone flying in.

Our stay at the condo was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated with great amenities. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was an incredible spot near the beach for daily walks, relaxing by the ocean. The ocean view from the condo was amazing from the master bedroom and the livingroom and deck. It was close to Charleston for easy access for touring and restaurants. ...and then come back to relax at the beach. Isle of Palms and Mt. Pleasant we’re really nice as well. Our group of four ladies decided this was the best reunion vacation spot that we have taken over the past 20 years. Thank you for the chance to stay at this beautiful condo. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend it for an ideal spot to stay for a beach vacation or to visit the Charleston area. Thank you so much!

Very nice condo. We had 2 couples so we would have preferred queen or king beds in 2nd bedroom instead of 2 twin beds. Well stocked kitchen. Very attractive decor. Balcony had view of pool and beach. Would stay here again.

Our vacation at Wild Dunes was perfect. The villa was clean and modern with beautiful views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. There was plenty of space and it had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen several times and had drinks on the deck every night. My sons road their bikes all over the resort and to the Marina Market everyday. I highly recommend this Villa and Wild Dunes.

Place was great and location very beautiful. Loved seeing and hearing the ocean from our unit. Place was very clean and comfortable.
