A lovely home, an awesome saltwater pool, and a quiet neighborhood. Beds were great, lots of towels and sheets. We would not hesitate to lease this property again. Go for it… you will not be disappointed!

We’ve rented in Lely for 6 or 7 years. Falcons Glen is an ideal community. Owner Randall and property manager Kayla were very responsive to the few issues that came up. We’d certainly be delighted to return to this nice villa.

The property was even better than the pictures. Everything was 5-star. Owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and effortless. Everything we needed/wanted was provided. The Players Club amenities were amazing. Loved the location as well.

This is a great property, with lots of space for a family visit. We really enjoyed using the pool and the proximity to great golf courses was really appreciated. The hosts were really communicative and just generally lovely to deal with. Overall a great experience!

Falcons Glen
We found the location to be perfect. The property met all of our needs and the landlord was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool, although small, was a great addition and thoroughly enjoyed by our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren!

The property was clean, but needs work. The pool area really needs to be renovated and the couch is very uncomfortable. The property had water damage that hasn’t been fully repaired. The items left at the property like bikes and pool supplies need to be updated. It could really be a nice property if better maintained.

This was the worst and most disappointing experience of renting a high dollar home we’ve ever encountered.
My party and client rented in early 2021 for at least 4 weeks or more ; we all left early due to so many terrible issues I can’t list them all.
Bugs, outdated furniture, outdated everything, bad beds, bad lighting, no Internet, no Wi-Fi, crappy outdoor furniture …shall I go on? The owner is only into this for the income he has no concern about your comfort or experience.
The best thing about this rental was the membership to the players club. We enjoyed that immensely had it not been for that we probably would have left the property after a couple days.. Buyer beware !

We ended up booking this house at the last second due to unfortunate circumstances at our original vacation rental in Indian Shores. The home was beautiful and well kept. Small private pool in the back is GREAT for kids, especially if you need a day to 'stay in' after many consecutive days at the beach. Randall was the best host I've ever had. Was quick to communicate, and made the entire stay feel more personable. Quite relaxing neighborhood, with wonderful amenities, restaurants and the most beautiful beaches just a short drive away. I really can't say enough wonderful things about the house and the host. Finding this listing saved our vacation and made it one of the best yet!

Great place to escape the cold winter month of March in New England
This was our 2nd stay at this property and it felt like we were coming back home. It was comfortable and fulfilled our vacation needs. The house was very clean upon arrival and ready for us to move in. The house pool was nice to have for a quick swim anytime snd especially enjoyed by our visiting grandchildren . We really like the location of Lely with it being midway between Marco Island and downtown Naples with many convenient stores and services nearby. Lots of safe walking opportunities The Players Club is an added bonus .

Wonderful Peaceful stay!
My family and I had a great time. The neighborhood was super quiet. The house was immaculate and fully stocked. Even though the owners had sent through instructions they responded to my questions, which the had already answered (LOL), very quickly. My son and husband especially enjoyed the pool, pool toys, and the bikes which were provided. I enjoyed the large den, lovely furniture, and the television. I also enjoyed the location. It is close to Walmart, other stores, restaurants, and places to go fishing. We will definitely be staying again.

Quiet, relaxing vacation home.
We loved the Sampson's vacation home. Falcon's Glen was a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Miles and miles of sidewalks for walking, running, or bike rides (there were 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes in the garage). The Players Club Resort passes were an awesome addition to renting the home. The pool was heated to the temperature of bath water which was perfect for our early April vacation. The house itself was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was fabulous. We were located half way between Naples beaches/restaurants and Marco Island beaches/restaurants. There were also beach chairs, sand toys, and a cooler in the garage for visits to the beach. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this home. Randall, the homeowner, was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Das Haus ist in einem schlechten Zustand . Türgriffe abgebrochen, Sofas zerschlissen,
winziges Masterbad ohne Wanne, Küchenausstattung völlig veraltet und verbraucht,
keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Das war bei Ausfall der Klimaanlage eine Katastrophe !!)
Kurz: das Haus entspricht absolut nicht den Standards einer Ferienvilla in Florida ! (ich miete seit 18 Jahren Häuser in South-West-Florida und kann durchaus vergleichen

Wonderful location although property is tired and showing wear.
The location of Falcons Glen is fantastic in Lely Resort. The amenities this home and area offers cannot be topped. The home shows its age in so many ways from the furniture, paint, to electrical areas not functioning. The pool is working marginally at best. Maintenance of the home is definitely an issue, however, the owner does respond and major problems are resolved. The availability of the Players Club is definitely an asset with this rental. I would recommend this property with reservations but certainly satisfied with the stay and neighborhood.

Nice Property, however the owner is only interested in his rental income
Arrived at the property, mains water switched off, hot water switched off, shower not working, no heated pool and pool floor not cleaned. Additionally, no broadband.
Owner promised a lot of things to rectify and did nothing. In fact stopped communicating.
Lely is a lovely place but I would not recommend this rental to anyone, in fact Home Away should consider remove it from renting due to the mis-representation of the advert against what you actually receive - if your broadband is broken don't advertise it or offer a compromise, same with the heated pool. As for the water - that's just shear "I have your money and don't care".
Finally, an offer of a gift voucher at the Players Club was made, however on turning up, they knew nothing about it - don't fall for that trick.
Please stay at Lely Resort it's beautiful just don't rent this property - you've been warned!

Fantastic Place
We have been visiting this property for three years in the summer. The house and player's club are awesome. The owner makes sure all your needs are met as well. We look forward to our next trip to Naples and Falcons Glen this coming summer.
All amenities were met, the property was very clean, and the owner updated the TVs as well. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely house, nicely nestled between Naples and Marco island
Great house with plenty of space and comfy bedrooms. Our kids loved the pool out back. Having guest access to the Players Club enabled us to take advantage of some exercise classes and the lagoon pool.

Charming well maintained home
This property was in good condition with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Its a great location and only a 15 minute drive to marco island or downtown naples. The pool was in good shape and warm, whether day or night. The house was very clean and the bed really comfortable. Would recommend to a friend or family. Plenty of golf courses around if thats your thing. Had a wonderful time.

This lovely home in a great neighborhood was just as described. All amenities were in good working condition. The owners are very easy to work with. The guest membership to the club is a great bonus; there's so much for kids to do and relaxing for adults as well! Close to the beach, shopping, and local attractions such as gator viewing. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this rental.

We loved the house. Clean house, nice neighborhood, and just the right space. The pool is a plus. Although it's not on the beach- it was close to several different good close, beach locations, which was a nice variety. Lots to do, especially if you like exploring the area. The owner was great to work with and reliable. Would totally stay again- perfect for what we needed for a week get-a-away.

Simply Amazing
I stayed in this property last summer and it can be considered my best vacation ever! The owners are wonderful and the house is exceptionally nice. I would highly recommended it for families, girlfriends weekend, or a lover's retreat. This is definitely reasonably priced and very well stocked for a good time. Highly recommended. Rogers

A truly great experience!
I have stayed in this area with my family approximately 5 times and I have found this house to be the best experience yet. The pictures make this house look like a nice place, but the experience there is even better. The open concept allowed lots of area for a large family to hang out with children and while they were away, lots of nice areas to read and play games. The obvious advantage to a property like this over casitas offered in nearby areas is that the place has it's own heated pool and parking spaces. This place also comes with access to the Player's Club which is an excellent facility.
The owner is very helpful and gets you excited for your stay. Can't say enough good things about our experience here. Thanks again!
