Headed up to RI with the guys for our annual fishing trip. Second time up, didn't disappoint. House is wonderful.

The house and host are marvelous and we really enjoyed our stay. We took our 84 year old mom for a birthday trip to revisit the places of her youth and the house was a perfect launch point. David was a terrific host and communication was easy

The house fit us perfectly. Very quiet location. Decor was beach and location was great. Kitchen looked new and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Only negative was wood floors and ceiling fans needed to be cleaned. Bikes in garage provided a fun experience as we biked across the island.

Fabulous property, great location/neighborhood, beautiful porch and observation deck. Well appointed house. Had ten family members and all were quite comfortable. I highly recommend, and thank you, Dave!

Very nice neighborhood area and Very close to beaches and fishing wharf area. Fully stocked kitchen was a plus, clean and comfortable-Lots of hangout spaces. The kitchen and main hangout room is upstairs where the second bathroom is.

This house is perfect, any time of year. Immaculately clean and well cared for—with all the touches you could want (extensive kitchen / cooking supplies; clean comfortable furnishings; multiple outdoor spaces for dining and relaxing in addition to spacious sitting, dining, and kitchen space indoors; grill; washer/dryer; lovely landscaping, etc.). A home thoughtfully and tastefully designed. A laundry service cleans linens between stays, enhancing the overall professionalism, cleanliness, and ease of the stay. Ideal location—quick drive to wonderful beaches, restaurants, fish market, grocery, farm, playground, trails, you name it. Right by the Block Island Ferry and quaint fishing village (Galilee). We fell in love with this home and corner of Narragansett during our stay.

Beautiful updated home. Cool layout with plenty of room. Enjoyed the water views from the upper balcony but loved the extra wide porch with sliding screens. It let the breezes in but kept the unwanted flying guests out. Awesome location, close to three beaches; restaurants and the ferry to Block Island. Top of our list in terms of vacations spots after 33 years of traveling.

Clean house with adequate sleeping though not great for 6 older ladies! (3 of us in small room divided by a curtain). Downstairs bathroom could use an upgrade though hot water available quickly! 😀 Needs more spoons in kitchen. Upside down arrangement (bedrooms downstairs) not my first choice… But we enjoyed ourselves greatly!

Perfect beach setting in a quiet neighborhood short distance to restaurants, fish market and ferry to Block. Plenty of room. Clean. Nicely decorated. 30 minutes to Newport.

Great location. Second floor kitchen, family room and bathroom with beautiful views of the water. Did require steps to go to second floor. Main level bedrooms with bathroom arranged nicely. This was our second trip to this area with VRBO. Both times we have stayed in December, off season as we have family that live walking distance from the VRBO's. Wonderful area for Summer Stays. Home walking distance to beach, which makes it extra special. Enjoyed are stay.

What a lovely home, we appreciated the cleanliness of the property. Great open space concept for the kitchen, dining and living area! Also, plenty of outdoor areas for entertaining and/or relaxing. A win win!

The rental was more than perfect for our fishing getaway! The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

What a spectacular weekend!!!….6 if us “ladies of a certain age” celebrating a birthday…David (property owner) couldn’t have been nicer, informative, helpful……easy to contact and just nice!!!….something so rare in today’s environment….beautiful home, accommodations….perfect!!….clean, safe, comfy…..would HIGHLY recommend this lovely home and gracious host♥️!!

Wonderful weekend! Block Island incredible! House was the perfect respite for our stay. Owner was so accommodating and we especially loved the front porch in the evening. Highly recommend it!

House was beautiful. Porch was relaxing and the back deck was warm with a view of the water. Perfect for a nice relaxing 4 days. Owner was gracious and very helpful. Perfect 🥰 Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time this week. We didn't want to leave. The house was so bright and welcoming. We loved the Scandinavian vibe on the inside and the coastal charm on the outside. The upstairs deck with views of the salt pond was so relaxing. We also loved the front porch. The mosquito netting and cafe string lights created such a cozy atmosphere with the breeze coming off of the ocean right on to the porch. We really enjoyed exploring Great Island by biking and walking. It's so quaint and quiet. The sunsets were stunning. Another plus was the kayak launch that was right around the corner. We took advantage of this and did a lot of group kayaking and clamming. We come to Narragansett yearly and this is the best place we've stayed yet!

My family & I had a lovely experience staying at this house. Comfortable space inside, The porch was wonderful on the summer nights with a slight cross breeze, enjoyed the quiet location for walks around the island, enough space to kick around a soccer ball with my little one in the yard. We enjoyed our stay & made lots of memories , thank you!

The house is in a beautiful location, with a great view and easy access to numerous beaches, the ferry and restaurants! The yard was great to play soccer and throw a baseball, keeping the kids busy. The property manager was great and quick to respond to messages.

We felt our blood pressure drop when we got to David’s property! Such a nice spot close to the water and made our day trip to Block Island so easy being this close to the ferry. Ubers can be hard to find so keep this in mind when booking your stay. Definitely recommend!

Very clean, lots of space, great for families or a large group of friends. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Beautiful views of the ocean. Local beach about 2 miles away.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. It was a beautiful home with a perfect layout. Even better than the photos. We wished we had rented it longer. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you.

My blended family and I stayed at the house for a weekend getaway, and thoroughly enjoyed. The location to the Block Island ferry was terrific. Only 25 min to Newport. Quiet and comfortable. The porches were a big hit for the family.

The purpose of my visit to Rhode Island was a sad one but with that said my stay in this home was just perfect. We had 7 adult family members staying and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The upstairs area with its amazing views was really really incredible. The kitchen was very well equipped lots of plates, glasses, silverware for a crowd. I could definitely picture this as a future summer rental! Our host was so very kind and accommodating. We did have to cut our trip short due to a blizzard to get on the road safely home but look forward to a future visit in the warm summer months. Thank you for sharing your home with my family it was exactly what we needed, comfortable and comforting to have everyone together in such a beautiful setting.

Perfect property for a group of friends in town for a fall wedding. Lots of different outdoor spaces and convenient location to Narragansett but very peaceful.

We had a fantastic experience, and the listing truly matched the property. It's a really nice secluded area, yet still close enough to get to all the sights of Narragansett.

Rented this house for family to stay at for wedding. Only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house and area. Everyone said they felt like they were "on vacation" while here. Excellent spot!!

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend away with the girls. Beautiful home with plenty of space for the six of us. Quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay in Great Island. The rental was located a short distance away from the Block Island Ferry, a quick bike ride. We used the location as a launching pad to have a more extensive bike ride on Block Island. There are also several restaurants near the ferry. Our favorite, George’s and its Tiki bar. The house has a wonderful porch off the kitchen, with partial views of the water, to see the sunrise, if you are so inclined, and enjoy breakfast. Also, the porch was great for happy hour cocktails in the evening. Plenty of space to socialize, but also have privacy. The neighborhood is quiet.

David did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as he could. The only problem that we had he worked very hard to correct. We would love to stay with him again
