The sauna was key for our stay.

Appliances were filthy and unusable, we had to clean the showers our selves. Shower head was so clogged, upon cleaning/unclogging them, water poured out. Rugs were filthy. Bedding had lots of stains. Huge clumps of dust on ceiling fan. Cob webs most everywhere. Several Dead bugs in the hallway every morning. By the end of the second day the basement/Rec area had a dozen bugs crawling across it. The yard and pathways were not maintained. Kids had bug bites on them after sleeping.

We were in town with some friends for the NFL draft. This place was wonderful. Super spacious and tons of areas to just hang out and chill!

Family Reunion 2022
Had a GREAT stay at both properties we rented from hosts that were ONLY 4 houses away from each other. =) Great communication with Boris and we really enjoyed our stay. Properties were in the perfect location, a nice park across the street, lots of stores, restaurants right in the area, a short drive into the city for all the main attractions. House was spacious for all of us and we had nightly dinners together with all our family. Lots of amenities, BBQ grill, foosball table, sauna, spacious bar set up. Would definitely rent again if we come back this way!

Fantastic Space for Large Groups
Plenty of room and space for large groups. Very easy to get in and out. Check out time of 10am is a bit early but everything else was great. Boris was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues.

Great for a small get together
We held my best friend’s low key bachelorette party here with dinner, some board games and a few drinks and it was the perfect location! The house was much bigger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The check in and check out processes were both simple and straight forward, the house had lots of dishes and linens, and we were able to spread out for different parts of the evening. We had a little trouble finding the house at first since the confirmation email listed avenue instead of street, but that was the only hiccup! Overall, I would recommend this home.

A Great Time
Was extremely pleased with the house. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The couches that made into beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely rent again if we go back to KC.

Great house to gather
Nice home in Overland Park that offers multiple levels for gathering. The bedrooms are away from the two , yes two!!, basement living rooms so people going to sleep are not disturbed by those staying awake. Worked well for our family gathering.

Owner followed up with us a few times to ensure we had everything we needed and it was a seamless process with great communication. The house was better than expected and a wonderful home, we would like to rent again. Good location with beautiful trees and a park close, plus house has tons of room.

Great stay
Very clean and lots of separated spaces for those families wanting quieter areas. There is a wonderful park across the street. Smelled wonderful! Be very careful-all floors are slippery. King BR does not have it's own bath, sauna is in building outside, room & yard sizes appeared much bigger in photos. No exit to yard except bsmt. Would stay again though!

Perfect Stay for Family Getaway
My family and family friends decided to get away for a night and enjoy each others company. This house met our needs perfectly. It was so spacious and clean. The owners thought of everything in order to meet our needs. I really enjoyed the bar downstairs and the patio in the backyard. The driveway was narrow and small but the park across the street had a parking lot that accommodated our parking. Great, quiet location.

Great property
Rented this home for a girls' trip with 8 women. Perfect layout for togetherness, but plenty of space for privacy when needed. It was so much fun to all be together in a nice home, as opposed to 4 hotel rooms! Would definitely recommend this home. Boris was very helpful and very prompt in responding to any questions I had!

The location was easy to find and across the street from a nice park. Size of the house was excellent and it would hold a good sized group comfortably. Cleanliness wasn't as good as other vrbo properties where we've stayed.

Way better than a bunch of hotel rooms !
A great property with plenty of room to spread out. Instead of renting a bunch of hotel rooms for an overnight sales training workshop I booked this property for my group of 10 sales professionals. What a great choice and will consider staying here again. It was close to everything we needed and provided an opportunity for fellowship which hotel stays just don’t provide! Thank you!!

This was a great house. It has a massive amount of space and sits directly across from a park.

The house worked great for our 12 family members that were in KC from different areas for a wedding. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The only complaint would be that the floors could be cleaner.

In town for a softball tournament
This house fitted our needs perfectly. We were two families in town for a softball tournament and had plenty of room for all. Communication with the owner was great as he was always quick to respond. The house was well-stocked with towels, kitchen needs, etc. The yard needed a little clean up, but someone did come to mow towards the end of our stay. The only thing that wasn’t 100% was the floors-they needed a good cleaning. They were swept well, but needed a good washing. Also be careful of the staircase going up to the bedroom area-two of us missed the bottom step because it blends in with the main floor-we just kept the hall light on and all was fine. We would definitely stay here again!

Good base for a family visit
This house served us well visiting family. It was an easy location fro south metro. The property was clean and well stocked with linens and dishes. The garage doesn’t seem useable and we didn’t, but off street parking fine. It would have been nice to have a few more pantry items stocked- coffee filters and pepper come to mind. Overall enjoyed our stay and would book again!
