The condo was great... size wise and location within the property ... so close to the pool too. The condo within greyhawk couldn’t have been better either... so close to golf... tons of hiking and mountain biking. Tom was so great and easy to communicate with... always answered the text right away. This was our first vrbo experience ..... would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tom!

Great main floor condo for senior citizens with two extra bedrooms for guests. Close proximity to the heated pool and hot tub was a great plus for this unit, as well as the lovely park like walking areas to enjoy. The location in North Scottsdale was great for us, as it was not far to great hiking areas and also close to shopping. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of minor maintenance issues. All in all, we had a great stay.

Stayed at Tom’s property for three months while we transitioned from out of state. It was perfect for our family. The community was quiet, the pools we’re great, and the condo has a great layout. It’s close to everything! We would highly recommend Tom’s condo to anyone!

We were very pleased with our stay in Tom’s condo. He was always quick in replying to our questions & needs. The pool was nice and was located near the condo. The area had lots of great restaurants & shopping. We can’t say enough good things about our host, Tom. He went over and above addressing our concerns. We would definitely recommend his condo. We stayed here for about three months while our house was being built. The condo is in a great location close to freeway in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is old and some areas like kitchen has been remodeled. I did not like the tiles, its very hard to clean. The tiles get dusty. The coaches in living room is old and not comfortable. While we were there, the lights and fans in bedrooms were not working. The carpet in the living room needs to be washed. There are crickets and mosquitoes inside house. It seems like they don't do pest control. Tom is great and communicated well with us. Overall, the condo is a decent place to stay for short term, but I would not stay there for longer period of time again.

The condo was in a great location for access to Mayo Clinic, where my husband was treated. There were a few things that needed repaired and the owner took care of it right away. The only complaint was there was very limited cable channels available which was important to us because my husband’s recovery limited our ability to get out and about.

The location of the VRBO makes it a perfect jumping off spot to tourist activities, sports games, services and restaurants. Within the the complex, access to the pool is convenient and there are opportunities for walking. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions - everything went smoothly. We loved it! JoAnne

We were very happy with our stay. Great location, very clean and very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet, except for the early morning maintenance crew with their leaf blowers. Did get us up and going though ! Highly recommend.

This is our second year staying in this condo and we continue to enjoy the place - well appointed spaces, tasteful decor and perfect location - close to great shopping, golf, hiking, etc. yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet. As usual the owner was attentive and responsive and we would love to stay again.

We had a great time in Scottsdale staying at this condo. It was everything promised and more. It was clean, spacious and bright, recently updated and freshly painted, carpeted, with new shutters and washer & dryer. Close to the pool and gym with extra parking nearby. Also close to Desert Ridge Shopping Center for shopping, restaurants and theater with golf courses nearby. Tom was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Would highly recommend this condo.

We could not have had a more wonderful experience staying at this condo. It was immaculate and equipped with everything you would ever want or need. My husband was undergoing treatment at the Mayo Hospital and the convenience to the hospital was two exits off the freeway. We were very impressed with the condominium. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool and jaccuzzi which were located right behind our unit. The location was very convenient to numerous restaurants, shopping areas, and other things to do such as hiking and golf. We would definitely go back again.

Just wanted to say thank you again for letting us use your condo. The condo was in great condition and very clean. The back porch had a nice view and we had coffee each morning. The kids swam each day and it was rare if anyone else was ever present. The people we did meet and spoke to were all friendly. North Scottsdale is an awesome town. My son loved seeing all of the different cars on the roads. He noticed 2 McLarens – I took him to the car dealers/museum and let him check out all the Ferrari/Maserati sports cars on the last afternoon.

The place is very well kept. Ideal for us.

My wife and I have stayed at the Oasis for 4 years for approximately 3 months each year. The reason was because of its location, beauty, size, and the owner Tom. Tom was very responsive to our needs, whether repair or replacement. He always answered our calls or texts within hours. He's the kind of owner every rental property should have. The property is close to the pool, barbecues, and a little walk to the workout facility. Being on lower level unit was great. It was tastefully decorated. A new washer and dryer were purchased last year. New fans and shutters were also installed recently. We couldn't have wanted anything more from this unit. We love the area and the beauty so much, and our wonderful times at the Oasis with our guests, we decided to purchase our own unit at another Grayhawk complex. We are sorry to leave the Oasis and our great owner, but Tom will always continue to be our friend.

If I could I would give this 10 Stars. We stayed at the Oasis at Grayhawk for two months while my husband was having surgery at the Mayo Hospital. Our stay was exceptional. We were two miles from the Mayo which was ideal. The condo was beautiful, every amenity and then some was provided. It was so nice to wake up and have your coffee in the morning and listen to the waterfall at the pool which was only steps away from your private patio. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have located this property. There was not anything that the condo lacked everything was provided down to the last detail. The Oasis was beautiful. The condo is immaculate and very comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained, pleasant, secure, and quiet. I fully recommend this property.

Although we were a tad on the younger crowd side, we were thrilled to not be around a ton of 20 somethings. The people were friendly, the entire experience was upscale. The amenities at the condo and in the surrounding area were great. You MUST rent a car, you cannot rely on Uber for this trip. The pool, the area, the walking paths, the condo was more than we could have expected!

The property is great. We will be going on our fourth year staying at the Oasis. Great location in the complex and in Scottsdale. I can't say enough positive and nice things about the owner. NS

My husband and I rented this condo for a month, during which time we had two groups of guests staying with us: our daughters and spouses for a few days, then good friends from back home for a few days. The accommodations for the most part were very good, and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to a problem (the vacuum didn't work), and within a few days that problem was rectified (a new vacuum was delivered.) There were a few things that need improvement, but I wrote the owner a letter outlining those items, and he seemed very thankful to have the input. The location is very convenient, the neighbors are quiet, and the walking trails nearby are great. It was too cool during our stay to use the pools, but they appeared to be very clean and in good repair. We'd rent this place again and would recommend it to friends...

This was my second stay for two weeks and we couldn't ask for a better place. The Norh Scottsdale location is really a great place to be. Golf, hiking, Baloon rides, shopping and fantastic views all around. The Condo has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Central heat and air, washer and dryer, three bedrooms and the master suite is fantastic. Everything in great working order, including Wi-Fi, and cable TV's . Only minutes from Thompson Peak, offering several Park Service maintained trails, from beginner thru expert. Shopping is walking distance or 3 minutes by vehicle. Condo is literally foot steps away from the Heated Pool and Hot tub, plus gas grills. A great place to just lay back and relax or use the two workout rooms and three pools. The Condo was ideal for six adults without feeling crowded. We've thoroughly enjoyed both our stays and love the tranquility it provides. We'll be back again and recommend this as a great place to stay....you won't regret it !
