The space was perfect for our size group. We utilized the pool area and game room quite a bit. House was generally well stocked, however, lack of toilet paper and no hand towels in bathroom. Several things in the house need some care for example the lock on the patio door was broken, the round towel holder in downstairs master bath was not fixed to wall, kitchen sink handle was broken. House was supposed to have direct TV but did not or no directions on how to access. House could use some updating. For example bathroom fixtures. All in all we had a great stay and appreciated the functionality of the space.

The house was great, and in a great neighborhood! The house was extremely clean, and it was good as the pictures represented it to be, NO disappointments! Host was great to work with, and most importantly, we would stay there again! Game room was awesome, beds were comfortable, and pool was really great to cool off in after a day of golf!!!

We had a combination of relaxing by the pool during the day and great enjoyment of the clubs and delicious foods of Vegas at night. Absolutely on our list for the next stay!!

The property was everything we expected it to be, and more. Clean, spacious, bright, and the pool and common areas in the backyard were perfect. We used the barbeque often and the kitchen was well kitted out with everything one might need. The whole house was well air conditioned so that the incredibly hot weather wasn't an issue at all. So, all in all, we had a great time in Vegas and the main reason was our accommodations were perfect.

Spacious interior with three seating areas on the main floor. Very large covered patio area. Everything was exceptionally clean - if I could give housekeeping 6 stars out of 5 I would. Lots of nice fluffy towels and the kitchen is well equipped. Large gas grill that worked very well. Good location. Everything in town is easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was great, exactly as seen in the pictures. It is very spacious. Location is convenient to the highway and close to downtown. Owner was responsive right away. I would rent this house again in the future.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving 2021 and stayed here again for 2022! This place is perfect for my family! House is very clean- Kitchen is fully stocked and fully equipped! Bbq outside - last year jacuzzi was not working but this year Jason-made sure it was. Had the pool heated- would have love it to be warmer but all good. Jason the manager and Rick were both amazing and very responsive . We wanted to stay here again this March 2023 but unfortunately it’s not available. Love to stay here again

Beautiful!! Loved the furniture. Very homey… very quiet neighborhood… that was nice . Some furniture needs repaired . But otherwise I would definitely Love to stay again .

It was a great stay at this property! Jason the host was extremely organized and communicative, there were no surprises and the home was clean, felt luxurious and comfortable. Plenty of room and privacy for a group of adults. Will definitely be booking again!

This home was roomy. We had a group of 7 that fit easily in 3 of the bedrooms with room to spare. Online description is accurate. The cabinets (bathrooms and kitchen) need updating. The beds are squeaky and firm, as many guests had noted. Loved the nice bed pillows and extra bedding in the closets. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the property manager is easy. The game room and pool/spa are nice spaces to take a break from the Vegas hustle. TVs were difficult to get working but with one in each room, it wasn’t a huge problem. There wasn’t a house notebook which was new for our group. The lengthy check-in, rules, and checkout info via email to the main renter had to be shared with the whole group via emails and screenshots. Nice appliances including a stacked washer and dryer. Close to the grocery and a few restaurants. Alarm system was good but the doors were difficult to lock. With the added outside security gates we all felt safe. Would recommend this home for a family group.

Nice stay

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication about minor things very easy and handled immediately. Easy close drive to the strip. Kids loves the heated pool! We would definitely stay again.

Came to Vegas for a few getaway and we were not disappointed with this house.. clean, lots of room, good communication with the owner/property manager. Would highly recommend this house

We had 11 family members stay here comfortably for my granddaughter’s wedding! We enjoyed the house ,the pool and game room! Jason was readily available when we needed him . It is central to everything! Would recommend this Vrbo home to anyone it is well stocked and good location! Can’t wait till next year!

My family stayed here for Thanksgiving 2021. We all loved the place. House was very clean, the towels were all better than in hotels and looks new, TVs in every room, MANCAVE was excellent!!! Bedrooms were decorated nicely. Beddings were clean and smelled clean and DID NOT smell of sweat.!!! Ok here is the but - bottom part of the oven needed fixing but the oven worked perfectly. And unfortunately, the spa was not working and was a disappointment. Anyways, Jason the manager was very professional and was always on top of things. He never failed to respond to my requests and inquiries. He handled everything to my expectation. This year we are planning to stay here again and I just confirmed with Jason jacuzzi has been fixed.

We loved staying here, and hopefully we will be back each summer.

Lovely home! Spacious and inviting. Floors need to be mopped and some dishes were dirty but it was a wonderful stay and would rent again!

Definitely a nice house with pool and spa. Lots of games for kids to keep themselves busy. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook a home cooked meal. Only bad thing was the beds are really hard and the bed frames squeak so much! Especially the downstairs bedroom!

Renting this property was a great experience. The property manager Jason was available to answer questions when needed. We did not use all amenities available at the property as we were busy exploring different sites in Vegas. It was a better deal for us to rent this house and have our friends and family together than to rent a few hotel rooms. I would likely rent again from this property manager! Loved this house and the backyard. Only thing I would change is more plastic drinkware is needed. There's no glass allowed by pool which I understand but there are only 4 plastic cups to use. Otherwise, kitchen extremely well stocked. Game room is amazing.

We had an awesome time at this house! We had 11 friends and did not feel crowded with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The remodel of the garage to the "mancave" or game room was really nice. Only complaint on our end was the spa was not heated upon arrival, and the main wood floors were incredibly dusty and dirty, all of us took our shoes off upon arrival and were shocked by how dirty it felt. Last thing, beds/mattresses were super comfy! however those traditional wood bed frames are super squeaky to the smallest movement getting in/out of bed. However we would definitely still come back here!

Beautiful spacey home perfect for group trip to Vegas! Very clean and well kept up. Pool area is also great! Would definitely stay again. Also a great location with a quick and easy Uber/Lyft ride to the strip.

Great location nice pool and hot tub. Had a little issue with pool and hot tub upon arrival but contacted Jason and he had a pool person out in less than an hour. Would definitely stay here again!
