Had a great week at Coolum Waves. Lovely property with multiple areas for all our family. Enjoyed my milestone birthday with family who were able to stay and celebrate with me. Our dog and bearded dragon also enjoyed holidaying with us. Thanks Alison :)

Great sized house with great access to coolum.

Great for our large family vacation. Well thought out space with enough room for everyone. Everything was a described - well equipped with nice outside area. Large park outside back gate so extra room to play. All floors are completely tiled so super easy to clean but does make the sound louder.

Well maintained and very comfortable.

The house has plenty of space for people to spread out and chill. Close to good dining facilities and shops. And an excellent closed-in backyard for pets. Everyone enjoyed their stay and would do it again

A convenient house with spaciousness, air con in the main parts and master room, and a pool. I’d drive (not walk) to the beach, but you can walk if you want.

Dog friendly and good time

With five bedrooms, large open plan dining/living, a games room and outdoor eating area, there was plenty of space for 4x adults and 7x kids. The kids spent most of the time in the pool but it was an easy walk to the beach/shops for a change of scenery. A huge grassy common area out the back gate was a bonus too - great for soccer/cricket etc.

Alison was easy to deal with, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Property was easy to find and ready for us (beds made). The kids loved learning to play pool and table tennis and loved using the swimming pool. Local area was very busy at weekends, local beach was good but definitely required driving to (limited paths available and a very steep hill) but plenty of quieter beaches a short drive away if preferred. Only minor issue was having to go through 2 pool gates via the pool area to get from the driveway to the front door - something to bear in mind for families with young (and water curious) children.

Was great to have pool table & table tennis for the days when beach wasn't an option

Got cancelled 1 hour prior to checking in because of a mistake on their end. Double booking!! No effort to find new accomodation or to compensate.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed to keep the kids happy, the pool was definitely a hit! The owners were fantastic to deal with, very responsive! Location is perfect, so close to the beach and local shops. We will definitely stay again, highly recommended!

We were delighted the property was as depicted. Plenty of room for all of us to be together and still have privacy. Walking distance to Coolum Beach with all the amazing cafes, restaurants, shops and Surf Club. We'll def be back.

What a lovely home with everything that you would need. There was no need to contact Alison during our stay as everything was in perfect working order. We Loved the decor, the pool temp was perfect and Alison so easy to deal with when making the booking. Will definitely book with her again.

Alison's property was exactly as described. It offered so much for a perfect family holiday with our adult children and grandchildren. My son absolutely loved being able to bring his two dogs which is a pretty rare find and this is the perfect house offering every convenience for one's animals to be part of the family. We felt so relaxed due to the spaciousness of this beautiful home which provides so many activities. We all especially loved the solar heated pool, the bikes, the pool table and access to the dog friendly beach. The house is so well equipped especially the main bedroom offers an ensuite, king sized bed, aircon and spa bath. There are so many areas where we could be together or spread out if we wanted space. An added bonus was being picked up at the door in the Coolum Surf Club courtesy bus and dropped off after dining in their lovely restaurant. We would definitely recommend and rebook Coolum Waves in the future. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend.

Coolum waves is a beautiful home. My husband and I haven’t had much luck in finding a decent place to stay whilst on holidays. No we have found the perfect place. The house was spacious, clean and tidy well equipped and the pool was awesome. We loved how the shops were only 5 minutes away as well as the beach. We loved it and so did our little dogs . Alison Little is a lovely host and we will definitely be back next year
