Aunt, Uncle, 8yo son, and myself stayed at this location. Communication was fluent (I had technical issues & couldn't download check in/ out pdf) I requested another set, [almost] instantly received another email. This unit was beautiful, clean, and had easy access to the beach

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was very homey and the kitchen was fantastic for preparing meals. Even though we spent most of our time outdoors, it was amazing. Pool area was nice and the location was excellent. Best hosts ever.

But- a few things I would remember before coming here..you must drive to find a place to eat. There's not much here right now.. We loved going to Pt.St.Joe!!
Mango Marley's is local but way overpriced for the small portions and not tasty. The little shops are quaint and fun to go in.. However, we waited about 50 minutes for coffee at the little coffee shop. (They were trying their best but it was so crowded due to nowhere else to go.)
We love the beach equipment, but it might be time to update/repair some of the items- tent, cooler, chairs.
The guest bath might need some TLC soon, too. The tub would not drain and it was filling up during showers.
These are all just minor suggestions that would not make or break a vacation..just worth mentioning.
Overall- we loved the condo-very spacious and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse. Location was great - very easy access to the beach and a quarter mile from the little shops. The property has a quiet relaxed vibe and we loved the pool area with ocean view. The host is friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need much assistance - everything is as described in the listing and we had everything we needed for a lovely family holiday.

We had the best time at Summerhouse 108!! Everything was exactly as listed and Windy was great to work with. We hope to come back again soon!! I highly recommend!!

Our family has been so busy. I have been going through lots of medical appointments, helping with grandchildren, and being diagnosed with cancer….the stress level has been very high. The condo was just what was needed. Great seafood in the area and strolling on the beach was great too!! We’ll be back!

Great property directly across from the beach. A fully stocked kitchen and very clean. The area is very laid back and not crowded and the people are very nice. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing get away.

We started our month long vacation at Mexico Beach. Great choice for us. Quiet, calm, laid back.
Beautiful and clean condo. Wendy responded quickly when we needed help at the condo. Very helpful owner. Place is well equipped with many items you may need.
Condo is across the highway from the beach. Very close walk. The beach area was clean with sugary sand.
Several food trucks and a few restaurant's close by. There is a small local market that had a surprisingly amount of food items. Larger grocery stores can be found farther south or in Panama City.

Property is very nice. Well taken care off and very clean. We went for the weekend and Unit is well decorated in relaxing colors which made for a nice and relaxing time, creating memories and playing games. It was a smooth process.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Property owner was very thorough with check in and out instructions and quick to respond when we first booked. No other communication was needed as the owner sent everything to my email the week of our stay. Couldn’t have went smoother! Highly recommend the Moyers condo for vacationing!!

Wendy was great to work with! We came down a day later and when my car battery died due to the cold weather on Christmas Eve, Wendy offered for us to stay another night on her at no extra fee. She even offered to drive 30 minutes to jump start my battery!

The handle on the soaker tub was broken and the toilet kept running with each flush in the master bath. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was great! Very comfortable with an easy walk to the beach. The complex was quiet and the beaches were spacious and not crowded with clear water and beautiful sand. My only complaints are that it took us a minute to find the Murphy bed, the bikes they have are pretty rusted and have flat tires, and most of the restaurants are in port st. Joe, the next town over, and there is a time change so we would have to go to dinner very early before everything closed which was a minor inconvenience with the location. But otherwise- I would definitely stay again!

Everything was great just wished it was on a higher floor to take advantage of the view. This one is on the first floor and so even though you get to see the beach it is not the best view just one floor up would have been perfect.

The condo is spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beach access is right across the street. All-in-all, great place to stay.

Great location
Needed a place to stay for a last minute fishing trip. My husband, son, and I fit very comfortably in the 2 bed 2 bath condo. Very clean and close to the beach. Just minutes away from the boat ramp. We will stay again.
