This home is very well equipped - great kitchen w/lots of pots/pans/dishes to serve cooking needs - even a slow cooker! All the beds were comfy and having a master on the main level made for easy access for my older parents. The decks were fun for people watching and just enjoying the sound of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house sleeping situation is designed for three couples and children. It should not advertise it sleeps 14 unless it were to say 6 adults that are coupled and 8 children. There are three amazing master suites each with high end bathrooms. We had 7 adults, half of what it says it sleeps, not all couples, and only 4 people had a nice sleeping situation. The Murphy bed is fine but in a tiny room with no bathroom. There are not “two queens” in the “fifth” sleeping area - there is one pull out couch and a twin pull out on the stair landing with a plastic mattress pad on it clearly designed for a child. The house kitchen and appliances and finishes and TV’s are all top of the line! The house is a 5 min walk to the beach and has beach towels and lots of beach equipment. The rooftop balcony and the main floor deck are fantastic! Unfortunately, the house overlooks the really big public beach parking lot on one side and is on the very busy Avila Beach Dr on the other side. Every morning at 5:30am there is significant noise from large garbage trucks in the parking lot below. It is awesome the garage is made available because the overflow beach parking takes up all the street parking. The house was very clean and well taken care of. It is odd for a $2500/night home to have everything single item labeled assuming renters would steal things. Hard to imagine people who pay this much to rent would steal a plastic child’s plate. We were celebrating a graduation and had wonderful family time and meals together and greatly appreciated the high end kitchen and patio/deck.

We had a chair break during our stay, but fortunately we bought the optional insurance which covered it. The process was easy and worth the extra 50 dollars to cya.

That left us short a bedroom. One of the couples slept on the pull out couch in the great room, which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient for the rest of us. If we had known this before we drove to Avila, we could have brought blow up mattresses or arranged to have another bed put in the room.

Spent a few days in Avila with another family at this great property. The location is awesome, weather is perfect. The only concern is some of the kitchen equipment needs some care, but overall, clean, and a very fun spot.

13 of us enjoyed our visit to Avila Beach. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean spacious home with every need anticipated, and some unexpected amenities! Wonderful!!

Property was clean and updated, had all of the amenities needed for a 10+ group, and the property management team was great to work with!

The property was very clean and spacious. The layout was awesome. It has 3 decks with room to roam. Beautiful ocean cies from the top deck (crows nest). The house had everything you needed and the appliances were top notch.

Unfortunately this time we had a few issues. One half of the sliding glass door wouldn’t open, a tv in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work nor the microwave and the 1st floor bathtub wouldn’t drain. We contacted seven sisters (one ph# didn’t work, emails had to be followed up with a phone call) when contact made they promptly came over. We love this house as it’s perfect for our family but things really need to be inspected prior to the next guests arriving.
