We came with a group of friends and couldn’t be happier. The location was perfect. Quiet, relaxing but still close enough to all points on the island for day trips. Rum point was a very short drive under 2 mins. A great spot to spend the day.

Everything about Villa Emmanuel was wonderful. The house is well maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered lots of room inside and outside. The kitchen was equipped with everything our family needed. There are plenty of pool floats, snorkel gear and other water toys, and it was so nice to be able to kayak whenever we wanted right from the private beach. Great location on the quieter side of the island!

This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Clean, spacious and accurate to the listing. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch every morning, looking out over the turquoise water. We saw starfish, iguanas and plenty of fish all from the private beach. It’s about a 45 minute drive from the airport and busier area of Seven Mile Beach, but we loved the quieter, laid back vibe of Cayman Kai / Rum Point. We walked down to Kaibo’s coffee shop every morning. About a 10 minute walk. Kaibos also has a beach BBQ on Tuesdays with a band and limbo. Fun activities for the kids. Heading in the other direction, Rum Point Bar is newly renovated and about a mile up the road. Overall, fantastic house. Just watch for falling coconuts on the private beach out back!

We weee two families- one with teens and one with adult kids. Beautiful property in quiet perfect location. Property manager was super helpful. Great for snorkeling, kayaking, swimming. A few great restaurants around. Close to Chisolms for day to day needs and we had delivery from Shirley’s and Blackbeard’s waiting for us which worked great. Highly recommend this place and this management team.

Great house. It will really be an amazing stay once Rum Points construction is complete. Which seems like it will be done soon. The place looks exactly like the photos, and if I had a question it was answered quickly. The directions were spot on. We had a great time. There were even tubes and kayaks for us. It was great! We left some extra floats and masks to pay it forward.

The house was clean as can be!! We have a family of 7. 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Having a private pool and beach was awesome. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels bath and beach. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. 5 STARS all the way. We will definitely return. Barbara the property manager was great to work with. When we arrived there was 1 little problem and she said someone would be there to fix it on Monday. Well she did even better and they fixed it on Sunday. BBQ was 1 of the reasons I rented. Only complaint is they need a new wire brush for the grill. Kayaks were awesome, snorkeling kayaks,snorkeling,kayaks…..etc overall rating is above 5 stars, money well spent. Best vacation ever

Villa Emmanuel is a beautiful, well appointed home in an excellent location. Our family enjoyed the private beach, the kayaks, the swimming pool and sharing all the meals we prepared in this home's well supplied kitchen. The proximity to Kaibo Bay, the Bioluminescence Bay and Rum Point was a big plus for some fun activities. Barbara did a great job staying in touch and quickly responding to any questions we had. The grounds and pool were kept in great shape during our stay. Thank you Barbara.

Second time on island and enjoyed this location over 7MB. Spacious home, screened porch a huge bonus at night when bugs come out. Pool used daily. Suggest only going in sandy parts of water as we had several runs in with things that sting in the water so stayed in kayaks on beach. All in all, delightful, relaxing and would high recommend.

The place was great. Roomy with all the necessities. WiFi was great. Lot of good seating for everyone. Fun cute neighborhood of houses. Many starfish at the private beach and in the bay! Kayaking was very fun. Some small negatives about this spot as of March 2023: - Construction was going on during the day on both neighbor homes which was a little loud. - Rum Point Bar and restaurants are still under construction so food and drink options are limited. Hopefully that is fully rehabbed soon! - Rum Point is 45 minutes from the airport. If you want to go to 7 mile beach its a drive. We went over there 2 different days in our stay and it wasn't that bad but just note that. - Private beach sand is not too soft and a little smaller than expected.

Great property! Lots of room to spread out. A little dated in areas, but clean. Excellent backyard! Nice big pool, clean/calm beach (with starfish!), beach loungers, and 2 kayaks. We took the kayaks out at night to the neighboring bay (Bio Bay) to see the bioilluminescence—very cool, no tour needed! We saw more starfish snorkeling behind this house than we did at starfish point! This place was great for our family of 4 (kids’ ages 6 & 8) plus grandma.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Emmanuel! The house was spacious and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen. The outdoor living space was exceptional with a screened-in porch for coffee and relaxing, a pool with lounge chairs and an additional table, and a sand beach complete with lounge chairs, a hammock, and kayaks. The view was beyond compare. We are six long-time friends and we enjoyed the tranquility and beauty offered by this house. We ventured out often to partake in the shopping, scuba, and snorkeling available on the island, and while some of these adventures were 45-55 min away by van, we all still would choose to return to this same house again if available in the future. Barbara, the property manager, was easy to reach and she came over promptly to reset the wireless connection for the TV during our stay. None of us wanted to leave Villa Emmanuel.

Quite a drive from airport and 7 mile Beach area (45-60 min.); 5 miles to Chisholm store (has all you need). Manager, Barbra, answered all calls asap but not bother you otherwise. 2 newer kayaks available; water clear, shallow, not much snorkel value (star fish tho); can paddle to bioluminescence bay easily; take tours out of wither Kaibo or Rum Point.

Absolutely wonderful. Just what we wanted to celebrate my husbands 60th with adult kids. The location was perfect, the beds so very comfortable and the kitchen was amazingly stocked.everything fantastic. Barbara was fabulous too. Very thankful 🙏🏻

Property was just as described and the EE view was amazing. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and how well stocked it was!! Plan ahead for groceries so you don’t have to trek back to the airport after unpacking. Lots of room in the house to spread out and relax. House was stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels so just pack a beach bag for excursions. Pool was clean and perfect and we loved the 2 kayaks!! We discovered more starfish in the bay behind the house than at Starfish Point. Excellent stay. Thank you!!!

The house is in Cayman Kai and you can walk to Rum Point, it's beautiful and quiet. The 5 bedroom house has 2 pillow top kings, 4 singles, and one hard queen bed. It's a spacious house with three different areas to eat, lots of comfy new furniture to gather and sit, upstairs and down, a large kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you could possibly need, including a crockpot, blender, electric teapot, and coffee maker. The dishwasher and washer and dryer were newer and worked well. The house supplied bottled water for a water dispenser, which we appreciated. However, the water from the faucet tasted fine and no one had an upset stomach from using it. The screened-in porch overlooking the pool and covered sitting area near the pool was used all the time. The children were in the pool or beach from 7 am till 7 pm. The pool cleaning was not good. The bottom of the pool had debris when we arrived and was only cleaned once instead of twice during our stay. It gets cloudy and dirty quickly with four little ones in it. House beach towels were plentiful and in great shape, as were the bathroom towels and bedsheets. We would have liked a few beach chairs to take on our beach adventures and a small cooler for our lunches. The grounds were well kept and swimming off the beach was fabulous with large starfish for the kids to see. Barbara, our house manager, was very responsive to our requests. Overall we loved the house and hope to return one day.

This house was the perfect vacation spot for our family and friends. So peaceful and relaxing. The other 5 star reviews say it all pretty accurately, so I'd just like to say THANK YOU!! We really enjoyed our 10 night stay and didn't ever want to come back home. I'd strongly suggest direct flights. Our AA flight back home with connections through Miami were a buzz killer.

This property was perfection. When we vacation we prefer to have some peace and quiet without all of the busy touristy attractions and this house/area fit the bill perfectly. The place was well-stocked and well-maintained and someone even raked our beach every so often in the early morning hours to prepare it for the day. The house had ample room for 6 adults and 2 children and there was a generous amount of trees/shade plus the orientation of the home gave ample shade in the mornings. You can see beautiful sunrises from the front porch and beautiful sunsets from the beach out back. The pool was clean and comfortable and pool company even cleaned it once while we were there. There are only a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity and only a convenience store with staple goods 10 minutes down the road. We like to cook if we have a kitchen so we ordered groceries from Hurleys.ky online before we arrived and picked them up on our way to the home. This kitchen had all the cookware and appliances that you might need to cook, grill, and mix drinks. Our only point of concern was falling coconuts. We would tend to put the kids in the shade but over the course of our week-long stay I believe I counted 5 coconuts that fell where they typically would play and a few of them were near misses. After the first few, we just kept an eye on the kids and had them move out a few feet from the trunks. Maybe management can't do anything about it but I wanted to mention it as real damage would occur if one struck a person. All that said, we absolutely loved this home and the view was breathtaking. We can't say enough about this place, and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to visit Grand Cayman and avoid the hustle and bustle.

This was our first time in Grand Cayman and we definitely made the right choice. The house is beautiful and the view is unbeatable. We were not disappointed with anything. The house is within walking distance to Rum Point, the bay in the back is gorgeous and calm even when the wind was high. The beds are a little soft for my taste but was not an issue. There were a couple of small issues like the pool light not working, a linen closet door was tricky, locks on the sliders need to be easier. All small issues that did not affect our stay. It would be nice to have a couple of kayaks since the bay is perfect but we could rent them at Rum Point. Had a blast with our family and will have to return again. Checkin was a breeze and so was checkout. This property is about 45-60min from the airport but the drive is easy and after hanging out in Georgetown and Seven Mile beach area for a day I am glad we chose this property. It was private and quiet and so relaxing.

This property was perfect for our needs. We had two families of 4 ages ranging from 6-19. We had plenty of room to spread out, the private beach was great! And we watched a fantastic sunset every evening. The spot is perfect for paddle boarding. Rum point is a nice secluded area but it has everything you need to make fore a memorable time. I cannot say enough about the property manager Barbara who came through on everything we needed. We had some minor issues with the house and she was right on it. We would hesitate staying here again!

This property was everything it was advertised as. It was well stocked and Barbara the property manager was great with our needs. The house is in a great location if you don’t want to be around the crowds and it is situation in a great little cove looking out to the Caribbean.

We just returned from a week! We take a family trip yearly to rum point and always stay in between rum point and kaibo, this location is unreal! We loved the setting, rented paddle boards and kayaks and really enjoyed the pool and beach! It was wonderful for both children and adults! We had maintenance issues from the start unfortunately- the house was just out of date. The key to the house wouldn’t work from the start, luckily the maids could give us the code to get in and out! The shower head in the master down didn’t work, none of the TVs cable was working and the tv Upstairs would work for 10 minutes and freeze. With children ages 2-14, this was a bummer. Barbara had the cable people come out but it was mid week by the time it was fixed. ( takes 48 hours) The fridge light was broken as well. The lighting in the house was ultraviolet and unwelcoming and not much seating in the main family room. Overall we very much loved the beach, location and poolside but the house was not great for our group. - Lindsey McLain
